Jun 14,2024TK MAXX pomyłka kupiłem buty po dwóch tygodniach zaczęła się odklejać guma oddałem na reklamacje i zonk pseudo rzeczoznawca przemysłu skórzanego zajął się opina butów sportowych bez grama skóry i w skrócie napisał że to przetarcie a ja widzę jak przyklejona guma się odkleja także nie polecam tego sklepu a pani super kierownik pokazuje mi jeszcze małym drukiem z tyłu paragonu że nie mogę zwrócić butów bo muszą być nie używane i z metkami a jest napisane że mogę zwrócić buty do 28 dni tylko z paragonem jeszcze bezczelnie się śmieje porażka nigdy więcej i będę odradzał każdemu.A jak pani ekspedientka otworzyła szafę z reklamacjami to do oddania butów było chyba z pięćdziesiąt par to widać jakie to buty

Jun 13,2024Tkmax BOURNEMOUNTH Store: 0111 I was approached by Diletta, who claimed to be the manager at that time, I was going to the checkouts with purchases and 3 cases of sunglasses, I pretended to pay for the new items I acquired in this store, showing the purchase receipts of the Tomorrow the cases for the 3 sunglasses, which we bought in the morning at store 0244, would be delivered to me, since they were not available there. In an irrational way, this employee denied me the right to order the cases, claiming that they were different stores, I have bought from this chain even in North America at TJ Maxx!!!! This is perfectly normal, they are a whole chain!!!! They must educate their staff, they are so basic that they made my day at the beach totally ruined by their behavior. Fui abordada por Diletta, quien aseguró ser la manager en ese momento, me dirigía a las cajas con compras y 3 estuches de lentes de sol, yo pretendía al pagar por los nuevos artículos que adquiría en esta tienda, mostrando los recibos de compras de la mañana me fuesen entregados los estuches por los 3 lentes de sol, que compramos por la mañana en la tienda 0244, ya que allí no había disponibles. De una manera irracional está empleada me negó el derecho de pedir los estuches, alegando que eran tiendas distintas, he comprado en esta cadena hasta en Norte America en TJ Maxx !!!! Esto es perfectamente normal, son una cadena un todo !!!! Deben educar a su personal, son tan básicos, que hicieron que mi día de playa se arruinara totalmente por su proceder !!!!!

Jun 13,2024I decided to treat myself and buy a "classic designer" shirt. Finding a suitable item on the T.K. Maxx website I checked the sizing and colour and went ahead and purchased it. It arrived today. Unbelievably, absolutely everything was wrong about it. Firstly, it was not the same item as advertised, instead of light blue it was navy blue. The sizing was nowhere near the stated size. I am an XL (size stated 46ins chest) this was nearer a medium. I could not even get my arms down the sleeves. In the item advertised on the website the cloth was an Oxford weave, the thing that arrived looked like it had been made out of a cheap pillowcase. I accept that when buying online it can be a bit hit and miss. But this is just unforgivable. As I live in a rural location I now have to make a 15 mile round trip to the post office to return the item. It will be a long time before I order from T.K.Maxx again, if ever! And please do not patronise me with one of your contact customer services responses as I have already complained. Never again will I shop with this company. Update 20/6/24. This companies incompetence continues unabated. I returned the item on 14/6/24 and it was delivered on 19/6/24. Over the last week I have sent two emails outlining my disappointment at the quality and poor customer service. I also requested that because I received the wrong item I expected to be reimbursed for my return postage. I have received no reply. A week ago I would have given T.K. Maxx another chance, but not now. I will never buy from them again.

Jun 13,2024Just tried to place an online order....ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to navigate payment options..got redirected to PayPal..clicked on the link to enter PayPal password and NOTHING happened..Had to log back IN to Tkmaxx site and shopping cart hadn't cleared...VERY reluctant to click on checkout more than once in case duplicate payments occur..Bought stuff from Tkmaxx before on line but I will not be doing so in the future.

Jun 12,2024I received an online order for a expensive gold label t shirt costing £100 , now here's the ridiculous part they attached a red Sharp tag to not remove unless I want to keep , the red tag was hole punched into bottom of the t-shirt leaving a big hole absolutely ridiculous, how can you make a hole in the bottom were its visible to see when it should have been place at back of neck tag , now I have to telephone customer service to sort it out , you need to employ staff with brains

Jun 11,2024Went instore yesterday, purchased ceramics. At the till I was offered some bubble wrap. Item was carefully wrapped and staff member very pleasant. What an improvement, I was taken aback. i like the fact it was a reuse of bubble wrap. Considering you have dayly deliveries and lots of internal packaging ready for reuse.

