Great Customer service by your Sales assistant NILA at your Sutton Surrey store this morning She went beyond her duty to pack & advise on the products I purchased .Very Professional it a bonus to receive Great customer service
Went to the store and bought many items, among them was a pack with 3 boxers in for my husband…..I got home to find only 2 in the packet. I couldn’t easily return to the store as I live far away so went on to their website to see what could be done about this and I am still awaiting a reply……3 weeks later…thanks tkmaxx, NOT! Useless customer service 🙄
Awful placed an order for £200. Was not home at time of delivery. Delivery driver just left parcel in front garden. Return home to find no parcel. Tk maxx won’t do anything as item was “delivered” so now out of pocket and no item.
Ale z was frajerzy ten sklep sprzedaje podróbki z chin , a myślicie że to oryginały przecenione pewnie jeszcze z wall street, za więcej niż 50 zł to sam sprowadzam.
I went in for some home items and ended up with jewellery. The sales associate was so professional and nice, with friendly conversation throughout, she also helped my find the items I was not really looking for. Found some real beauties and really happy with my purchases.. Wish I had taken her name in the Haringey Store North London Thank you for a lovely experience.
always great deals and services. I am a customer for many years and I have never had any issues with them
I love shopping at T.k.max, always finding what I need it. Items are good quality, with many different choices to everyone's style. But, not the first time having issues with ignorant and rude customer service, even noticed the supervisor was rude to the customer service lady. The supervisor told customers that if you don't want to wait, don't shop. Wow. If I were the shop owner and heard how the shop supervisor speaks to customers, at the same minute would lose the job. Those workers bring a bad image to TK Max.
Order cancelled after confirmation, this has now happened twice on different orders
I love going shopping to Tkmaxx! My store is the one in the mall in Walthamstow Central! I always find what I’m looking for, good quality and price! It’s always a pleasure to meet Luisa, she is always very kind, friendly, patient, professional and helpful!
I just recieved my order of some extra clothes for my baby due this month , I'd been struggling to find lightweight jackets for this summer weather anywhere. I found a couple of nice sets with cardigans in 'newborn' size. , the clothes were actually 0-3 56cm but marked as newborn by Tkmaxx. Generally when you buy newborn clothes they are 50cm . they won't be any good for when he's born this is my 10th baby, I have never had a big baby so they probably won't fit him for a while. Because of the good price tag I'll keep them for when he is bigger. Just thought id warn people of this as if you buy newborn you expect the clothes to be fit to wear from birth
I haven't had any previous issues, and I often purchase items when out for walk etc. I recently purchased an item without inspecting or trying it on as I was in a rush, it seemed reasonably priced, and they have a return policy. The item was old stock and looked worn out, and the wear out was consistent of how it hangs in the store. There are so many items on sale in these stores as fresh with a lot of damage and marks etc, and a lot of times the tags are all wrong too. So many times I have purchased an item where the tag says S and the item itself is a different size. So, the tag on this item was S while it was actually L, and since this seems a very common practice I did not think much of it. However, when I took it back to the store because of its condition, the manager Stephanie at Kingston refused to take it back. She was extremely rude and did not even ask me the reason for returning. It seems she went on a power trip, and said she will refuse to take it back as it has been worn. And then she said that the tag is also not right. I tried to reason with her that I had purchased the item exactly as is, with the tag intact and it has only been a few days I had it. The inside of the jacket showed it has never been worn, and the worn out on the outside was because it was old stock and looked worn out in arms where it was touched often, the other areas were ok. She would not listen to anything and abruptly kept saying she is refusing it. She made me look like a liar and someone who is trying to dupe someone for a £20 item. I pride myself at my honesty and ethics and here there is this rude woman who did not try to think rationally. Shame on her. If she had inspected the item properly and not been on power trip she would have realised it was old stock, also why couldn't she check how old it was? If this manager has such high standards and strict rules of not taking things back that don'y look re-sellable, then they shall also have strict quality control to ensure the items they are selling are pristine and do checks when the customer is purchasing so that it is fair to both sides. Also, they shall tag items properly. The item is only £20 so not a big deal but it is the principles here that matter! I will warn purchasers to ensure you check the state and tagging before paying as otherwise you will get stuck with the item, they are keen to sell damaged items but won't take them back. This has completely put me off, and I don't think I will be returning to this store anytime soon.
I recently bought a pair of shoes at my local TKMaxx (Hackney, London) of which I am a loyal customer. However, after wearing the shoes for just a few hours, they tore in multiple places. They were obviously poorly made and not fit for purpose. On Saturday (6th July) I returned to TKMaxx with the shoes and my receipt and explained the situation. I was informed (by the manager of the store) that the store does not accept returns on used items and that there was nothing they could do for me. I reiterated that I had worn the shoes for a matter of hours before they tore but the manager expressed no sympathy for my situation and refused to help. I have never experienced such poor customer service from TKMaxx and was astounded at the manager’s unwillingness to help a customer who had purchased a clearly faulty product.
