Very unhappy about my order. Money taken for items, six weeks later still not received and not answering phone calls or emails. My only option now is to try and recover my money through official channels.

Bought item 24th nov, promised refund (with email saying item refunded) on 21st dec after being told items not in stock. Finally got refunded after many, many emails, phone calls and chat bot exchanges. Shouldn’t have to be so difficult and I guess many don’t bother. Rubbish service, wish I’d read the reviews. Buyer beware.

Ordered something with an Express delivery 1-5days. Been waiting over 20 Days. No response on my emails haven’t received my package on time. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present.

Ordered some items that didnt arrive on time, when i emailed company i was sent an email explaining issue, then recieved a phone call to ask if i still required items, which i replied yes to... I asked the operator why it had bad reviews online and he explained they were trying to manage with literally a team of a few people and it was a difficult time for the company. I recieved my items today and issued a refund for an item out of stock.

Avoid at all cost!!! Placed my order nearly a month ago and still no show of it! No response to emails. My next point of contact is HMRC and trading standards.

Ordered and paid for a water boiler. Not fulfilled. No reply to e-mails or messages. Got told it would arrive last Thursday by DPD but this was a lie. Am going to contact bank next to try and get refunded. Easily the worst shopping experience bar none

Made an order, paid for it, and they are just disappeared! They don't answer the phone, no text, no mails. I have ordered crockery I can't work without and I'm stuck What a rubbish

Inconsistent customer service and unable to deal with the smallest of orders. I didn’t receive my order so contacted them via their online chat. Initially they were very responsive but just kept promising my order would be despatched the following day. It wasn’t. Eventually someone phoned me with lots of very personal excuses about why my order wasn’t not ready, so I said if it wasn’t despatched the following day then I would like a refund. They then went silent on the online chat, despite me messaging daily to receive an update. I asked twice how to cancel my order and get a refund and had no response. I did however receive an email yesterday to say I would receive a refund. The money has been paid back into my bank today. I ordered on 6/11/22 and received my refund on 8/12/22.

Like so many other people, have ordered and paid for an item only to have not received and dont have any luck with either emails or phone when trying to contact them. HMRC and Trading Standards are my next call, as I am sure both will be very interested in this company. Under declared VAT and profits if they are taking payments and not then sending the products.

Paid for express delivery and never received my delivery.. I have emailed twice now and still no reply after two weeks.. avoid this company at all costs!!!

I ordered the mixer from the Pubshop, because it is cheaper than any other websites. I didn't know a lot of people have had a bad experiences from this website. Then I start getting worried, so I contacted the company. He responds my called and chat message and told me, I will get my mixer on next Tuesday. I received my product in 7 days.

Having placed an order on 4th October for our school I am still waiting for the items to be delivered. I have chased repeatedly via email (as the phone number rings out with noone picking up) and Rob has told me 3 times now the items will be delivered and nothing has arrived. No courier details have ever been given and I'm really disappointed. Email responses are slow and I honestly have no confidence we're ever going to receive what we ordered for our children to use or get a refund.

DO NOT ORDER from here!!!! conned out of hundreds of pounds phone rings out for days no answer and no reply to emails waiting in delivery for weeks with no response or help seems a total scam to me DO NOT order

Purchased 2 x black barista milk jugs, 1 x silver milk jug, 1 x thermometer and 1 x cutlery basket on 18th October for delivery between 2-7 working days. Chased the order and was advised on the 26th that there was a baglog and that it would be delivered the following monday (31st October). Products finally arrived 4th November (17 days after purchasing) only to find that they had missed the 2 x black barista jugs and sent 2 stainless steel sugar bowls instead. Still awaiting shipment of the jugs, which will APPARENTLY be here this week. Poor company. Avoid.

Terrible company. Just wish we had read the reviews before making an order. Although apparently the reviews do not represent the company. Madness to think that well over a thousand reviews are incorrect 🤔. We must all be wrong? Yet to recieve all of our goods, when we ask the question of refunds or asking for a copy of their cancellation policy they never seem to respond to this? Yet very quick to take your money. It's very frustrating when there is no response to emails, so this will now progress onto the next legal stage.

I actually ordered goods through their other company homeshop catalogue but the phone line they provided takes you through to the pub shop catalogue. Not that anybody ever answers the phone or bothers to respond to answer phones messages or emails. I would avoid both companies. Their customer service is non existent and they don't send out the goods that have been purchased. Absolute rip off merchants. Such a shame I didn't check reviews before ordering

I have not recieved my item never got a email on my item so without reference no cant seem to get anywhere however it was paid on my bank card so I have proof just cant get contact with them never again they should not be trading ripping ppl off

Order never arrives. Now I'm waiting for my refund. Please don't buy from them. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. No communication at all. They use a fix automated chat, with nonsense answers. Never answer Telephone or reply messages. They should not be allow to trade
