Apr 27,2019Paid for a shelf that arrived damaged, they arranged for parcelforce to collect. The shelf was collected, then these people completely went to ground, wouldn't reply to emails or even answer the phone Paypal refunded after 6weeks.Would,nt use again if they were the only company on Earth. Absolutely awful

Apr 25,2019It seems like i am one of the lucky ones that actually got my order. However, i attempted to contact them 20+ times and only got my call answered once. I was then lied to saying that my order had been dispatched and it was out for delivery and would be with me the next day. I then immediately got an email saying that it had just been dispatched. Having started chasing post the date it should have been delivered i was not happy. It then took a further week for the items to get to me, but i am counting myself lucky that i got my items.

Apr 25,2019As last Reviewer Placed Order 4 Weeks ago for Glasses Promised 3 times to Deliver Told had to change Supplier so would reschedule delivery from new supplier told today Tracking on Computer down.so could not guarantee delivery Promise after promise still waiting delivery. they also do not like answering phones as well Left 4 Messages to get back to me withourt any Response Will not use this company again.

Apr 25,2019Placed order, they took money, sent confirmation then nothing since. No reply to email or phone message - no item. Eventually got money back through Paypal who were very efficient but don't leave it more than 45 days or they can't help. BE WARNED avoid this company items are cheap for a reason. One star is one too many.

Apr 24,2019I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago and its only just arrived, despite being told it would be "5-7 Working Days, Usually ships in 5 days". It took 8 attempts to speak to someone at customer services on the phone (who offered no apology for the delay), and an email I sent asking where my order was over a week ago is still unanswered. If there is going to be any issues with fulfilling an order in the timescale promised, it shouldn't be up to the customer to chase the retailer. Great customer service is proactive. I have had the opposite experience with the Pub Shop Catalogue. Based on my first experience I wouldn't order from the website again.

Apr 23,2019Previously have used this company numerous times without problem. However on March 25th we ordered a chalkboard to advertise a event we were running a week or so later. Paid extra for next day delivery reading that item will normally be sent next day but sometimes can be upto 2 or 3 days . This was fine as it still gave us plenty of time for delivery. Our event date came and went without any delivery or contact from Pubshop. Emailed to cancel order. telephoned, emailed and telephoned again all without reply. Worse than poor. Given up chasing now. Have instructed credit card company to reclaim payment.

Apr 21,2019I see this company regularly robs people of their own money. Waited 2 months for a refund. Numerous calls to which I get the same stupid girl on phone that lies and tells you money will be in account next day to which it never is. Dispute raised. Do not buy from this con artist

Apr 18,2019Update to "No evidence of Customer Service" below. Three days have now passed since last email sent via Paypal Resolution Centre again with no response whatsoever from Pubshop. I have now escalated to a claim with Paypal, so will now wait to see what happens. In the meantime Pubshop have my money sitting in their bank account. FURTHER UPDATE - Raised a claim with Paypal on 17th April who then asked Pubshop for further information about my order. Today is 27th April and Pubshop have not responded to Paypal in 10 days so Paypal have ruled in my favour, issued me with a refund and closed my case. So does this mean that Pubshop have pocketed the order money for deliberately doing nothing and totally ignoring all contact emails? It would seem so! In my book that's stealing!

Apr 16,2019Dispute Raised . Ordered from this shop 5 days ago. Was trying to get in touch with them to enquire about my order. No one answers their phone lines. No one answers emails. No one answers their so called online chat. Then I saw all the reviews! Should have really started here!!!! In any case, have contacted Paypal and they have already raised a dispute for me. I suggest everyone else does the same, or if they haven't gone through Paypal, to dispute the payment through their banks or card companies.

Apr 09,2019Really the worst service I have seen. No dispatch of 24 Tankard Glasses ordered after 9 days of placing order. Call them and get no answer but just a voicemail. Have placed a paypal dispute to get my money refunded. To be honest I think this company has had its day. Make sure you keep away from them!
