Jun 09,2019I gave an order 2 months ago. I sent emails and gave them a call about my delivery a few times but No answer. 2 weeks ago They sent me some of the items. I sent email again with missing items and damaged ones, still no answer. The company looks like doesn t work properly. Do not waste your money in there.

Jun 09,2019Don't use this company read the reviews on google and here. They can't delete those. Shocking, many people not recieving goods they paid for and not getting refunds. Not answeing phones not answering emails. Me included. Stay well clear

Jun 07,2019Ordered a couple of stainless steel tables and didn’t get them delivered as written on website. After several calls I spoke with mark from Pubshop who handled my order personally with care and informed me every step of the way about my delivery. He has been great and I would recommend Pubshop to anyone Thankyou for the tables they are great quality

Jun 06,2019I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoes and for the past couple of weeks have been trying to get in touch to order the correct size and send the old order back. No one has answered the phone and when asked to leave a message so someone could contact me no one has bothered to call me back. At present I am stuck with some shoes that I cannot wear. Will keep trying to contact them!!!

Jun 06,2019DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY I ordered goods on 12th May, and finally received them today. I rang and left messages and also sent e-mails - but NO response. I fully understand that supply problems can arise, but it is the lack of information/response that is so frustrating. I ordered with them a few years ago and things were fine, but something now is clearly very wrong (evidenced by other reviews). To add insult to injury, my parcel also contained 2 printed catalogues of their goods (which I binned straight away). As if I would ever order from them again!! As other reviewers agree, they take your money efficiently/instantly but you are then left waiting and waiting.. and waiting.

Jun 06,2019Appalling. Have used Pubshop many times and has always been very reliable. Since early this year services has fallen through the floor. Do not use. They owe us several hundred for product not delivered. Am reclaiming via Mastercard.

Jun 05,2019Well i oredered a set of Victorinox F221 knife set on the 28/5/19.And was told it would be with me on the 30/5/19.Spoke to someone on the 31st( after trying to get hold of them for most of the day) and was told it would be with me on the 3/6/19 said not good enuff as was my sons birthday present and after a few mins thay said the postage had been upgraded and be here on sat 1st may.And never turned up again. Well it has now turned up on the 4/6/19 so im a bit better off then some of you on here.

Jun 05,2019Diabolical!!! We ordered a water boiler back in April - and this was never delivered! Called to complain and request monies back and they said that this would be actioned. We're now in June - the monies not been returned to the account and NONE of the emails I have sent have been answered. You cannot get through to this company via phone... it rings out! No-one calls you back. Appalling service. This refund is now being handled by Paypal.

Jun 05,2019Absolutely shocking service. Ordered for next day delivery, after 3 days it still hadn’t turned up so ordered again. Was promised a refund for the original order which, 3 months later, I still haven’t received. Avoid this place!

Jun 04,2019The Pub Shop Catalogue is part of a company that includes "The Home Shop Catalogue"... they use the same admin...same phone number... I have received rubbish service from this company. Was told that picking/shipping would be pretty much next working day... it's been over a week and the items still haven't shipped. All attempts to contact the company have resulted in one email sent to me giving excuses about shortage of staff etc. A promise to follow up never materialised... would never use this company again...and now won't ever use The Pubshop either... as they are one in the same.

Jun 04,2019Absolutely avoid, they must be going under, and yet are still allowing people to make orders with them. As all reviews below say - my order didn't arrive, no response to any of emails and no calls answered. Don't order from them.

Jun 04,2019I placed an order for a coffee urn - which did not arrive. Only when I called the Pubshop Catalogue, I was told the make had been discontinued. So I had effectively paid for an item that shouldn't have been sold. Over 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account. I have telephoned 6 times and not even had a return call.

Jun 03,2019I completed an order 19th May They took immediate payment. Email received to confirm order yet when I log onto my account with order number the site has no records of the order. Tried emailing no response. Multiple phone call never answered. The purchase was a Wedding gift which I will now source elsewhere. Appalling, appalling, appalling. Avoid them

They have taken money from my bank account but I have not received the goods and they do not answer their phones.They may be cheaper than Nisbets on paper but much more expensive in practice, given they don't deliver! As said in other reviews, they may be going bust. I would not be surprised. Do not use them.

Jun 03,2019This company is a disgrace. I ordered over a month ago and paid for express delivery and as of today I have yet to receive my goods. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. They have taken payment from me including next day delivery charge almost 3!months ago and have yet to deliver my goods. I have left 28 messages on their answer phone asking for someone to call me as it is literally impossible to have a phone call answered. We are a small business ourselves. I have paid around £80 to pubshop catalogue for goods almost 3 months ago for goods I have never received. Also I have had never had any response to any email or answerphone message I have left. I have had my review reported as it is apparently it is 3rd party hearsay. My order number is 225647 and to pubshop catalogue my review is a lie and harmful. Not quite as harmful as taking money for goods you do not deliver.
