When numerous people report the TK Maxx website isn't loading then it's likely there's an issue with your website. Please don't treat people like they are stupid.
Very unpleasant staff in new shop in belfast, girl from jewellery department was very ignorant unfriendly service
I buy on TK Maxx UK every so often, and 99% of the time I have no problem at all, as I can return the item, but recently I bought a duvet cover for a king size bed, which in total was £31.98 including delivery to the shop. The item is called Appletree Boutique King White Oxford Duvet Set 200TC I had to wash the duvet cover, so it could be used and there it is where my regret started. The quality of the fabric is so horrible, although it says 100% cotton, that is impossible to iron it, so it is useless and not fit for purpose. So, it is just at the button of my wardrobe until I can donate it to charity, if they accept it of course. I am very disappointed with the lack of the quality of the product TK Maxx sold me and I didn't really expected it from them, so much that I washed it believing it would be the same as my other duvet covers.
I have an faulty item, it was a pair of shoes , my husband use it, but not too much, and one appears broke for a side and it’s clear that it is a faulty (I bought it in June), I ask for the manager , how it’s was out of date the recipe she told me that she can not do nothing and call customer service , I ask her if there is someone more to talk with and she told me No, I call them they gave a case number and come back to the store, in the store the manager direct me another manager, the other manager told me before call customer service without check the shoes that the decision will be made by the store and no for customer service …. Give me in advance the answer that they don’t are going to help me, when the manager was talking with the customer service she went away to talk with them to make sure that I don’t listen the conversation and they can back to offer me 20£ when I paid 70 £, the manager ask the customer service to tell me back the decision ….. unbelievable!!! I never had a bad customer service experience like this and shuch a bad shopping experience this just happen in Hammersmith and seriously I don’t think that I will be back to tkmaxx because they only care about sales but don’t care about take responsibility and ownership if something goes wrong with your item
I just love tkmaxx Peterborough, great staff, always friendly and helpful, gutted the dress I wanted was too small, but always have a fantastic selection of items
I had to contact the customer service via email regarding an item that did not live up to 'what it stated on the tin'. I had a reply within 2 days and after sending photos and proof of the receipt 2 days later they gave me a credit for the amount. Excellent service well done.
Absolutely Appalling Customer Service and the whole online experience! Only put one star as had to rate it as “ something “ 🙄 Ordered two throws from TK Maxx ( online) last week and also paid £6.99 for Next Day Delivery. 2 Days later, I received an update stating my order had beeping delivered at 00.30 Hrs ! I had received nothing. Contacted Customer Services who stated they would have to enquire with the Delivery Company. They didn’t do that with me still on the phone , so I was kept waiting for another 2 days, until I emailed them back for an update. Today ( almost a week later), I received an E Mail stating the parcel was unable to be delivered to my address !! When I called CS , their excuse was , The Delivery company were unable to scan the item because it had been raining 😬…. It gets worse … I’ve been told it will take 7-10 days to receive a refund!! I don’t think so TK MAXX !! You were happy to take my money a week ago, I want it back today !!
I discovered what I thought was sawdust on the carpet next to a wooden bedside table purchased from T k maxx. Black beetle-like creatures were crawling within the mass of sawdust. I noticed lots of small holes in the mango wood bedside table and to my horror, I realised that this was caused by woodwork in the furniture. T K Maxx asked for me to dispose of it myself and since then, I’ve received an email with questions like ‘Was the furniture outside?’ and ‘Was there a humid environment?’ Other than that, I’ve not received a penny back for the woodworm infested unit. For all the stress, energy used up to clean the carpet room, take the unit to the tip and enquiries to companies about woodwork, I’d expect a lot more than this disappointing response. The woodworm experience isn’t the first one that I’ve had from TK Maxx items. In my previous home, I noticed holes in a wooden box purchased from there which was refunded. It simply isn’t good enough. I expect far more in terms of compensation.
I love Tk Maxx ..I am a regular costumer,their variety of items makes me crazy I dnt leave the shop with one item it’s always end up buying more than what I need to .Affordable and good quality of the items are the reasons why I keep coming back!And of course the treasure!!But I’m just wondering how it’s works as I’m always choosing my rewards but I never heard anything after!Anybody kindly let me know if this treasure is really worth to wait?
