Ordered an item for the first time almost a month ago, paying for 3-5 day service. Still no item received and no replies to emails sent or voicemails left. No one even ever answers the phone. I am wishing that I had read these reviews before placing an order with this company. I have looked at these reviews for the first time just now, and judging by the number of people who have paid and received nothing, perhaps someone should be contacting the police, as gross incompetence could be being used as a cover for fraud?

I placed an order at the beginning of June and still haven't received it. It's impossible to get through on the phone, although at one point you could leave a voicemail, not that this made a difference. No response to emails and now even the automated email receipt isn't working either. Do not order from here.
I placed an order on the 5th of July it was paid for by the 8th of July And still no order I have emailed till I am blue in the face and still no one gets back to me it is about time some one answered the email disgusted with this company and service June Francis

I ordered a prep top counter unit from The Pubshop Catalogue on the 3rd July and was told it would be delivered in 7-10 working days. After this time was up and I had not received my order I tried everything to get in contact with the company to find out where it was. I tried the automatic messenger on their website, sent emails, phoned the contact number, tried all the extensions and left a voicemail, but have had no response or answer to anything. I am not even at the point where I want my money back because I really wanted these products and I still do! I just want to hear back from someone... anyone, to let me know where my order is, because right now I feel well and truly scammed and robbed by this company. I would not recommend buying anything from this website. Sometimes low prices really are too good to be true. Order number: 128245. Please contact me regarding this. #127366 I am still waiting for this order from the beginning of June. I even paid for the quick delivery option. I have tried to call to ask where it is but nobody answers the phone. I have also send a number of emails to them asking for a delivery date but no response..
The product is as described, but the internet service was not good! Product ordered on the 10th of the month and express delivery paid for, the money was taken from my account on the 11th, by the 21st goods had not been received, Telephones were answered by a message saying they were short of staff and there was no order history available. I tried to reclaim the money from my credit card, and placed another order (I was desperate for the goods!). I left an email asking for a telephone call which I got! The gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic and promised delivery of my new order the next day, which I got, he also refunded the first payment.. rating would be 5 star on my second experience, but overall I think 3 is enough
Products arrived smashed. Have tried calling to get them replaced. Option two says No one is available due to short staff so to email. Have had no response. Option 1 just says "No one is available" and hangs up.

They failed to deliver my items, and will not answer the phone or email, so I cannot get a refund or arrange re-delivery. I have been chasing since May, its impossible to get in contact with them. Steer clear.
