Same experience as previous people. Wish i had also seen reviews before ordering. Ordered a product in November and its still not arrived. Been told 3 times its on its way yet still nothing. Asked for a refund, just get fobbed off! Needs shutting down!

Terrible: ordered and nothing arrived. Initial email said they were busy and it would be there soon. Now no reply on email or phone. Total scam

This company is a scam, bought a deep fryer on the 3rd of January 2023 and they said delivery will be within 5 days but nothing has come through up until 4th February 2023. Have called them so many times but no response. I wonder how they still manage to operate in this country with this magnitude of scam and no body is doing anything to close them down. Very disgraceful.

Ordered and paid for a coffee percolator for our struggling business two weeks ago. No replies to numerous emails. Cancelled order and asked for a refund. No replies. Going to contact trading standards then a little trip to Weymouth to see if these robbing gits really exist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - AND REPORT TO CITIZENS ADVICE Placed an order 14th December, paid £137. No order came so I emailed on 28th Dec, was told there was a delay and wait for a couple of weeks. Nothing by the end of Jan so called and told they'd send half the order that was in stock - nothing arrived and now I can't even get through on the phone. Found their address online so I will pay a visit.

Placed an order with Pubshop on 10th December 2022. Todays date is 1st February 2023 and still i have not received my order! They take payment but don’t deliver! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have sent emails and have also been on their pathetic chat many times but they just do not reply! PLEASE READ MY REVIEW IN FULL BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING PLACING ANY ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Avoiding these scammer’s, sensible advice below before placing orders online with any business you don’t know. 1. Always check Trustpilot reviews 2. Search reviews on Google, just add the company name and reviews, remember that not all reviews are genuine, especially 5 stars. Look at the 1 star reviews always before making up your mind. 3. If in doubt, AVOID. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: AVOID!

I wish I’d read these reviews earlier! Outstanding order from December, paid by credit card. Have contacted the company by email several times, left telephone message but no acknowledgment or response. Avoid at all cost.

Believe me I only added one star because I had to before I could write a review. What ever you do don’t buy from this place. They will take your money and not send your order. They won’t reply to emails or live chats and the don’t answer the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace. Just save your money folks.

My disabled daughter on palliative care has been conned by this company. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Do not buy from these con merchants you may as well throw your money down the drain

Another sucker! i brought two office chairs or at least i paid for two of them. No Chairs, no response to phone email or Bot. he is Registered at a home address 7 Mountbatten Close, Weymouth. He has another company called the "Home Shop Catelogue Ltd". complete scammer!

I have had the same problem as the others. I placed an order over three weeks ago. The confirmation email confirmed that delivery would take place within 5 to 7 days. I have heard nothing further from the company, my emails have gone unanswered and neither is the phone.

No email correspondence from retailer following my purchase and despite several phone calls no goods have arrived. Avoid this 'retailer' at all costs. Currently seeking return of my money through credit card fraud department of my bank.

SCAM!!! looks official site but it will just take your money and nothing comes. Will not respond to any emails. Have reported to police and dispute with banks as clearly this fraud has been ongoing for a while. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

This is the worse company I have come across ! No communication , promises of delivery between 5-7 days and even after 12 days the goods haven't arrived , they don't answer their phones and they don't reply to emails or messages left . Rip off!

As like the others on here i wish i read the reviews before ordering. I have phoned, emailed.. no response AT ALL. Even if the company are struggling to deal with the excess emails, a courteous email to say it will be worked on as soon as possible would be great.. not an automated response saying you will come back in 24-48 hours. (which was not the case anyway) ordered a slow cooker on the 27th of December and still waiting for it.. if it ever comes. i want a refund if not despatched. If not in stock.. let the customer know. I don not want to pay for an item which is out of stock if this is even the case which i believe it is.. who knows.

What an unreliable and untrustworthy operator. I’ve been trying to return an item since the beginning of December. Very quick with an auto-reply but still waiting for returns instructions despite emailing 3 times and being assured by Rob Symes that instructions would be forthcoming as they are too busy to handle returns currently The fact they don’t have return procedures documented and in place can only signify what a tin-pot outfit they are. I’ll simply hand the matter over to my credit card provider and they can handle the case. I suspect Mr Symes will have plenty of time in the future as his current levels of customer service do not lend themselves to a profitable and successful business. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My son wanted to buy me a good set of kitchen knives for Christmas so I did some research & also asked my local pub landlord that runs a very busy pub & kitchen so he gave me a Ni****s catalogue, I found what I liked then came across Pubshop while researching the knives (at almost half the price elsewhere) I also wanted some advice on steel sharpeners so give them a call & had a very comprehensive chat about the knives I was looking to order & the different types of steel's to consider, the man I was talking to did say there was a backlog of orders to fulfill after the Christmas period but I felt my order was in safe hands, ordered,paid & the knives arrived just over a week later, Very happy with the knives & Pubshop, I'm sure it's not all about reviews if you just go back to having a chat with the seller...& No I didn't get the knives for free, my son paid for them.
