Would have given 0. Was running late on Friday and was preparing for Shabbatt. Went to get Candles, Flowers and Challah Bread. Got to Wimbledon station and reserved the flowers and was going to pick up the Challah from gails. Went to Robert Dyas for candles but closed so popped into TK Maxx next door for the Candles. Found a Beautifull Candle upstairs for £4.99. picked up all 3 and went to purchase from the Till. The Cashier then looked at the Candle said he had to check the price. Went to who must have been some form of Supervisor a lady European Lady who proceeded to get on the phone rudely telling me she is going to check the price. All three were clearly labelled although they all had a label also underneath. The inference was that someone had put the labels on top of the correct labels to try to defraud the store out of a few pounds. I felt singled out and humiliated. This was at the till holding up customers who were looking at me as if i had stolen something or as if i had done something wrong. The curt and rude replies from the supervisor woman were disrespectful and dismissive. I was treated with absolutely no regard or respect. After over 5 minutes and alot of walking up and down on walkie talkies they acknowledged that the price was correct. Missed Gails as a result and nearly missed the florist. There is absolutely no Doubt in mind there was a racial element to this. Store staff supervisors behaviour was atrocious.

Really poor customer service this weekend, again! at the Winchester TK Max store. I have visited during the week and the service is much better. I tried to return an item that I had purchased online but apparently they do not refund items purchased online - was told to return it to the “online shop”. Stood my ground, helped them read the back of the receipt where it states “Return to any store in the Uk” and got my refund. A bit of a stressful shop and not a great experience, in fact I decided not to purchase my items on this occasion - left then at the till. I’ve worked for a retailer for 30 years and my advice is retrain the weekend manger (well they said they were the manager) and the till staff.

TKMaxx Dagenham... terrible customer service.. horrible Manager and awful security guard. My friend and ai went into store and spent a total of £375. On our way out with other customers, the door beeped and we were asked to come back to check for tags... checked twice and put our shopping on the floor including clothing. No tags found and only us two black people asked for receipts which we produced. Manager was part of the search... very unpleasant and impolite stating the whole time that they are trying to help us. Security guard repeating the same. No apologies... disgusting experience. TKMAXX staff Dagenham.. not everyone that enters ur store is a thief.. some of us work hard, pay taxes and deserve respect. Fix your malclfunctioning security system that beeps at everyone and stop wasting customers' time. And just so you know, you were not helping us, rather it was the other way round... Get some more training on good customer service.

19th Aug update-already written and called tkmaxx executive team, customer services several times however they are adamant not to resend my order nor refund my money! Scammed out of £299! Order wasn’t delivered. Order no is 36419963. Tkmaxx refused to give my money back or replacement. I wrote a negative review however they reported it as fake and got it removed! I have sent trustpilot order confirmation screenshot and they have allowed me to write again. I am using all this in my case which I’m submitting to bbc watchdog. Shocking company! Beware So many people here have written how they are out of pocket and no order.

Today 16.8.24 at 13:00 I was stood in a queue to pay for about 10mins acceptable as it was busy,got to the counter to pay the assistant walked away to the end of the counter to get a drink( acceptable)but then to stand having a chat to someone in a cupboard without any explanation as to what she intended to do, put my goods down and left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I went to TK Maxx cwmbran this afternoon for a couple things and i was served by Phoebe at the till, she was really helpful and even helped me pack my bag when i didnt ask her to. Her customer sevice is second to none and she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely become a regular if your staff are as kind and respectful as her!!

Went early to collect my order. It had just been delivered and the assistant went out of her way to trace and process so I could take it home. The staff in both Norwich stores are very good , I shop there regularly and have never had a problem. All credit as well to the security guard at the Cathedral retail park who greets customers as they arrive and leave.

This is about the Treasure "loyalty scheme" after you spent money, earn points your get keys that get you almost nothing:1 freebie usually some tat or enter a competition with no chance of winning. And when I've contacted them about it , always the same response about all the offers. So disappointing and insulting to clients who do visit, spend money and support them.

T k maxx Ilford avoid at all costs unless you have money to waste. Bought dog product stating 10 items Took home opened contained 7 Returned to shop next day ..told no no proof only had 7 ..refused to take back ....disgusting miss sold item which clearly stated 10 ..staff lied pretending to be store manager Imran refused last name ...he called security as we refused to leave until dealt with correctly .... security staff apologised and said they could do nothing ..do not shop at T K maxx Ilford ..not professional.

Besuch am 13.8.2024 um 16:45 in SCS, Wasserkrug war beschädigt, Diskont verlangt, nur 10% Ermäßigung möglich! Storemanagerin gesprochen, deren Reaktion war äußerst unfreundlich , herablassend und absolut nicht professionell! Schade , Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit wären ein "MUSS" der Professionalität! Werde TKMaxx nicht mehr besuchen!

