3 weeks ive been waiting for my order. Spoke to someone 3 times over the past week, saying they would get back to me but never did. Emailed aswel, they said they would get back but never did. One of the worst customer service ever. Sounds like a scam, they take your money and do not deliver. Will have to contact my bank.

I was extremely worried when I came here and saw all the bad reviews - the delivery did take longer than i expected (only by a few days) however when i called and spoke to customer service agent they were very helpful and provided me with a tracking number in a few minutes. Over all from placing order to recieveing took 8 days.

Ordered the items to use for an event. They didn't arrive within the time expected and when I used the messaging service option to find out why, especially given the reviews, someone replied instantly, checked the error and made sure they arrived that very afternoon! Very helpful service and lovely items.

Absolutely delighted with the order in terms of communication, packaging and delivery. The product was above expectations too and is just perfect. Did read the previous reviews but glad I went ahead.

I ordered a Barrel Dip stick on 16th July 2018 and despite several communications I am still awaiting delivery in March 2022.

I started an order online but got to payment details and realised it was asking for cc details but not on a secure area so stopped and cancelled. 20 mins later got call asking if I needed help to complete my order. Very pleasant guy said email him if further info needed. Reading other reviews I can see I have been lucky. Bad luck for pubshop is I work I the legal sector and will pursue this.

Exactly the same experience as everyone else here. Paid for this over a year ago and have been chasing a refund since. Don't use!

Did not process order or refund my money despite numerous requests .Had to resort to Bank Chargeback to get my money returned. Incompetent or wilful

As with most of the other reviews, not at all impressed by "customer service". Ordered two expensive concrete picnic tables in Sept 2020 - was told they were out of stock, but would be back in stock about 8 weeks later. that was ok with us. It is now April 2021 and we reopen tomorrow. No replies to any phone message and only one "I will try and sort it" email - to no avail. Will be considering taking further action soon. Interestingly the website shows delivery times of 3-4 weeks

I ordered something for my bar in September 2020 before checking them out on trustpilot. Needless to say it didn't arrive and despite taking payment, no communication was forthcoming from the company. If you don't get your order and you don't get any contact from pubshop, my advice is to contact your card issuer and raise a chargeback. That's what I did and I received a refund from the card scheme. Each time they receive a chargeback, pubshop will have to pay a fee. Perhaps the more people that do, the more they will realise it's not worth running their business in the way they do.

Would give less if I could, Robert Symes the director will go to jail one day, fraudster and scam artists, still waiting for my refund from an order I never received in October, almost 6 months. I hope you enjoy prison food!

Do not use! Ordered 4 x bar stools on 28.06.20. Was very patient with them due to lockdown etc, but haven't had a single response back from them despite numerous e-mails chasing the items or a delivery date. Didn't even get back to me after I threatened a chargeback from the credit card company. SCAMMERS!

Ordered and paid for tables in July and to date have not got the tables or a refund £550 just gone! Cannot get hold of anyone absolute disgrace that they are still operating.

Goods ordered and paid for on 25 November 2020. As of today still not received and cannot get hold of them. I've emailed and have heard nothing. Do not order from this company.

Ordered November 2020 cruet set for Christmas present. No update on delivery e mail asking for delivery date no response. Further e mails no response eventually requested a refund for non delivery, guess what no response. After the statutory 30 days actioned a charge back on the credit card. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FIRM THEY ARE CRIMINALS POSING AS A BONA FIDE COMPANY. Also applies to their umbrella company home shop catalogue ltd. You have been warned the authorities need to investigate urgently.

AVOID !!! I have had the same experience as other reviews. Firstly I placed order online, & payment was taken. After 6 weeks I had no goods delivered, 2 emails (no reply) & 2 phone calls later I made contact and was told one if my products , a knife case was out of stock with no sign of new stock arriving. I agreed to a refund of this item and complete the rest of the order. I then received another email invoice still showing all items. Next (another week later) I got tracking info from FedEx, and 4 days later FedEx a had seemingly lost the parcel. 3 emails later (8 weeks since placing my order) and I still have had no refund and no response or acknowledgement from pubshop. Not sure if scammers or simply incompetent but either way I will never use them again.l Updated following your reply. The value of lost goods is £14.95 you were informed of loss on 10th dec - 6 weeks ago. Value of out of stock item £81.58. You agreed to refund this in November - 10 weeks ago. I spoke with you on 22nd dec - 4 weeks ago and you agreed to full refund. Unsurprisingly 13 weeks since placing my order and I have yet to receive a penny in refund !! As you consistently fail to respond to emails it seems this platform is the best way to communicate with you. 2nd Update I eventually contacted my bank who refunded the full amount to me. Presumably they will charge it back to pubshop/homeshop. Simple solution - stick to nisbetts / russums / dennys etc

DON'T USE THEM! Be warned the they also trade as “Home shop”. I returned items to them only to never have a refund. They have ignored all correspondence and because it's only £40 they get away with it because it would cost me more to take them to small claims.

Do not use this company ! Scammers , take money and do not deliver then try to close down reviews ! They need investigated by the authorities - conmen !
