May 31,2019THIS COMPANY IS SHAMBOLIC!!!!!!!!! My last review was 23/04/19 Today I am trying to contact The Pubshop once again for an order I spoke to them about having ordered back on 18/03/19 - they informed me they would send this out.. as you can now guess that today again I'm trying to contact them to see where this order is.... Complaint has just been put in to Nisbets regarding them, with Pubshop having advised me previously they use them for their Goods. I informed them how they have blamed Nisbets for their service to them which is causing their issues with deliveries... the more complaints Nisbets receive the better in order for this cowboys to stop Tarnishing their name... Go ahead and give Nisbets a call 0845 111 0281 and give your complaint on The Pubshop, they're taking your money and not supplying the goods! THIEVES!!

May 26,2019I purchased a Kitchenaid accessory from them. They took my money immediately and never shipped. They didn't respond to emails, and their phone answering system always went to voicemail. After a month, Paypal refunded me. They never responded to the Paypal claim either.

May 26,2019I ordered shelving. They took my payment with receipt and delivery date. It has been way past date without replies to my phone calls nor mails. My bank reimburse me and are investigating as well as canceled my card and sent me a new card. Be warned!

May 25,2019i have paid for my items, its been over a month i still did not receive the items, you have to wait hours to get hold of them, and they will tell you lies if you ask them about where the item is, i paid from my debit card , I wish i paid from my credit card or paypal, then they could not play with my money. they sell items cheaper than others this is why i ordered from them. i have spent at least 4x30 minutes over the phone to hear the lies, when i asked for refund , they said they will refund its over 2 weeks now nothing came back, absolute thief.

May 24,2019This company is awful!!! I made a purchase 10 days ago with a delivery time of 1-3 days. After not receiving the items in the stated time I tried to contact them via email and telephone. Everyday for the last 5 days I have phoned and as of yet no one has answered!!! Not even the sales line! I can only assume this company is a scam. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

May 22,2019Still waiting for my order nearly one month on, with no communication either by phone or email. Claiming money back through credit card - never had to do this before. Lousy firm. Avoid!

May 21,2019Still waiting for my order, one month on, when expected it in 5-7 days, have tried numerous times by phone and email to contact them. Will prefer to pay a higher price elsewhere to actually receive the items!

May 17,2019Brought 6 of the 5 litres thermal flask for our community to use and within a month the 2 has broken and 3rd is on the way. Tried to call the customer service for the whole week and leave messages still no reply. There is no customer services in what so ever, please don't use them.

May 15,2019Ordered goods on the 12.03.19 - rang to advise that if not received by 18.03.19 they would not be required as customer would not require. arrived on 27.03.19 so not signed for but returned with courier. Despite several calls and confirmation in April that the refund would be raised - nothing so far. if you read this pubshop - my order no has been left below. today I have left a further message. If I ran our business like this we wouldn't have one..............DISGRACEFUL!! Update january 2020 - still no goods or refund!!

May 14,2019Terrible service. Made an order months ago and they sent the wrong item which I returned but they still haven’t replaced. Then made another order a few weeks ago and still waiting for both. Did manage to get through to someone and they said it would arrive last week but it still hasn’t and now can’t get hold of anyone. Have tried numerous times on phone and email. Avoid using this company!

May 13,2019Although able to undercut Nisbets - sometimes quite significantly - it’s simply not worth it. They have a 1-3 day delivery for £5.95 but if you do decide to chance it with this company - don’t expect the 1-3 days to be met. I’m still waiting for things from a month ago. They’re quick enough to take your money and then don’t deliver. I waited 2 weeks for the original half of my order to come through and I only got that after 2 weeks because I kept hassling them. I have since emailed twice and left a message about the remaining missing items and nothing. We’ve phoned again today to ask where the items are. No apology. No explanation. Just ‘we will get those out to you tomorrow’. Their website used to be basic and now they have a new one which looks better but nothing is indexed correctly so you can’t search very well. It’s best to go on Nisbets, find what you want and then put the code into pubshop. That is - if you’re prepared to chance it / wait for your items. They used to be a lot better. What a shame. Won’t be using them again.

May 07,2019We've been chasing an order that was placed in March and still hasn't arrived. Part of this order was received weeks late, and I've had no update on the remaining products. Having phoned and emailed almost constantly since placing the order, we've been ignored. It's absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend this company AT ALL!
