Nov 05,2018I placed an order with this company for the first time and paid extra for next day delivery. No order confirmation or dispatch emails were sent 7 days later I had still not received the order. When I phoned to complain they said it wasnt their fault as their supplier was out of stock. I asked for my postage money back and they offered £1 back! I asked for all of it and they eventually agreed to this and promised me I would have the goods the next day. The goods finally arrived 3 days later and I am still waiting for the postage refund, almost a month later. Disgraceful service and very poor customer service, do not use this company, they are useless and do not communicate with you. I will be using Alliance from now on, they could not be more helpful.
