Customer service is terrible i bought a pair of earrings that turn black less than 24hrs I took the earrings to Tottenham Hale TKMAX the first cashier took the earrings smirk, went to another cashier, then that cashier HODAN went into the back came back and told me I need to take it to the TKMAX store I bought it from and walk off.I had my receipt the item is faulty.when did TKMAX became a franchise..?I haven’t see anywhere on the website where it says all refunds and exchanges has to be done in the store you bought it from..?So the staff much be the company director because they are allowed to treat customers to their style that’s the impression that was given off customer service 0.Acknowledge a faulty item 0,Understand a customer’s 0.this is TKMAX TOTTENHAM HALE for you.
Appalling customer service. If minus was an option I’d have took that option!, Had 2 orders on which were not delivered due apparently to the address not being correct yet they have delivered hundreds of times to same address. Courier is returning goods to them but rather than sent them back to me with correct address- they will credit me back in 10 days. When I called their customer service & asked to speak to someone higher up they refused to give any details of who to contact.. I was told I could go on & re order as all but 2 items were in stock- when I checked on their website loads were not available.. t k maxx is not like a supermarket so when you order you hope to get it while they have it !!
Bardzo lubię ten sklep od lat, znam go jeszcze z USA kiedy tam mieszkałam. Nie podoba mi się jedna rzecz, że do sklepu wchodzą psy bez kagańców i ich właściele podpuszczaj smycz gdzie pies wchodzi i wącha. To się stało w sklepie w Renomie we Wrocławiu. Z godnie z prawem, w publicznym miejscu psy mają nosić kaganiec a w personel nie zwraca na tych klientów uwagi wogóle. Widocznie ma być tolerancja w jedną stronę, a w drugą nieważne czy ktoś się boji przez źle doświadczenie z psami lub z innych ludzkich powodów,jest to porostu nie brane pod uwagę. Dziękuję
Would give zero if I could. Ordered a UK size 9.5 and received a US size 9.5 trainers, used chat thing to complain and the custoner chat agent just left the conversation before could complain to them directly. Extremely poor service, won't shop online with them again.
If I could give Zero I would! Shocking customer service on a delivery taken to the wrong address! I did not receive item that had the correct address and POSTCODE Chose to refuse a refund and now have stopped answering my emails. Gemma you really need customer service training. Such a shame as the shop and staff are amazing but certainly will not be going back and giving you my hard earned money every week now! 🤯
Store managers don't know the regulations - I had a product to return and was wrongly told the manufacturer was who I needed to contact. Wrong! Camden managers need to learn what the policies are and stop messing customers about.
I always shop at TKMAXX team valley. The shop looks tidy and everything is in order. I don't need to spend hours finding one particular product. I can find everything easily. if I need any help staff always available and friendly. I've been served by 0770 operator. He was nice, friendly and helpful and No queue to wait. Well done TKmaxx and I am happy with my purchase
The online delivery is ***painfully slow***. I don't think I'll be using it again unless I've got copious time to kill! My order was placed on September 3rd. Its now the 11th, and tracking says the 'estimated' delivery might be the 12th September...
I have got to say that tkmaxx is the worse company I know for getting things wrong. I have had wrong sizes, wrong items, late deliveries and missing items on 50% of my online orders and things are getting worse. I am sick of having to trail back to a store with items when they get it wrong. Latest order was a pair of shoes which I ordered online and collected from a store. When I got home it was somebody else's order in the bag. Right name on the bag wrong order inside. I would like tkmaxx to send me a return label and collect the item from my address but they have ignored my emails. I do not trust them to reimburse me for posting the item. How do they manage to get things wrong so frequently? It is beyond me. I will not be shopping online with tkmaxx anymore, not worth the hassle. Please do not insult me with a reply asking me to contact you because we both know it would be a waste of time. I have contacted you everytime and still end up spending my time and money returning the item.
0 stars really disappointed with TKmax Nottingham. My mum loves this shop. Went to return some shoes she bought yesterday instead checking properly. She was accused of stealing. They discriminated my mum and made her feel awful. The manger was no help as she requested to see the CCTV. Instead of double checking the shoes or receipt. My mum insisted she’s didn’t steal and to check the receipt When they checked properly they realised there mistake. There was no apology couldn’t even look at my mum. The manager ask said nothing. This was racial discrimination and bad customer service! Very disappointed TKMax
Nachdem ich eine Tasche reklamiert habe, die ich ca. 6 Monate benutzt habe und dann ein Träger abgerissen ist, bzw. nur noch an einem kleinen Faden hing, wurde mir problemlos das Geld zurück bezahlt. Als ich 2 Wochen später in dem Geschäft war, habe ich gesehen, daß ganz genau die Tasche die ich zurückgegeben habe, erneut verkauft wurde zum gleichen Preis. Es ist unfassbar, dass länger benutzte Artikel einfach wieder verkauft werden. Ich werde dort jedenfalls nie wieder einkaufen.

