Jul 26,2014Order my gas hob, which was cheaper here than anywhere else, on a sunday and was delivered to my door 10am monday morning!! Next day delivery that actually is next day delivery. They were also very helpful on the phone also would highly recomend and great gas hob from stoves.

Jul 24,2014I thought I'd found a bargain! I ordered a White Neff gas hob (to replace my faulty one) for under £100, including next day delivery. On delivery day I phoned the number I was given to check what time of day to expect my order. No such number listed. I contacted the Gas superstore and spoke to a someone who explained that it is not possible to speak to customer services but that he would send them an urgent email. After waiting 4 hours for my urgent reply I rang back to cancel the order, I explained that my gas fitter had been and bought a hob for me so that he could fit it straight away but the Gas superstore call handler kept me hanging on for ages while he spoke to the original receptionist. I was eventually told to expect a call from finance to discuss getting a refund. The call never came but i got a refund 5 days later.

Jul 24,20143rd item I have bought rom this company. The was a double oven, delivered exactly as required and old appliance taken away. Very pleasant driver who delivered oven exactly where I asked him. Couldn't have been better. Oven priced very competitively too

Jul 23,2014I had to contact them a few times as I was taking advantage of the hotpoint cash back offer. It was difficult to get through on the phone so I ended up e-mailing. I did get a quick response. I then got a call to day my product was delayed so I had to speak to someone. Delivery was rearranged and it was delivered with no problems. Friendly staff and so far happy with the washer/dryer.

Jul 22,2014Ordered a fire and surround whuch said available to order. Then the option to pick my day of delivery popped up. Picked the following Tuesday, booked a days holiday and waited in. Heard nothing by 12.00 noon, so rang them only for them to tell me they hadnt even ordered it. To say the least wasn't very happy. Wasted a days holiday. Waited another 10 days before I received it and wasted another day off work. The only good thing about this company was a guy called [name] who was very helpful and sorted delivery out for me. He rang me back every time he said he would. Whats the point of having an option where u can pick your day of delivery if they have to order it direct from the manufacturer.!!!!!

Jul 21,2014Although my gas fire hasn't yet been installed, it looks good. Product is exactly as specified. Really impressed with the speed of delivery (other sites specified up to 28 days for the same model), and the price was also much less than elsewhere. Good to be able to phone someone - and not at a premium rate - when the delivery tracking showed the product wasn't out for delivery on the specified day, and to be reassured that it was on its way. Product did arrive the day specified. Excellent service - would definitely recommend.

I had never heard of The Gas Superstore but their price was good and delivery free. The purchasing process was easy and I chose my delivery day at no extra cost. It arrived on time so I would certainly recommend them

Jul 17,2014I placed an order and was asked to choose a date for delivery too. I chose I day that I knew I was off of work. Two days prior to that I get a text from their delivery driver to tell me my delivery is 30 mins away! I phoned him and said I had ordered it for Friday and to deliver it then. On Friday (my designated delivery day) my order did not arrive and no one took the time to contact me. When I contacted them I was not really given an acceptable reason why. They claimed they could not even see my chosen delivery date on their system! As I was working mon to Friday for the next two weeks I asked them to change the delivery adders to my wife's work address and the begrudgingly said yes after I said let's cancel the order and I will shop elsewhere. Come Monday they send it to my home address via interlink (a Monday to Friday only courier) and I get a while you were out note. The service I received was terrible I would not use this company again or recommend them. Their customer complaints person, [Name] was worse than poor and clearly could not give two hoots about their catalogue of errors. Not once did they actually apologise for the inconvenience they caused or offer to compensate me for the 40-50 minutes I spent on the phone trying to resolve their errors and incompetence. Never again, I would rather pay the extra money and shop in the local garden centre/ hardware store in future.

Jul 16,2014I haven't tried my new tumble dryer yet but I wanted one that wasn't complicated and this answers my needs. The service from Fire-Cookers has been excellent. I was able to state the delivery date I wanted and it arrived on that date with a very helpful delivery man.
