Jul 03,2019I placed an order back in april which I still haven't received.... I have phoned numerous times where there has been no answer and asked to leave a message ... left messages on the customer service line, the sales line and the Accounts line..... it says someone will call you back.... no on ever has. I ordered something back in Feb and paid for delivery 3-5 working days .... these never turned up till 22 days after!! Very poor customer service.... will not be using them again

Jul 02,2019Similar story to everyone else - ordered a trolley on 2nd June, £86 payment went through on the 3rd, received an order confirmation and then nothing. Called three times, each time had music played at me for several minutes before being cut off. Contacted them through their website and then directly by email (twice) and no response. Presumably going bust and deservedly so, but given they have been reported to Trading Standards by more than one reviewer here, why on earth are they allowed to continue taking people's money with no attempt to provide anything in return? This is straightforward theft. Hoping PayPal will get my money back - having read the reviews here I have realised there is no prospect of receiving the item I ordered.

Jul 01,2019We paid extra for early delivery and received notice that it had been delivered, but the reality was that it had not been delivered. We phoned and left messages, plus sent an email without response, so we bought an alternative product. Two weeks later it arrived. Product looks fine but is now superfluous.

Jun 30,2019I was short shipped on my delivery, when I emailed the day of I had no reply, I called multiple times and no one ever answered. I left multiple voicemails, no one ever called me back and no one ever replied to my emails. I still haven’t received my missing unit which I have paid for and I’m very reluctant to buy another as the cost of postage is as much as the item itself.

Jun 29,2019Ordered a set of glasses on 1st June. By 20th I was getting worried I hadn’t received them. I Went online and read the reviews and seriously thought I had lost my money. I sent an email on the off chance I’d get the product. Within a couple of days the glasses arrived. I was pleased the company sent the items although the delivery was very slow. It seems I was one of the lucky ones who actually got my order.

Jun 28,2019Opened new business on 11th June needed a few extra bits. Ordered 2nd June paid for 3-5 days delivery still nothing. No reply to emails, do not answer phone!!!! now chasing bank for refund :(

Jun 28,2019DO NOT USE! I placed an order on the 15th May after a month of chasing and them not answering the phone, responding to emails etc I managed to get a refund via my bank last week. Tip to those of you trying to get your money back. They have another company called Home Shop Catalogue where the phone is occasionally answered, Rob the owner still fobbed me off and made false promises that items would be delivered but at least i got hold of him and told him he was a conman!

Jun 27,2019PLACED MY ORDER ON 1ST JUNE AND STILL NO GOODS. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE BY PHONE AS NO ONE ANSWERS. I HAVE ESCALATED THIS TO PAYPAL AS THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY CALLS OR EMAILS. SHAME AS THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY, SADLY THEY MUST HAVE FALLEN INTO DIFFICULT TIMES BUT THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIR WEBSITE DOWN INSTEAD OF CONTINUING TO FRAUDULENTLY TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY.

Jun 26,2019Jun 2019: Ordered goods and paid for next day delivery but few days later nothing delivered. I have been trying to contact the company every day as I didn't get an order confirmation, and latterly, to chase delivery. They took the money straight away. Will be raising a credit card dispute now I've seen the other Trustpilot comments.
