Ref: CS10594512 & CS10872890 I have been waiting almost 2 months for a VAT receipt, I submitted all the required information on 08/07/24. I have called TKMaxx 4 times in the last month and emailed enquiring about the status of my request. Each time I have called I have been assured that it is being processed and that someone will contact me. Noone has contacted me anytime after I called your customer service helpline, and now I have been told that my request has been resubmitted and it can take up to another 28 days for it to be processed. I am beyond frustrated at this point, to me it's a simple task that shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to do so I don't understand how it hasn't been done in the last 2 months?

Was served last week by a girl and she was great on the till very friendly and polite. Tonight I went in there at 7:45 just to get a candle so I would have not been long. A girl approaches me who works there at 7:50 and said we are closed now. A good evening would have been a great start but she went straight to the we are closed. If you close at 8.. you close at 8 don’t tell people to leave with ten minutes to go. I suggest staff training on how to approach someone and let them know they haven’t got long would be helpful. The really lovely girl on the till used to work in Braintree village in the Cornish pastry shop and I would love for her to get the positive feedback she deserves. I’m sorry I couldn’t do the reviews separately as I definitely would, but unfortunately you can’t.

I purchased a handbag in August. I used it once and the bottom started to peel. I tried to return it and had receipt. Manager refused a refund and said I did not buy it there claiming the bag didn't have labels. I did remove the barcode label to use the bag whilst on holiday, this was only label. I then contacted customer services who returned my call saying the store are now claiming they could not find a manufacturing fault. So in laymans terms they moved the goalposts. I wouldn't be sinning my soul to steal for £24.99. On checking another bag i bought there is no label inside it either and it also is detailed on receipt as a "handbag". Customer service is appauling.

This review is regarding the the Peterborough store in Queensgate shopping centre. On two occasions now I have been followed by store staff and security for no apparent reason other than what I believe is that I was a thief based upon my dress and ethnicity. When this happened the first time I approached the female member of staff and asked her why she was following me but was met with a very rude response which then led me to speak to the manager. I wrote to head office and unfortunately have had to again after today's experience. I feel so uncomfortable going into this shop now just because of who I am. Can you believe in this day and age people are still treated the way they are just because we don't all look the same?! Absolutely appalled.

ORDER NO. 36728114 I made an online purchase of two ornaments, which when delivered and the package opened were found to be damaged. One piece (£19.99) shattered into 7 pieces and irreparable, the other piece (£59.99) broken into two pieces and fixable. I immediately took pictures and informed TK MAXX. Despite this, TK MAXX only offered me a refund of £17.00, which I rejected, as it did not cover the cost of the £19.99 I paid for the irreparable item let alone the damaged £59.99 item. I responded to TK MAXX letting them know I expected a full refund of the irreparable item (£19.99) plus a £17.00 reduction for the other (£59.99) damaged item, which I will have repaired. TK MAXX agreed to my counter claim and advised that two refunds would be issued - £17.00 and £19.99. Unfortunately the refunds received fall short of what TK MAXX agreed. I received £17.00 and £4.99. All communication has been via email. Therefore I have a digital record of all correspondence. FIX THIS!!

The money people spend in tk maxx including me is so much each time I spend over 100£ why ?!bcz they have beautiful stuff there! As for the reward treasure card is bullish.... no rewards just trying to get people fooled! I'm back at Next expensive but loyal rewards ! Don't waste ur time with tk maxx better to to matalan same as tk maxx great prices!

Very disappointed with this TK MAXX treasure keys whatever you call it... I've spend so much money doing shopping there only to find out that I can win a year's supply for pet not to name a few other rubbish " prizes " there to win... It is a joke!!

DO NOT ORDER EXPENSIVE ITEMS ! I ordered a £900 designer coat from the website with other items the coat was missing from the package as well as the invoice when the box was clearly opened and re sealed with no help from customer services what so ever and was told to claim it back through my bank how disgusting treatment from tk maxx I will warn anyone to Becareful ordering with this company now I’m £900 out of pocket while tk maxx still refuse reimburse me !!

TK Maxx used to be my go to shop as I loved the clothing & homeware, loads stuff in my home are from TK Maxx but the rewards/ keys are not worth bothering with. They used to offer you free stuff or you could plant a tree etc you got no update and the competition entries are rubbish as previous reviews have mentioned. TK Maxx reward loyal customers and get them back more often as I tend to head to Next again.

