Jul 11,201928/7/19 Update - no further contact since 19th July. I have informed them of my intention to contact Trading Standards, but still no reply or products. 12/7/19 Update--I have been contacted to say "they are looking into my order and will get back to me" 10/7/19 We ordered items from these over a week ago, yet despite priority delivery, we have yet to receive our items. The order is "pending". The money came out of our account the same day. I have rang several times to request an update, but only get an answerphone service, which no-one replies to. I wish I had seen this review site before ordering.

Jul 11,2019Still not received my product as in i ordered 2 things and one turned up... Can not get a reply from the company... Did not answer any of my questions I want a refund immediately 2 minutes to buy something and over 1 week and half of trying to get in touch and still nothing...

Jul 11,2019Do not order from this company they do not send your goods or respond to emails, take your money & don't post or send goods. Phone lines are unmanned and voicemails go unanswered I have been waiting for items which have been paid for for 2 weeks now no response from any Company rep. I am owed £87.62 which I may as well kiss goodbye I will post 1 star reviews everyday until my complaint is dealt with

Jul 11,2019DO NOT USE. Several emails sent to them mark as URGENT as per their request no reply to any of them, tried to call over several days to both sales and customer support, no answer from either. The order that I placed just shows as "PENDING" for over 10 days now.

Jul 09,2019Well just like every recent review here it seems i have also had my money taken by placing an order with them and no delivery or any form of communication from this company, I am now disputing the transaction through my bank to try to receive a full refund. AVOID THEM!!

Jul 09,2019Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! Order placed 23/6 and received email acknowledgement. However, no sign of goods and when I followed link to check progress of order it said 'pending'. Rang and left message on their answerphone, but no'one contacted me. Also sent email - no reply. Next time I looked on my account my order had disappeared and it said I have never placed an order with them. Rang again today and an automated message just says there is no'one to take the call then cuts off. Am now taking action through my bank to dispute the payment that left my account on 25/6.

Jul 09,2019I ordered a freezer on 12/06/19 with a 5-7 day delivery window. On the 9/07/19 it hasn't arrived. The telephones aren't answered, they do not reply to answerphone messages. There is obviously something very wrong so please do risk your money by placing an order with them on their website. I have used them before and items that I have ordered and received show in my order history - this latest order costing £1184.40 inc. vat has now been deleted from my order history but I printed a copy before they had the opportunity to delete it so I have the evidence.

Jul 09,2019Do not order with Pubshop whatever you do , DONT RISK IT!! I’ve ordered a disc for Robot Coupe on the 13th of MAY!! Not only has it not arrived, they DONT answer your calls and have an automated voice recording ( presumably by the dodgy owner ) I will pursue through small claims

Jul 08,2019We'd used this company a few times but in April we ordered a Samsung Microwave. It never arrived, they made promise after promise but nothing happened, then they stopped answering the phone. We finally raised a small claim and with the threat of a County Court Judgement over them they finally paid up, in July The small claims process is simple and effective. Google moneyclaims.service

Jul 06,2019I placed an order with them over 4 weeks ago and I've not received the items, nor any response to queries. I've contacted Paypal to get my money back and have placed my order with another company. Do not use this company! They used to be good. Not anymore

Jul 05,2019I have now twice payed the extra for 1-3 working day delivery. Both times they seemed to have forgotten about my order days after. On the second occasion I spoke to a member of staff and told him where to send the parcel for it to end up somewhere else. I had to drive a 2 hour round trip to pick it up. Not impressed. I will not be using this company again. Nisbets all the way.

Left numerous messages, both written and voicemail. Used their facebook and twitter links but still no correspondence from them.
