Feb 11,2019Bought for domestic use. I have used a couple of times and appears to do a good job. The juice collecting container it's on the short side and the juice spill to the sides. Either taller or a wider mouth flange could solve the problem. For me it's not a big issue since I used a wider mouth jar.

Feb 02,2019Appalling service - ordered end November, chased many times, eventually got a deliver in January and it was the wrong items. Return goods but in February I am still awaiting a refund. Maybe business customers get priority service, but I recommend you DO NOT use this company. Shocking lack of response and service.

Dec 04,2018I ordered 12 Irish Coffee glasses, and delivery was due by the 19th Nov. Shortly after that date I received an email from the delivery company to say they had been delivered and signed for. They had, but not to my address. I emailed the Pubshop to inform them and request help in getting them back from the wrong address. It took 3 emails and finally a phone call from me before anything was done. The glasses were to be a birthday present and needed to arrive by Nov 26th at the latest. They did try to deliver that day, but unfortunately, not before we'd had to leave for the birthday party. Sharlene became involved at this point, and ensured the delivery company made the delivery today, both phoning and emailing me to let me know what was happening. They did arrive today, sadly, 6 were broken. Sharlene came to the rescue again and is sending out another six, plus a little something as a gesture of goodwill for all the hassle, and the glasses not making it to the birthday party. So - 10/10 for Sharlene, 0/10 for their delivery company. I only wish I'd not had to email 3 times and call once before any action was taken. Perhaps they should employ another Sharlene.

Nov 20,2018After an initial hickup with our order as their supplier had let them down, I did struggle to contact them via email to chase but once we were in touch we were back on track. Sharlene especially who I spoke to was incredibly helpful and managed to send our skewers in record time and on time for my wedding!