Lovely staff in the Keighley store this evening. Sahiba was amazing, she looked after my 85 year mum, who was struggling to walk, while I made my purchase. She was so kind, thank you!

I just spoke to Maria on the phone regarding a query I had about returns, and Maria was very helpful, extremely kind and understanding. She was very honest throughout the conversation about the possible solutions to my situation. Overall I’ve had a pleasant experience with customer service

Hoping this would trigger someone to reconsider the internal policies and processes. First let me preface this by saying that I called customer support about this and the person on the phone went out of his way to at least try and be helpful. He was professional and courteous and sincerely wanted to help, but he said it was technically impossible. Without him, this would have been a one-star review. The issue is that I placed an order with an old address. I had the correct one and the browser refreshed (or I did without realizing) and then the address had defaulted to the old one without me realizing. I only saw it once the order was completed. Two minutes later I sent an email to the company, but as it turns out one (including the company itself if it is true) cannot make any changes to an order once it is placed. What a pile of nonsense! If it is so unimaginably tedious for you to make the changes, is it so difficult to make it possible for clients to amend their orders before they are shipped? I realized the mistake a minute later, I told you about it before you even saw the order in your system. Right now, someone is handling my order and is getting ready to send it to an address that is no longer in use. A bunch of people are about to make a bunch of effort which are totally meaningless. There is no one to receive the package at this address and the courier might just leave it at the door and it will get lost. You could as well just throw the item in the trash. Congratulations TK! You should be proud.

What a brilliant store in Speke Liverpool...the shelves and racks are stocked to the max with an endless supply of great items...it really is a feast for the eyes...the range of items far outweighs my local store at aintree and the presentation of stock is a credit to the staff...had a very helpful member...Nicky who must have the patience of a Saint with me as a customer ...!..couldnt have been more helpful.. credit where credits due..

Ordered a bag showing in stock and 4 days later I get an email saying they’ve cancelled my order and the bag is sold out. Absolutely pathetic horrendous dismal service. Don’t show products as in stock if they ARENT and DONT TAKE 4 DAYS TO TELL ME. pathetic.

This is about the TK Maxx Treasure reward scheme. It is absolutely useless! Staff offer it to you every time you are at the till only to bombard you with emails. There are no "rewards" only competitions you never win. Which you can also enter in other places for free. You need to earn 5 keys only to enter a competition or once there was a free colouring in pack for kids, which you can also get for free at library's! Please stop trapping customers, this is not rewarding.

Went to a local tkmaxx branch (market square cambridge) to have a little browse around. My mother went upstairs to the shoe section as she wanted a pair of sandals. As she was trying her shoes on we were approached by an extremely rude and unneccessarily aggressive women (blonde hair european middle aged) who told us that store was closing and she asked us to leave. She said it in a way as if we were unwanted and were a piece of rubbish. We had told her we understood what she said and she just stood there and said she wont go until we leave. It was absolutely disgusting and unnecessary and she went up right into my mother personal space in her face. I went to ask her what her name was as i felt that was completely out of order and unacceptable so i wanted to let the manager know regarding this. She ignored me when i asked her and called her other colleagues on the headphone to assist her as if i was becoming a threat to her. I was then directed to one of the managers who listened to the situation who then told us that she doesnt normally work on that part of the store. If thats the case why is she there in the first place! Throughout the whole time i was talking to the manager it just felt as if it was going through one ear, coming out the other. I will never EVER visit this store again and to anyone thinking of going please dont otherwise this will happen

Ich warte immer noch auf mein Geschenk bei Treasure. Mir wurde per Mail vor 4Wochen mitgeteilt, dass es verschickt wurde. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich bisher mit TK Maxx sehr zufrieden war.

I have to agree with a lot of other customers about the 'treasure' reward scheme. It's really not fit for purpose. There's no benefit to it and it's unnecessarily complicated. I show the card at the till only a few times when purchasing, because it's a waste of time. Sometimes I get access to a competition, other times nothing. It's not a reward to be allowed to enter a competition. I do like TK Maxx and buy occasionally from there , but it has nothing to do with their loyalty scheme. I buy because prices are good and there's usually a good range on offer. Staff are usually helpful too. They would be better off having no loyalty scheme at all than this scheme. I personally buy more in stores with good loyalty schemes which actually do reward their customers. Maybe the people who designed treasure should look at Boots, John Lewis and Lidl loyalty schemes for ideas.