If you order online they will send the wrong item or the wrong size, 98%!! They have the worst order online service.
I have been a good customer over the years, spending a small fortune, but decided I won't purchase online again after my recent experience. I bought some designer trainers (not in the sale) with a few other items. The package arrived without the trainers, with a random cheap top instead. I called customer service right away, and they said would be easiest to take the wrong item back to my local store, and receive a refund for the missing trainers. I took with me a copy of the reference no/customer service email and the original order details. I was seen by three different members of staff, one of them saying they'd need to call customer service to ask what to do that the top was much less than the trainers I needed refunding for. I was even asked if I wanted to buy the top - er no! The whole thing was not straightforward, and awkward. There's so many other online stores or the high street to spend my cash.
Just been I the mullingar store returning an item , I was served be a person called Kate who suggested I was returning a used item I was terribly embarrassed as there was a queue I have never complained before but Kate needs to be retrained to treat customers with respect not a great experience would not entice me to go back
Ok so the reward card is naff however I don’t get all the bad reviews the staff always pleasant to me the changing rooms are nice and spacious, it’s a bit hit and miss if you find something your size I’m smaller size which choice is somewhat limited however I’ve picked up some bargains in clothes which I’m very happy with I’m always popping in to look when I can, find the store rather addictive then clothe shopping is my fav when I get the chance. It could be improved though by more staff on tills sometimes it’s a nightmare the queues can be massive that is why I dropped one star.
Customer service hasnt done anything regarding the customers concern regarding the health issue caused by the ST. ALBANS at the maltings and the team leader at the tills in feb this year .Pauline and Gemma at the till wrongly accused me for theft and fraud which the store and the customer service admitted their fault that caused me suffer ended up taking high dose of medication after the incident .requested for cctv after talking to the store manager Jason at the ST. ALBANS branch at the maltings from feb this year .after 6 months of chase customer service comes back saying they donnot have the data when the store manager Jason clearly said cctv is ready but u have to go through proper Chanel’s which I did .this will not stop till justice been served that’s for sure .they clearly fabricated the cctv system and destroyed the evidence of the incident that’s why they were delaying for 6 months .customer service platform neither the store platform did not do nothing till today to resolve this issue till today but played dirty tricks by destroying the cctv .every company download the cctv photage when complained raised when customer suffered health issue cause by their staff and kept in file for records .but forsome reasons this store and the customers service lied .one of them lied .period .
I visited the Glasgow Fort Store while on holiday in Scotland to purchase a few small gifts for my mum since I was leaving in 2 days to return back in Canada on her birthday date. Upon checkout at the register (Till #6), my Canadian Intl Visa Debit card showed “Approved- Please remove your card” on the card Machine after completing a pin transaction, the cash register then suddenly froze leaving myself and the cashier in suspense as to why my receipt wouldn’t print, she then called the manager who witness the card reader with the approval but no receipt. She started to investigate immediately what transpired. I checked my debit account to notice that the funds of £37.97 was already deducted. The store Manager Laura was extremely helpful by validating that it is “weird this happened”, I showed her my bank account details and she told me she will contact the back end team to check their side to see if they can recover any details of the transaction and she provided me the Transaction number # 9549. I have no receipt, no merchandise but left the store with £37.97 gone from my account. This occurred on August 22nd and it’s now Sept 05th. I have had hell disputing this issue to my bank regarding this charge on my card as TK Maxx Customer Service claims they have no record of the transaction but the store manager provided all the details to me on a follow up call I made to the store a few days ago. They said that it’s a pre-auth and my bank will release it back to my account. My bank claims they have NO pre-auths pending otherwise it would’ve been returned to my card after 5 business days. I am filing a dispute with my bank, they will now have to investigate this and I am in utter shock I had such a hassle to get this sorted and probably wait in suspense again. I had no merchandise, lost my money from my account and not forgetting all the inconvenience on my vacation and since I got back to sort this.
I am very disappointed with tk maxx I… I am very disappointed with tk maxx I have used them for many years now I did on line order as did not have my size in store the on line ordering needs a lot improvement as I try three times to order the same item for trainers it filed every time firsttime it tuck money out of bank account buy pending payment ring them as told at store the click and collect would order them for me but was told they not a able to do any more to do with gpd rules not in press with now go look a round again new trainers

Sep 18,2024They failed to deliver on the day agreed, then they want me to deal with the incompetent courier. Unbelievable! They did refund delivery charge-they should also give my money back as they let me down badly- needed those items on my trip abroad.
