May 03,2019Hi there After I placed an order and paid for commercial big fridge , there was no correspondence from them at all just one message, then there was no information to when I was going to receive the Fridge I tried many times to ring but kept going to answering machine , The fridge did not come in time frame that was stated I phoned again many times left my phone number tried so many times darted to lose heart finally got through then guess what the person said he was so busy and on his own so that’s why he never replied of picked up phone then to my surprise he didn’t know what was happening and promised me he would find out the get back to me with the delivery details But again this was false because he never rang back so I was left then thinking these was a scam , rang again many times finally got through the next day and behold I was given a date which was nearly double waiting time , but I thought well at least it’s coming waited in for delivery then I got phone call driver couldn’t make it and was it ok if he come the next day we’ll next day came and yes it turned up massive double fridge had to get it inside only me and wife the but what did I get Oh no we only leave it at your door it’s up to you to get it inside, couldn’t believe it , so before he left and signed that I received it in good condition I thought I would check the fridge which I did and quest what wrong fridge, I told driver his reply not my problem you will have to phone Pub shop , so again I tried countless times and quests what I could not get through ,Supprise,Supprise, Tried on web site aswell no use at all :-( This Company must be the worst I have ever felt with , Please anyone keep well clear So product wrong Customers service terrible, Delivery firm they Use Terrible service, I will never ever use them again

May 02,2019I followed a link for what I wanted from Google shopping and the description was similar but there was no photo available. I took a risk and ordered it anyway and ended up getting something that wasn't quite what I wanted. I should have known better

May 02,2019Payment taken but no order sent and these people do not answer their phones. This would appear to be a scam and I recommend people to avoid this site like the plague! They have stolen the money from me with no intention of supplying the goods ordered, and paid for Despite several calls, which eventually took me to an answer machine, where i left several messages, i got no response So i sent an email, using the form they provide, and still no response They should be ashamed of themselves, taking peoples money!!! I am a small company and can ill afford to be ripped off in this way

May 02,2019Still waiting for goods ordered 2 weeks ago. No reply to my voicemails and several emails sent. They were quick enough to take my money but cannot deliver the goods and won't pick up the phone. Very poor on all fronts I won't be using them again

May 02,2019Just received a circular email asking me to leave a good review on Trustpilot!!!!! I paid for goods I did not receive. No confirmation invoice was received. I phoned and was assured the goods were in transit. No tracking was sent. I was unable to speak to anyone as all calls went to automated cut off. No one contacted me to explain why my money was taken and no goods sent. They now want me to leave a good review as the bad reviews are hurting their business. My suggestion would be to stop stealing customers money, answer your phones, reply to emails, but most importantly - supply the goods you are offering in a timely manner whilst updating the customer of progress - its not rocket science!!!! PS Of course I will NOT br leaving a good review.

May 02,2019I found exactly what I wanted, a butlers tray for use on a large footstool in our lounge. As it was way cheaper than any others I had found I thought I’d have to paint and varnish it, but it’s arrived and is fabulous quality so no extra work was necessary, I am more than impressed with my purchase. Delivery was fast and it was very well packaged. Would definitely buy from them again

On contact by phone my initial purchase was instantly recalled even though it was made well over a year earlier. The replacement item, which was required at short notice, was despatched promptly and arrived when promised. Top notch service!
