just crooks. You will never see the product or your money again. They should be handled by the police
Absolutely time wasting. Scamming company do not ever use. Had to put a claim fir my order value.
I am writing on behalf of my husband who ordered 2 Vogue Casserole dishes. Eventually, the items were received, but one was damaged. He has been emailing the company regularly and has had no reply, Terrible service, would not recommend this company. With hindsight he should have paid the extra and gone with the reputable kitchen supply shop.
I ordered from this company several weeks ago, they took they money straight away but I am still awaiting the goods. I have emailed them now 4 times and no one ever gets back to me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews on here first before ordering as I would have avoided them like the plague.
On my last review you say you have contacted me about my order places May 2020. Checked emails, spam and bin. Nothing has been sent I fear you have only responded to close my last review down. So I’m just going to place another poor review as now your customer care is eve worse than before.
Pub shop have replayed to my review on this site only to convince possible customers reading this site to use them don’t. They have not sent my goods and have only communicated with me twice over 8 months one of them on this site. Scanning other reply’s they made to other scathing reviews they must allocate one day a week to post “its on its way sorry” rather than deal with their actual customers ( I gave them money not received goods so not really a customer, a victim of robbery). Please be aware they now trade as “Home shop catalogue” as well!
Ordered picnic tables in July no communication or tables, took over £500 of my money, avoid at all cost I don’t know how they are still trading!
My fault for not checking Trust Pilot first. Ordered on 20th September but still waiting and now pursuing a chargeback claim with my credit card company.
WISH I HAD READ THE REVIES BEFORE ORDERING!!!! Ordered items on 21.09.20 paid extra for express delivery surprise surprise the items have still not arrived (10.10.20) I have sent numerous e-mails and left a message for Rob!!!! Money takes straight away and Paid over £17.00 for delivery. I am aware of the covid pandemic but this is unacceptable not to even reply to your customer’s disgusting customer service!!!

I've given one star as I can't give none. Ordered goods 23/05/2020, money taken from account that day. Several months, emails and attempted calls goods still not arrived. Do not order from this company.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole! They are completely dishonest and rogues. We ordered (not cheap items) from them and when there was no confirmation e-mail of delivery date, after sending them e-mails expressing concern and no delivery after 3 weeks, we cancelled our order. We asked for a refund and after a couple of e-mails, had a reply that they would refund us. Alas, nothing happened and they ignored at least two further requests for them to refund us money on the items we had cancelled! We eventually had to go to Disputes Dept at our bank. They followed it up and finally, we had our refund. They literally took our money for items cancelled and refused to refund. Do not understand how they get away it!
I wish I could Give minus zero star. I have raised a dispute with the bank and still this Fraud company say they are working on a resolution which is totally far from the truth as I have not heard back from them. I now have learned my lesson to not be shopping with this company in the future.
Shame you can’t give no stars. These guys have had my money since early March, they haven’t been able to fulfill my order so 4 months ago I asked for a refund I have had 1 email that is not computer generated. And they have still not refunded or filled my order. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Buy this sites reviews you have a 50/50 chance of getting satisfaction not good odds.
Ordered garden furniture, never sent. Took the money quickly enough. I've written 3 times asking for the money to be returned - no reply. Do not buy from here.
Ordered sun loungers November 2019 - money was taken straight away but they never arrived. I emailed and phoned (no pick up so had to leave messages) every few days but no response. About six months later I got my money back from my credit card company but I am really surprised that this company is still trading given my experience and all the terrible reviews telling the same story. Why is this allowed?
Ordered goods over a month ago. Quick to take the money but no goods. Left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails. No response. About to start a chargeback with my bank. Didn’t want to do this as will cost the business more money in difficult times but have been left with no other alternative.
Ordered a panini machine on 20th July. We are still waiting. No response to emails, just an auto response. We are a small cricket club that were looking to raise funds by selling paninis, the season is now finished, No Machine! We can't afford to purchased another. We have minimal funds this year. Writing a final letter, before we commence small claims court paperwork So disappointing
I really wish that I had read the reviews for this lot - paid the money and received half the order - emails then ignored. Do not spend a penny with these guys.
