Paid in full for 2 items they state they will be with you on 3-5 days that didn’t happen . We received a faulty coffee maker a map th later and we are still waiting for the racking I paid for !! They do not answer the phone or emails Tracey

I paid for items using Paypal online and got my money back within 8 days of initial complaint. I did get one reply from Rob saying he would look into my missing order but nothing since. beware, i believe "Home shop Catalogue" is the new company with same operators selling same items.
An absolute con, my order of £150 in April has not been received and the con men that run this company have been avoiding me every day!
Still no goods/refund/update from an order placed 15 May 2019.

Do not buy from this company! They are happy to take the order and money instantly but product has not arrived and there have been no responses to my emails. Ordered on June 30th for a holiday and by July 15th no response. Phone line answering message just says they're short staffed. I'm contacting my bank's disputes team to try to get money back. Wish I'd looked at Trust Pilot before ordering.
Order 2 chairs from them for c£250. Firstly, they tried to deliver them to my London address -where my card is registered Then when they did turn up at the correct delivery address - the legs were our of the packaging and badly scratched. So now, 3 weeks later - no chairs, no refund and can't get in contact with them at all. The man I originally spoke with was genuine - and did sort out the re-delivery (from their mistake) but this is now totally unacceptable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Placed an order for a Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie at a cost of £522.62 on the 17th of May. The money was taken from my account on the 20th May. No delivery by Thursday 24th May so I rang the Pubshop Catalogue (and actually got through) was told that the equipment would be delivered the next day by courier and that the delay was due to Lincat. As of today 15th July (56 days after the order) I have still not received the equipment and have had no response from the pubshop despite numerous un answered phone calls, answer machine messages and emails (ordered a replacement from another company successfully now). Now started a claim against the pubshop with the goverment money claim service, the pubshop now have 14 days to resolve this as in refund the money or a Count Court Judgement will be served against them!!
Poor delivery service. Pay for express 1-5 days (usually delivered in 3 days) their words not mine and it turns up 8 days later. Check the parcel and find out that they didn't even post it until 4 days after it was ordered. Ordered Monday, posted Friday delivered Monday. I don't call that express delivery.
Do not use i think they have gone bust - placed an order 2 weeks ago paid for express delivery can get hold of them not returning e-mails - If like me you have paid for unreceived items report to your bank and claim a charge back and report to the fraud dept of you bank.
I ordered a Wusthof DN930 Diamond Knife Sharpener on 11th June. No contact or delivery from The Pubshop Catalogue so I tried to contact them via telephone, leaving messages and emails. No response whatsoever and no one ever answered the phone. On 24th June I emailed "I have not received this product yet. Please advise when I can expect it? If it has not shipped please cancel the order and refund my money." Still no reply. On the 5th July the wrong product arrived. I have once again tried to telephone and email the company. No response once again. I would not recommend this company at all. Very poor customer service and sent wrong product out.

Placed an order weeks ago, never received it have emailed them, called, left messages and had no responce at all so am now £120 out of pocket and looking like no chance of a delivery

We’ve ordered from these guys before and never had a problem so I didn’t even think of reading these but I should have. £1,100 at the start of June and nothing! No answer no email replies no nothing. We’ve contacted our bank fraud department and are trying to retrieve money back.
I have been waiting for 20 days now with my delivery. Was told it would arrive on the 11th July, which it didn't, Have emailed them with no reply.Can't speak to them as short of staff. Rubbish firm don't deal with them.

Jul 22,2019I have made a purchase and paid in full in advance, received the wrong items. we sent them back via courier and since then we never received the correct stock and have been trying on a daily basis via phone and mail to get in touch with the company to get refund, but never had a respond and never received the money back I will keep calling and e mail them and if necessary take legal action against the company terrible service!
