Jun 25,2019Unfortunately I have to concur with the reviews written over the last few weeks, I only wish I had seen these before placing my order as the story is identical, placed order, 3 weeks and no goods, no reply to emails, voicemails and phone never answered, money taken though. AVOID if you don’t want to waste time most of us can I’ll afford chasing this lot. It’s a joke that they have any stars!

Jun 23,2019I placed an order worth £400 on 2nd June 2019 as was opening my restaurant on the 5th. It is now the 23rd. The order has not turned up. The telephone is not being answered at all by anyone, (i call 5 times a day). I have emailed the company daily with no response. These has not been a refund as requested so have had to go through other channels to try and get my money back. All i can believe is that they are a fraudulent company?

Jun 19,2019I think they are in administration - do not purchase from them... Placed an order back in Feb 2019 which was delivered successfully. However, Placed two orders one at the end of May, one at the beginning of June - not delivered. They don't answer the phones, nor call back after I left VM. Their online contact form hasn't produced any response neither has multiple emails sent to them direct.

Jun 18,2019Placed order mid-May, to date still not received, have left numerous messages.....money was taken immediately from my account. Raised a Paypal case and they are refunding my purchase - so glad I used PP as money being returned....this mob didn't even respond to PP. Still have cheek to have an up and running website when they don't even have the products available but take money directly. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND URGE ANYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Jun 18,2019Do not buy from Pubshop catalogue. The delivery was late without an explanation. I had to call 6 times and leave numerous voicemails before I got a response. The product was less than perfect and they never responded about my return query. They take your money quickly though.

Jun 15,2019I wish not to give any start at all. they are full of scam and doggy business. paid £79 for the item after a month did not receive any product. call them 3 times in between. really hard to get them on phone. they do not even bother. Beawar of this scam. they take the money and do not deliver. 4th time I called them and cancel my order but almost 2 weeks did not get my money. luckily I paid through PayPal and raised a dispute. avoid this company. I have seen all the review, not sure how this company still open. it should have been shut by the trading standard.

Jun 15,2019Wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. £150 for an item which did not arrive. Sent numerous emails and tried calling. Only time somebody answered was when I pressed “1” for sales. He assured me he would investigate and call straight back, which he didn’t. His explanation was that they were short staffed (same as other reviews). Am now in the process of trying to reclaim payment through PayPal, which is long winded, inconvenient and I am left without my product. I hope everybody reads these reviews and avoids this company at all costs. UPDATE. PayPal were unable to get a response from this sham company either, so have thankfully awarded me a full refund. Please avoid The Pubshop Catalogue!!

Jun 15,2019Update - from beginning of May, I have still not received my goods, a refund, or been able to contact anyone from this company; after repeatedly trying! Original review, placed in June Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I bought! Bought a toaster several weeks ago with a delivery of 5 working days. Did not receive when expected, tried to call on so many occasions, left messages, sent emails but no response. My money was taken immediately. I have now made a claim through PayPal and reported to Trading Standards.

Jun 12,2019Ordered 12 glasses and paid extra for the quickest delivery option 1-2 days as I needed them for a party that weekend. Order placed Monday 3rd, delivery arrived 12th!!! Didn’t arrive in time for the event. Sent 3 emails and not 1 response. Will NEVER use again!! So many other companies about please don’t make the same mistake

Jun 11,2019Avoid at all costs - The customer service of this company is beyond unacceptable. Following the wrong items being sent and returned, no refund was issued and no communication. Three months later and over 20 emails and countless phone calls and still no response. Cannot state clearly enough to please avoid at all costs!

Jun 25,2019Avoid!!! Ive reported The Pub Shop to trading standards as I placed an order for an event in May that has never arrived! No contact from them, they dont answer the phone or reply to emails or messages. It looks like they are in administration. I find it disgusting that their website is still up and running and they are still taking money from people and not delivering goods.