Lytham Festival Sponsored by TKMAXX 06/07/2024 my disabled daughter and myself went to festival expecting to a have a great MUSIC festival experience. What we got was a complete travesty of an event. With little notice TKMAXX and Cuffe & Taylor (they need to be mentioned here) decided to delay the MUSIC we should have been enjoying for a horrendous detritus football match! Lytham Festival is a MUSIC event. TKMAXX what a bunch of morons. TKMAXX have a no re-entry policy so we were forced to endure a excrement of a football match which apparently went to penalties. That is how bad this match must have been. My poor disabled daughter was bored out of her mind. We left at 19:30 with no sign of the MUSIC starting. I hope Lytham Festival gets rid of TKMAXX as sponsors in 2025. We have attended The Festival for several years. We won't be attending again whilst TKMAXX are in control. Morons!
TKmax, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Tom was very polite and efficient processing my online return, it's not the first timehe served me and it's every time very positive experience, it's only a few like Tom working in TKmax. Thank you Tom,.
I ordered quite a few things online (13 items), thinking it's easy and they'll be coming from the warehouse, not a shop floor so all will be nice and brand new. One of the perfumes I bought turned up as an empty box! The box was unsealed by design and it opens like a book, so it'd be easy to take perfume out of it. It also had a sticker with a price, alongside with few other items, so I'm assuming they were on a shop floor at some point. (Some other items only had code stickers, not the price ones, my guess is these are actually coming from the warehouse and never were in a shop before). Not sure if someone stole it in a shop, and warehouse packed an obviously empty-very light in weight-box brainlessly, or if Tk Maxx warehouse staff are part-time thieves. I don't care. It's gross to experience as a customer. I got 3 perfumes from the same brand, one that I mentioned that was missing, another one was clearly used as it has less perfume in than the other one that is actually full. I also bought 4 glasses, two of them had bits of broken glass inside (they weren't broken themselves) - luckily I noticed and removed carefully but I can imagine someone cutting their finger on those really sharp bits of crystal. Most product boxes have dirt marks and scuffs on them, too. The quality and the whole experience is subpar. I spent £140 and yet it feels like doing shopping in a dingy charity shop / jumble sale or something. Disgusting. Not worth it at all. Now I am having to email their customer services back and fourth to refund me for the missing perfume, because how the heck am I supposed to go into the store and say-here, this is an empty box, give me my money back? So much hassle and disappointment. I'd rather buy less, but buy it in a real department store with nice customer service and clean delivery without damaged, dirty goods.
I bought a suite at the weekend online from TK Maxx for my mothers funeral naturally suites are for occasions & not for a evening down your local. The suite arrived today Wednesday 3rd July in which I opened to try on for size. To my amazement the suite that I ordered which was a 38R had turned into a 48R. After phoning TK Maxx they then proceeded to tell me your have to take it back to store to get a refund and you can not order again due to there not being any 38R in stock. Thanks TK Maxx on the week I have so much to arrange you leave me without a suite as your staff are so incompetence at reading a simple order absolutely useless. I thought I would be the minority with a negative view and was surprised that its not the case. Not even a reply to all the customers that they have inconvenienced not one apology to any thats customer for you. They just want your money for nothing with no after service attached or get a minor to offer feeble excuses that amount to more frustration as they rub salt in your wounds & give you a virtual middle finger. Disgusted with there policies of no after service although I was offered a small gift card for the inconveniance that they didnt even have a 38R in stock in the first place just got more insulting.
The treasure reward program is useless. Spent well over £250 on 5 occasions to be given the opportunity to enter a draw for a kitchen mixer or unbranded fitness tracker. Had to suffer numerous cheesy spam emails telling me I got this and way to go before I cancelled to save my sanity
The loyalty scheme is rubbish, you get 5 keys then can only choose to enter competition,l complained at one point but they dont care. This time the only gift was a small bar off soap that was all soft and melted when came in post today 01/07/2024. Yous used to give good gifts but now want customers to enter competitions or give to charity with our awards. Also you can only get a key on one purchase per day as l bought something in shop used treasure card for that sale then went back in same shop to get something l forgot and was told l can only use my treasure card once a day, thats rubbish.
I asked to purchase press on nails. And they said I can’t buy them if I do not have id? How sad is life getting that you can’t sell someone press on nails. I asked them if my dad could by them and she removed me from the store for apparently causing a disturbance

Jul 19,2024I have been to TK Max in Tottenham Court Road in London today and I was interested in buying a T shirt but there was an issue that the different colours of the same T shirt had different prices which was very unusual and confusing . When I asked a member of staff for reason, he replied that something maybe wrong and called his manager who was a very rude and disrespectful person. I think her name was Omama if I am not wrong. She was extremely rude and nasty person and didn’t know how to respect customers. I am a regular customer in TK Max but today I have decided to stop spending my money in TK Max because of the manager’s nasty attitude and rude behaviour. I am so sorry for TK Max because they are loosing customers by employing such rude people like her. I suggest everyone to stop going to Tottenham Court Road brunch. Very bad experience and upset. I spent more than £200.00 today on 18/07/24 at around 19.00 PM but I think I have chucked away my money.
