I am a regular at TK Maxx. Unfortunately l need to make a complain about their toilet facilities especially at the Purley Way branch. It’s in a deplorable state and the smell does not befit TK Maxx. This must be addressed.
I bought a weekend case in September used it twice and the wheel came off had a 5 year guarantee with it took it back and was told I had to send it off to manufacturers which was probly China meant taking it home going on line to the manufacturer then parceling it up going down to the post office paying for postage to said country and then probably won't hear a thing after ended up going to b+m bargains for another one at half the price probably won't last that long but cheaper option

TK maxx is employs drug dealers who sells drugs to children who still visit school and wear uniform! The main drug dealer employed by TK maxx, who himself consumes large quantities of drugs and sells to the children in question, lives at 18 Asfield Court, Albemarle Road, ST5 9BW. His name is Thomas. I hope you will fix this.
I had a bad experience at the TK Maxx store in Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1 1BN. The service was disgraceful and the store manager was rude with zero customer service skills. On Sunday 12/05/2024, I visited the store around 11 am to return some items due to sizing issues. When I greeted the cashier, she didn't respond professionally and asked if anything was wrong with the items. I explained that it was just a sizing issue, however, she seemed to be unaware of what she was doing and scanned the barcodes three times. She then told me that there was a problem with the PayPal barcode. She phoned the manager who said, “To give the items back to me and to call customer service”. But I asked to speak with the manager since I was travelling in a few days. When the manager arrived, she did not greet me nicely and asked what she could do for me with an angry face. I explained your situation and requested her to call customer service to resolve the issue quickly so that I could have a pleasant holiday. However, she refused to call and said “You are the customer and you needed to call customer service”. And she said, “I am not the customer and I will not call”. She then pushed the items towards me and refused to help further. I’m now unsure of what to do with the items since they are not cheap and I cannot purchase new clothes before my holiday. I am disappointed with the store as I have been a loyal customer for years but after this experience, I have decided not to shop there again, nor will my family.
Online is waste of time and money. we order twice size 7 shoes for kids and both time they send it size 9. Just want to know who looking after the complaints and online orders.
When you place an order for collection it provides a date of ‘on or before’ for store delivery. That date has come and gone and the order hasn’t arrived to collect at the store. Although the delivery is late you’re not allowed to call and chase it until it’s really late. If I had known it would take longer to arrive that would be fine but it’s the false expectation of delivery times and then not be allowed to talk to someone when that hasn’t been met that causes frustrations for customers.

Went to tk maxx in headroom Leeds. Store was way too warm. Honestly its getting warmer and warmer, its unreasonable that a store of this size with this many people has no air conditioning. The only reason this review isn't 1 star is because of the really lovely girl working at the upstairs fitting room called Aimee, I was having a lovely chat while waiting for my friend to try on clothes. The only highlight in the otherwise humid and overheated store.

The bedsheet I was sent is the wrong colour and the mason bee house is poorly made. I really can't be bothered to return them. I won't ever buy from them again.
Okay, so 'good dad' fail – I got all the wrong sizes for the clothes I bought my daughter. I'd had some awful return experiences elsewhere, but the staff at the Eastbourne shop were the complete opposite. So helpful and made the whole thing stress-free. Top marks!

Can't change quantity or remove item from basket and reorder as an alternative. Therefore purchased goods from an alternative supplier. Makeover of this website is a "downgrade". Thought things couldn't get any worse, how wrong I was! Get an app!

May 17,2024Shoppen soll ein tolles Erlebnis sein. NICHT aber in der TK Maxx Filiale in Krefeld. Da wird man wie ein Verbrecher behandelt, wenn man aus Versehen ein Kleidungsstück fallen lässt oder wenn man um 19:40 noch ein paar Sekunden sich etwas anschauen möchte auf dem Weg zur Kasse. Vollkommen respektlos in einem sehr unhöflichen Ton wird man dazu aufgefordert, "sofort" seinen Einkauf zu "unterbinden". Wiederholt hat man hier diese Erfahrung gemacht. Ich könnte heulen. Leider hat man in dieser Stadt sonst so wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kehrt doch immer wieder hier ein. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
