May 02,2024Be wary of TKMaxx, they are not honest or transparent. I recently purchased something and found they had inflated the RRP by almost 100%. I raised it with customer services at head office who were very dismissive, telling me they had 'confirmed' the RRP was correct - but they couldn't have, because it wasn't. I provided them with evidence and confirmation of this, but they refused to even look at it.

May 01,2024TK Maxx uses the worst delivery company, namely Parcel Force!! Two days, and 2 attempts to deliver my package and apparently I was not at home, what a bunch of nonsenses. I was those 2 days at home the whole time! TK Maxx UK, change courier company. I paid for next day delivery which never shows up, very incompetent. And this is not conducive to your good opinion, in my opinion. I am not always able to order and collect purchased items from the store.

Apr 30,2024Purchased a suitcase online, after 4 days still no dispatch. I called customer service and they muted my call, laughed at me and said they didn’t hear a word I said. I asked to make a complaint about the way I was treated and was told that I couldn’t complain on the call and had to email them, and to find that email on TKMaxx website, which when you look you can’t find! My order still hasn’t been dispatched and I have no idea when my item will be delivered. Terrible customer service. Their store staff in Telford are amazing and friendly, their phone support service is not just unprofessional but offensive and insulting.

Apr 29,2024I bought a belt in Lougborough store yesterday - I did check it would fit before I purchased it (even though I am a little portly - and I do mean only a little portly there were still plenty of loops left) and it was £12.99 - unfortunately I was in a rush and as it seemed to be the only belt in my size available I had to purchase it - it's made of cheapo material and it is already breaking - this morning was the first time I put it on

Apr 28,2024I placed an order on Friday night and selected the next day delivery option, which clearly stated that the order would be delivered on Saturday. I later received a tracking email that, when followed, stated the delivery date would be Tuesday. I contacted their customer service team, and they replied tersely saying that it was Tuesday, implying I am either a bit stupid or blind. I know it read Saturday. I've paid £7 for next day delivery that is coming 4 days after the order date. In what world is that next day delivery?

Apr 27,2024I m constantly shopping at TKmaxx ,my favourite one .But last week was shopping at Colchester TKmaxx and one female was checking the pockets of the jacket which I mean to buy,she was treating me like a criminal.Same of you ,only know that she is Bulgarian because was speaking Bulgarian with one other lady.Have to raise a complaint to the head office .

Apr 26,2024I’m a bit late to write this review but ordered some handbags back on boxing day, and they arrived perfect condition and quickly, I didn’t have any issues. I’ve ordered from TK Maxx a few times before and I’ve never encountered any problems so I’m not sure why so many other people seem to have issues. I’ve just placed another order and I have no doubt that this one will be fine too.

Apr 26,2024I am ashamed to be a human today 🥹 I shopped in doncaster Wheatley hall rd branch today. Cashier was incredibly rude. She held up the bag of coffee in her hand & said there is no way this coffee is £2.99 than shouted i am calling the manager . I did not reply , let her get on with her job. Manager confirmed that in fact the price was correct. At no time her or her manager apologised . I did not say a word to them , I just walked out..she shouted bye sarcastically !! I can provide the receipt upon request so you can check your cctv to see the humiliation yourself. It is shocking and disgusting .Your staff lack the basic decency to be a human being This took place at 17:53 on 25/04/2024 in Doncaster wheatley hall branch

Apr 26,2024Als ich heute mit meiner Schwester im Laden war, hatten wir eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir schauten uns Kosmetika an und meine Schwester hatte ein Produkt abgeholt, dessen Kartonverpackung kaputt war, plötzlich beschuldigte uns ein Sicherheitsmann, der am Eingang war, dass wir die Verpackung kaputt gemacht hätten und wir mussten es kaufen. Ich antwortete, dass es nicht wahr sei, dass wir es kaputt gemacht hätten und dass ich es nicht kaufen würde ... dann wirft er uns aus dem Laden. Ich werde nie wieder in diesen Laden gehen, wir wurden wirklich schlecht behandelt. Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass ich dort immer viele Dinge gekauft habe und so etwas nicht erwartet habe. Der Herr war gegenüber zwei ausländischen Damen wirklich unhöflich und ich füge hinzu, dass es sich um sehr ehrliche Menschen handelte.

Apr 26,2024Tkt maxx needs to consider changing it's retail model or asking for references before allowing entry to their stores. When going into the fitting room I am regularly asked if the handbag I'm carrying is mine and also if my reading glasses are my own. These items are peered at to detect if what? O maybe hiding a price tag and intending to steal? When returning an item yesterday, the person at the checkout was new and needed help to process the return. She was directed to not only check the receipt and identify the make but to ' also be sure the label matches'. We are all assumed to be shoplifters or fraudulent. Another very annoying issue is yay of checkout staff not removing security tags. This, of course, results in being stopped, having to empty bags and provide receipts and wait for all this to be verified and the tag removed looking like a shoplifter! Really, counter staff have little else to do, no packing or providing bags, is it too much to ask that they are vigilant in the removal of security tags? I think not.

Apr 25,2024Buying from TK Maxx online is easy as are returns in store ( I wouldn’t return in the post). I had an issue with some cushions I bought for my daughter’s playroom. Two were filthy and customer services fixed it for me. He even sent me a e-gift card too. It was nice of him. Returning the dirty one wasn’t a problem. I go to the same branches. Fosse park usually has best items. Elliot’s Field one is ok - on odd occasion I find or something worth buying. I hated location of Northampton branch haven’t been in years. Leicester branch in the centre is terrible. Way too many dirty looking people. Thurmaston branch is quieter. Over all you can get a few real people bargains but don’t believe the RRP as it’s often just dishonest ploy many retailers employ.

Apr 24,2024Ordered quite an expensive dress online - something completely different turned up. Their warehouse staff really are the worst. Customer service is OK but i have to take time out to return the item in order to get a refund.

May 02,2024Ich habe zwei hosen gekauft, die OHNE Gewalteinwirkung nach 2-5 x anziehen kaputt waren. Einmal ein grober Riss an der Außenseite der linken Hosentasche und einmal der Reißverschluss an der anderen Hose. Bei der Reklamation unterstellte mir der Geschäftsführer, dass ich dies selbst zu verschulden habe, da ich enorme Gewalt angewandt haben muss. Also ich bin über 30 Jahre alt und weiss genau, was für Kräfte ich angewandt habe. Hätte ich die Hose selbst kaputt gemacht, würde ich dazu stehen. Ich gehe nicht davon aus, dass mir jemand mein Verschulden bezahlt. Aber nach dem er gesagt hat, dass keine Reklamation zu stande kommt, hat er sich verabschiedet und ist dann wahrscheinlich wieder in sein Büro zurückgekehrt. So einen Schwachsinn habe ich wirklich noch nie gehört. Mir wird eine minderwertige Qualität angeboten, mir wird unterstellt, ich hätte die Hosen mithilfe von Gewalteinwirkung kaputt gemacht, und das ist das was ich dafür kriege 80€ in dem Laden zu lassen. Verständnisslosigkeit, Unterstellungen und keine Optionen. Es wird nichtmal davon ausgegangen, dass das Verschulden auf der Seite des Verkäufers sein KÖNNTE. Also für mich heißt das, dass ich den Verbraucherschutz einschalte und einen Anwalt konsultiere ich auch. Auch wenn ich den 100-fachen Wert der Hosen durch die Anwaltskosten überschreite, verarschen können die jemand anderen. An alle anderen außer der Geschäftsabteilung von TK MAXX - Einen schönen Tag noch und alles gute.
