Absolutely awful service. Order took ages to arrive had to keep ringing them when I managed to get through (which was again very problematic ) they kept saying it was being dispatched that day which it never was. When the order eventually arrived some of the items were marked to follow so requested to cancel these items and get them else where. Getting credit for these items were impossible lucky I paid using PayPal as had to go through them to get my money back. Has to be the worst online shop that I have ever dealt with and would never use again.
No communication promised everything from the customer services nothing followed through . Eventually got my £59 back four months later through PayPal . Avoid
We bought table legs and first aid kit but first aid kit never arrived. Although I emailed them several times, they didn’t send our first aid kit and the table legs’ invoice. It was a business expense and it puts us in a very difficult situation, unfortunately. They don’t answer my phone calls too. Never recommend them!

Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with in 35 years in the catering trade .Ordered a freezer that never showed up, trouble is they never answer the phone , their answerphone messages or emails . Don’t be tempted by low prices , it’s evident that there’s something very wrong with the way this company is being run , check the reviews on google and all is revealed , wish I had as it would have saved me a lot of hassle.
- 10.01.19 Ordered and paid for Dynamix Blender, a gift for my son. - 18.01.19 Delivered. Pubshop has a 24 hour return policy. My son couldn't collect for 48 hours. I emailed to tell them. - 20.01.19 Blender smoked & smelled of machine oil, when used. - 21.01.19 I rang to return for a refund. Emily pushed to repair it. - 22.02.19 Blender collected to return/refund. - 25.01.19 Blender returned to me "repaired". I refused delivery. - 25.01.19 Spoke to Emily, refund assured in 5-7 working days. - 05.03.19 No refund. Rang them, refund assured 5 working days. - 19.03.19 No refund. Rang them, refund assured 5 working days. To date, nearly ten weeks after purchase, Pubshop doesn't give refunds. I'm reporting this fraudulent company to Fair Trading Standards and taking them to Small Claims Court... There can be no acceptable excuse for keeping a customer's £185.63 for two months. Jeff Bezos makes $275 million/day because Amazon delivers quickly, gives 30 days free returns and refunds are issued quickly. How Pubshop stays in business is beyond me.
My order was delivered in a timely fashion however when it came to returning the order is when the problem began. I returned the order with my own money but the return address I was given by pubshop is incorrect so royal mail was unable to deliver the return and I called royal mail to confirm this. Also the return has been deemed as missing by royal mail. I've sent them emails and tried calling pubshop but their not responding. The prices are cheap but the hassle to return is not worth it, avoid and try nisbetts they arrange free collections and have friendly customer service. RMA No 1855097
I am the chef at my place of work. We have ordered many items from the Pubshop, most of which have arrived on time and in good condition. However, recently a product (charcoal grey teapots) were delivered in good condition, except from the fact that the lids do not clip on, making them unsafe and impractical to use. Following this I emailed the Pubshop for help, received one reply and after numerous emails I have heard nothing back since. I find this rude, unprofessional and it has wasted a great deal of my time and my employers money!

Very helpful, I needed a table top mixer,the one I wanted on the website was discontinued, but the sales team looked for an alternative for me, still within my price bracket, new mixer purchased... !!!

Still waiting nearly a month later for a refund for a faulty toaster. They don’t reply to emails. £145 is not an insignificant amount to me. I feel let down after what was a very quick delivery and return process.
Called up The Pubshop Catalogue as we needed (sadly, rather suddenly) 100 teacups and saucers for a funeral wake. These guys sent them next day (for only £1 more than the standard delivery!) All was well. Thank you for being there for us in a difficult time.

Placed an order on Tuesday 26th March with 1-3 day delivery for mothers day no order delivered after 2 unanswered emails, phoned and given apologies and excuses and promises to sort it out. Half the order then delivered and 2 weeks after ordering for 1-3 day delivery still waiting. Have now cancelled order let’s see how long I have to wait for my refund