Purchased something on line for 24.99 then item arrives with 12 99 sticker on not sure that's right
went into tk max at there store in rotherham retail world to purchase king size quilt and pillows found both items at great prices pillows 20 pounds quilt at 30 pounds wen we went to pay at till noticed the quilt had a stain on it so asked if they had another but that was the last one so we asked if they could give us a discount and then we would wash it wen we got home girl at checkout asked manager and he shouted across a big no so we gave them both pillows and quilt back and walked out if that is showing customer service it will be along time before we shop at that store ever again has for the tkmax points card they can have it back service in that store SHOCKING
Customer service is the worst. Bought an item for next day delivery paid £6.99 never arrived following day and not delivered and now we are unable to get a refund since 3rd September because they keep saying they are waiting for it to be returned. It’s 4 weeks and about to do s75 as item was not received and they owe us £199.00
The last 3 orders I’ve placed have been cancelled. If you are going to offer online purchasing, then you should have the ability to have a live inventory system that updates accordingly. If the inventory shows as available then it should be available when a buyer purchases. In addition there should be no delay in crediting back the money. Very bad customer experience
I ordered a pair of shoes online for my birthday, they were £300, so not cheap, when I received the order they were the wrong size, I ordered a size 6 and whoever packed the order gave me a size 38 (should have been a 39) emailed customer service all I got told was that they have internal retailers and sometimes the shoe size gets mixed up. I said I really wanted these shoes as now they do not have a size 6 online to order and got told (Our stores and online store get thousands of new products arriving every week, so you’ll never know what you’ll find when you visit) 😂😭 Appalling service, nothing for their inconvenience and their fault.
Treasure Card - having once again collected the necessary 5 keys once again confronted with virtually absolutely nothing except obscure prize drawa where one has only a remote chance of winning. Totally misleading promotion which even staff are embarrassed about when they ask for the card and you respond whats the point
We were going to come in store and pick up a couple suitcases for our holiday this weekend. The website clearly states orders made before 8pm on a weekday can be delivered next day. So we decided to instead order online on a Tuesday before 8pm and paid extra for next day delivery. As of Thursday we have no suitcases and they have been split into 2 orders with one expected Thursday and one Friday. If you hadn’t promised next day we would have gone in store instead. Now we’re in limbo and can’t pack until you deliver
Usually I have pleasant experience in TKMaxx, but went first time to Oxford street and from the very first moment they treat their customers like robbers 😅 The worst experience was in the fitting room area. Two ladies, both treating you like you would steel something before even entering the fitting room. However, when you asked for help (for god sake - why there are two ladies in the fitting room area when no one can help you!!!!!) but the lady responded that I have to help me myself… When going out of the fitting room the lady pretended she can’t count how many Ireland I had (she obviously saw that I had 5 and I showed it to her). I bought two dresses but had absolutely horrible experience and will never be back at Oxford store. Guys - you have to educate your staff how to be actually helpful to customers.
This is about the treasure"rewards" scheme which is a total joke once more I have 5 keys and the only "prize" is to enter a competition ! Who are you kidding? This is absolutely ridiculous how the loyalty is viewed. You should just scrap it and I have contacted CS many times about it and it's blah blah. Scrap it really , it's not worth and your customers won't feel cheated. Best M
Hi Unfortunately, this store fast slipping in customer service and standards. The Till service and returns is super slow and they take ages to process. There is there 'so-called managers' flaunting about who are so pathetic and uninformed. And customer service shocking. I have started going to Wimbledon Store.

Oct 14,2024Liebe Lesende, leider habe ich einige negative Erfahrungen mit den Filialen von TK Maxx in Kaiserslautern und Ludwigshafen gemacht. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und schien die Ware nicht gut zu kennen. Dadurch gab es einige Schwierigkeiten mit Rückgaben. Es kam sogar vor, dass zwei Mal dasselbe bezahlt wurde. Das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Auch nach der Rückgabe wurde der Betrag noch einmal eingegeben und die Rückgabe dann noch mal bezahlt. Man muss also immer den Kassenbon kontrollieren. Leider gab es auch einige Angebote, die viel zu teuer waren. In diesem Sinn ist Google eine große Hilfe. Ich hoffe, dass ich euch mit meiner Erfahrung weiterhelfen konnte. Liebe Grüße