Jun 10,2024Ich wollte einen Artikel reklamieren,weil der für den gekauften Zweck unbrauchbar ist. Da der Artikel ja gebraucht wurde, sollte ich dafür kein Geld zurück bekommen. Nur, ein Kartoffelstampfer ist doch ein Gebrauchsartikel. Das das Material zu weich ist hatte meine Liebste ja nicht riechen können.

Jun 07,2024Winkel in Den Bosch. Via de klantenservice telefonisch contact gehad over een armband die naar minder dan 2 weken helemaal al verkleurd was! Moest terug naar de winkel zou het opgelost worden, word gewoon weg gestuurd met als mededeling wij hoeven niet aan elke klant uit te leggen dat we hier niks mee doen en het eigen risico is! Gaat je geld super slechte service en onbeleefd

Jun 06,2024Bought a pair of children shoes for my daughter from this store less than a month ago and they got holes at the top now so took them back with the receipt. The manager (young lady) didn’t bother to look at my receipt but denied that they sold them. I said they were bought there. There were several sizes available of the same design. And I still got the receipt. Then she said the shoes definitely look like been worn for over a month so she cannot do anything about this. I explained they have been worn by a 4 years old everyday at nursery. She then walked away and served other customers. She continued ignoring me, made no eye contact with me even though I was trying to talk to her further. I asked to speak to someone more senior and she replied “I am the manager of the store. There is no one more senior than me here.” Then she said “You can contact Customer Service. They will just send you back here and I will reject them again.” 1. What is the point of keeping receipt? 2. Why is the manager allowed to insult n ignore customers like this? 3. Funny enough the shoes are still being sold on their website. The manager could have checked first before accusing us. Also, the receipt shows the date and time of purchase at the same till. If she does not believe they sold them at that time why not check the CCTV? I guess it is easier to just say it rather than investigating it which is what a manager should be there for. Other staff n customers witnessed it but no one said anything. One staff came to me later and asked me to contact customer service. That is what I am doing now. Also my family and I will not spend any more money here and at TK Maxx.

Jun 06,2024I went to Dunstable store today, I was looking curiously through the clearance items, and I found two that I really liked. I went to pay them and the person there said that the pice for both of them are wrong, both of them! I said that this situation isn't a fair one for the customers, it was not a nice experience because they also started to make me feel very bad like someone put that prices on top accidentally a customer or a staff that made the mistake, but I see strange how to have same scenario for both items... the person that was there , made me feel very bad. Why the customer have to go through all this situation, because of your staff I refused to buy them in the end. I have picture taken there with the items ....

Jun 05,2024TKM Almere! Er gaat steeds iets mis dit is al de 2e x dingen met de verkeerde label prijs verkopen maar compenseren ho maar! En zeggen het artikel staat niet op de bon. Heb zelf te veel betaald en dan toch van alles willen uitleggen. Nee ik wil mijn geld terug en een sorry. Die gasten moeten Nederlands leren snappen er zelf niks van en de lange rijen niet te doen.Verder ben ik benieuwd hoe lang het gaat duren voordat ik mijn geld teruggestort krijg. TIP: CHECK DE BON EN LABELS op de artikelen!

Jak poszłam z paragonem to nie spisują reklamacji tylko po sprawdzeniu oddają pieniądze . Nie usłyszałam ani razu przepraszam od Pani kierownik , której podejście do klienta i zachowanie jest poniżej wszelkich standardów . Radzę sprawdzać paragony

Jun 14,2024I’m very disappointed that Tkmaxx in Southampton, and Hedge End have changed its pets policy. I used to buy there with my dog ( medium size) who is very well behaved but not anymore as now it’s not allowed. It’s a pity because I love the shop i will concentrate on the shops that allow dogs into their store. NB I understand that not all the dogs are the same but that’s the same as people if one it’s been disrupted of other people then that person is asked to leave not all the other customers are being banned from entering the shop. I thought this was a pet loving nation
