I ordered and paid for a Fridge/Freezer from Tesco only to be told the next day it was out of stock and not available for 17 days. Order was duly cancelled. Went online to The GasSuperstore & hey tesco(sorry presto) the same model was delivered next day before 9.30am slightly cheaper. Tesco you lose. Thanks The Gas Superstore.

Originally ordered the fridge from cirrus who then told us it would be six weeks to deliver at least. Got a refund and found the same item for same price and delivered in two days here. On time delivery and friendly driver.

The Weber Master Touch BBQ was over £60 less than retail and even less than the lower range model in our local garden centre. Delivered fwst and with care.

Having trawled around the various high street electrical superstores locally for a specific dishwasher, I was amazed at how poor customer service actually was in this day and age. Not one of the superstores could deliver me a dishwasher for at least 5-days, some wanted to charge me for the priviledge, and one was not even interested in phoning another of there branches to see if they held stock, which I was willing to collect! I almost gave up, but came accross the website of the Gassuperstore late one night, and saw they had the model in stock I wanted, even better was the fact it was around £30 less than anywhere else I had seen, and better still they would deliver the item completely free of charge to over 100-miles from there store to my home! I instantly ordered the dishwasher and found they would actually deliver the very next day, and in fact the item was delivered as promised at 10.30am next day (ordered 8.00pm arrived next day 10.30am). Fantastic- I had a very small issue with some dishwasher tablets which John sorted immediately to my satisfaction, and to be honest cannot praise this company enough for the service iv'e recieved. That to me is fantastic service, and to be honest I have told this story to all my friends, family and work colleagues, and hopefully they (like me) will certainley be purchasing again from this company! -Well-done to John and the team-

From initial web site shopping to actual delivery of cooker, everything was as described or promised. Good communications from administration department through to the driver on the day of delivery - the day of delivery was only I day after the order being placed, excellent service. Having had the old cooker burn out just before the week end a replacement was required pretty quickly and The Gassuperstore did exactly that. Thank you.

I bought a very expensive gas fire which seemed to have a back plate missing when I checked the parts. I phoned the seller for advice before getting a gas fitter round and was told that the plate should be an integral part of the fire and that if I wanted more advice then I should phone the manufacturer. Got the fitter round and his first comment was "where is the back plate?" Luckily he bought a metal plate from [external reference] and manufactured one for me - of course this cost me extra. I complained to Gas Superstore about the extra cost incurred and they could not have been less interested. Good fire though!

Good value for the range master gas hob that I wanted But it says you can get a 3 hour time slot well I couldn't as mine had been sent by courier phoned customer services explained I need a time slot as I need to go to the vets in emergency he was so unhelpful didn't really care so I left a note luckily courier left it in my garage for me as the guy on the phone said it would need to be signed for and he wouldn't leave it but he did so so good products good prices terrible customer services

Fires-Cookers site was easy to use, I ordered the washing machine I wanted easily without any problems. Delivery was 1 week later. I had ticked the options of free installation and free removal of my old machine. - This made my purchase really good value in my opinion. My only gripe is delivery: I was working on delivery day but desperate to get my new machine in - as I was without a washing machine, which for a family is a nightmare. No delivery time frame is given, I was told I would be given a 3 hour time frame on the morning of delivery;. I went to work for 9 am still unsure when delivery would be. I had lined up a house-sitter, (i.e. my brother) who would make sure he would be at mine to receive the goods. I ended up ringing Fires-Cookers to get the time. I was told I would have been notified half, to one hour before delivery but this is not sufficient notice. Who can afford a day off work for deliveries!! I needed the time frame in advance to organise someone to be in. This was the one area where I felt frustrated & let down. Delivery was good - phone call from the driver 30 mins before he arrived, he then installed my machine and took away my old one as promised - plus all packaging. Fantastic.

Caution! My barbecue was not delivered, even after rescheduling several times. On every occasion I suddenly received an email on the day prior to delivery stating it would be cancelled due to "stock" or "delivery" problems. I cannot trust this seller to ever deliver the item that I have ordered and have requested a full refund.

The electric fire suite we wanted was on several websites - with varying prices. However the cheapest was on the Gas Superstore site. We ordered the suite and chose the delivery date without a problem. When I telephoned the store to get an approximate time of delivery, I was given a window which was kept to by the driver. The driver waited for me to look over the suite before leaving and then took all the packaging away. All in all, an excellent service and we're delighted with our new fireplace.
