Oct 16,2018Received my item quickly and looks like a great knife and exactly as described. I believe that you get what you pay for. It’s not cheap but well worth the money I paid for it as spent much more on cheap knife sets that get blunt rather quickly

Sep 29,2018I ordered 6 bowls in middle of August … it took until middle of September for them to arrive (& this after having written multiple e-mails that weren't responded to or even acknowledged … and only got a response by escalating through PayPal). On receipt, 2 of the 4 bowls were found to be broken and I'm still (now at end of September) waiting for a response to say when they will be replaced (& have again escalated the case though PayPal). The bowls that weren't broken are lovely but it shouldn't need so much effort to get responses; the service experience has been EXTREMELEY POOR

Sep 27,2018After ordering the wrong thing in error I sent 3 emails requesting details on how to return them as they requested. Two weeks later I am still awaiting a response from them. They specify you only have a week to do this, how convinient. I hope they read this as I suspect I am not the only one

Sep 27,2018This is the third beverage dispenser of this type we have bought from the Pubshop and it is excellent. Not very pleased with the service though. Website did not work when it came to paying. That meant I had to make a phone call. No free number! They sent me a request for payment to get around the problem on their website. I paid at once, waited the 10 days for delivery and nothing arrived. The cost of another phone call to see what had happened. No explanation, though the person was courteous enough. Item arrived the next day. In spite of that I would use them again.

Sep 26,2018I felt the p&p charge was expensive for just one small item, but went ahead with the order. The order took over a week to arrive, which was too late. The package contained no invoice or return details, so I emailed to ask if I could return, but received no response. I will not use this seller again.