*****COMPLIMENTS***** The most beautiful TKMAX Store at 35 Grace church Rd, London having all I need on monthly occasions. The Store looks so great standing by the main road, between those *Giant God's*holding the whole world to buy most beautiful *RINGS* like I've never seen before.Thank you all who created them for ladies only. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Ordered a denim jacket on 2nd August all paid for waiting for delivery phoned tkmaxx nobody seems to know anything about it incompetent so now down £30 been told to wait 3 to 5 working days for money to go back into account I'm not holding my breath!!!! Fuming will NEVER SHOP WITH TKMAXX EVER AGAIN

TKMaxx staff are almost always superb and the marked down items are often very good value. Thats why we shop there a lot and spend more money there than any other non food retail shop. But the ‘Rewards’ scheme is so not a treasure. It’s awful. Your star credits expire quickly and the best thing you can do with them is enter a pointless competition for mostly quite useless stuff. No Reward for customer loyalty to my mind.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! I have purchase two pillows via tikkimax online portal that never arrived!!! I have received an email saying that failed to deliver, however, no message was left from the delivery man.We all were at home. It’s a proper scam!!! I have tried to communicate with customer service via phone who promised to look into it but no one contacted me back o let me know where my parcel was.( I have paid an extra money for the next day delivery!) Word disappointed- it’s understated!

Second name branded handbag I’ve brought and same problem! Poor quality is an understatement! The item in question is a Paul Costello leather bag. It has straps and poppers on either side. On one side of the bag this has come loose. When I saw how poorly it was put in place makes me doubt both companies. The popper has been literally popped in with a 2cm square of fabric. But the thing is I think I binned the delivery note with the packaging. This is gonna be fun! Do they even get their stuff from legit places? Cause if the stuff ain’t looking like trash, then like my bag it definitely is!

Pierwsza i ostatnia wizyta w sklepie TK Maxx Koszalin 6.sierpień 2024r. Jestem zmuszona i za razem zobligowana do zgłoszenia bulwersującej sytuacji, jaką przeżyłam w dniu 6.sierpnia 2024r.w sklepie TK Maxx (Forum Koszalin). Otóż owego dnia mając problem z wyszukaniem na wieszakach towaru który chciałam zakupić, zwróciłam się z prośbą o pomoc do ekspedientki ( była to wg wizytówki pani Luiza). Teraz oceniam wybór tej pani jako błąd, ponieważ w odpowiedzi usłyszałam poirytowanym głosem cyt. "w damskim dziale trzeba szukać" Tyle to wiedziałam sama bez tak "cennej pomocy". Na moją uwagę że w innych sklepach panie chętnie udzielają pomocy, otrzymałam odpowiedź że jest to sklep samoobsługowy. Jak wynikało z przekazu miałam sama sobie radzić. Widząc że brak kompetentnej osoby aby wyjaśnić nieprzyjemną sytuację, postanowiłam wyjść rezygnując z zakupów. Niestety niebawem pojawił się wymachując rękami jakiś pan niby kierownik stwierdzając że jego pracownica jest ofiarą a ja winną całego zajścia. Widząc bezsens dalszej rozmowy poprosiłam pana o podanie stanowiska i personalia. Z tego co usłyszałam to popis kulturalnej obsługi dał pan kierownik Bartosz Ławniczak. Na moje ostatnie pytanie od czego jest tu pan kierownikiem, odpowiedź była równie inteligentna jaką prezentowała jego pracownica "jestem kierownikiem od sprzątania". /Scena jak w filmie Barei/ No cóż w tej sytuacji nasuwa się trochę dowcipne lecz jakże prawdziwe powiedzenie cyt: "Nie dyskutuj z idiotą bo sprowadzi cię do swojego poziomu i pokona doświadczeniem". Może jestem naiwna ale jednak mam nadzieję że otrzymam informację od przełożonych owego pana odnośnie podjętych kroków. Niestety od tego zdarzenia sklep będę omijała z daleka, a potencjalnych klientów ostrzegała przed stresem jaki mogą doświadczyć podczas zakupów. Irena Koszalin

Very poor customer service. I have bought shoes that turned out to be too small. I threw the receipt away but the shoes still have the tags, they are brand new in perfect condition. About a year ago I managed o return an item for a gift card, last week when I tried to return them I was advised that they can't do anything about that. I have sent an e-mail and been advised that it's stores discretion. Well I would have thought that you need to be fair and treat every customer equally but not it seems that if the staff likes you they are willing to accept a return but if they don't then they don't have to. Shocking service. Update: Was told to contact you, I have and been advised the same thing. Awful service.

Waardeloos bedrijf. Je solliciteerd en vermeld alles duidelijk en dan word je uitgenodigd en doe de gespreken word aangenomen en dan krijg je opeens te horen dat ze niet met zzp'ers werken terwijl dit geen probleem was. En dan ook nog een niet de norm hebben om de fout die zij hebben gemaakt mij de gemaakte kosten te vergoeden.
