Till service at Kensington High Street is simply appalling. It's a half an hour queue whatever time of the day you come weekend or weekday. This is just not good enough. Shows an arrogance to your customers that you can't be bothered to fill the tills. Sharpen up Right up.

I am doing my shopping at TK Maxx for years and I check the website daily. It came to my attention, especially in the last 1 year that they significantly increased the clothes prices and that prices for one item can change overnight ! I also notice that some things such as parfumes works out more expensive, prices are not regular and consistent and I almost get the feeling that someone in management really tries to make the shop unaffordable to normal people! Managers are not friendly and they ate often quite forceful when I try to return something - Lewisham experience! The shop is great but what they are trying to turn it to is really disappointing! I wonder if their profits increased with that strategy. I doubt it !

Recently bought t SHIRT from TK MAXX in Ealing London, on the tag was printed RPP £76 , our price - £22! Just checked on the retailer MIDA website the regular price is £36 and on sale £18! SO TK MAXX PUT FALSE RPP JUST TO SELL THEY RUBBISH! WONT EVEN MENTION THE QUALITY OF THOSE CLOTHES BEEN IN DIFFERENT WERAHOUSES FOR YEARS!

Ordered some bedding, picture was lilac purple. When it arrived it was white. Turns out it said white in the description. Fcuking brilliant. Also didn’t make an account at the time, now I’ve made an account it doesn’t show up. So there’s no way I can complain or return it and the website doesn’t let you leave reviews so I can’t even complain/warn others

a tie for a dressing gown was left on the hanger by a member of staff when they packaged the item. Phoned store in Plymouth told them the issue. Had purchased the item on holiday whilst in Plymouth so could not collect in store. The team leader Gordana Webster went above and beyond to ensure it was posted to my home address straight away, she even phoned numerous times to enquire if I had received it. Brilliant customer service

This shop is terriblely boring, highly expensive and extremely hard to find clothes for young teens and tweens like myself I highly do not recommend shopping there to anyone as it is so mixed up and this is me writing an honest review... It does not look higenic in most parts of the shop 👿😬😶😲please take my advice and go to other stores and sop instead eg. Primark, h&m,river island etc... thank you for reading my review

The near empty fitting room was being manned by an Eastern European looking woman who sneered at us on entry, She 'demanded' we put our items on a rack so she could check the number and be given the correctly numbered tag. She then proceeded to hover around us IN the fitting room giving the distinct and obvious impression that she thought we looked like the type to steal, even though she had just made sure she knew how many items we had! In complete contrast, on our way out, another customer (who looked just like her) entered. She was NOT asked how many items she had, she was NOT asked to individually hang her items to ensure the correct tag was given. No, this customer was allowed to walk in, state how many items she had HERSELF and took her own tag off the wall! Check the CCTV. This staff member had no shame in showing her prejudice. So while she is watching others NOT shop lift, she is allowing others to get away with it freely just becuase they look like her and of course would never steal. Better training is needed for staff on this rather than them simply relying on their personal beliefs as you will miss the majority of shoplifters as you think they look a particular way. Most shoplifters actually look like this staff member. FACT. Not impressed TKMAXX. Find this staff member and talk to her about this as she will profile the wrong person next time and be met with more than just an email to Customer Service or a Trust Pilot Review.

When TK Maxx first started it was brilliant but over the years it has lterallly gone down the drain! I checked out TJ Maxx in the States and it puts UK TK Maxx t shame both in terms of products and services. The worst thing about TK Maxx is the so called 'Treasure rewards scheme. When it fiirst started, the gifts were fantastic and well worth collecting points for. Now, 90% of the tangible products are replaced with lame competitions that most people are disinterested in. In short, the rewards sceme has become a load of rubbish which is a shame. It seems as if TK Maxx are penny pinching and are not really interested in building loyalty. If a similar store opened with slightly cheaper prices, most of the shoppers would be gone in a flash. I rarely go there now. P.S. Writing a bog standard reply such as: "thank you for your review. We’re so sorry to hear of your experience. Please feel free to contact us via email at customer service@tjxeurope. com or on 01923 473561 at your convenience and we’ll help however we can." just isn't going to cut it because it's the stock reply on most of the negative reviews which was probably cut and pasted demonstrating the level of service. If you truly want to help, put some decent rewards up or provide a genuine response that actually adresses the concern rather than glosses over it.

I am a regular tkmaxx customer. Mostly between tk maxx northampton or Milton Keynes. However I have started noticing that there is always one or the other staff just hovering around or watching. I don't know if it is just me or others who have felt the same.It is not just annoying but also insulting. If you really have to watch customers atleast do it discreetly, don't make them feel like a thief! You are surely going to lose one customer tkmaxx.

I visited your branch in Edgware today, to returned sunglasses I had purchased. As i noticed scratches on both lens, I had the receipt and it was within the 30 days rule. I had to be assertive as they were initially unwilling to reimburse me; stating that it did not have the price tag. I informed them that the receipt has the price I paid and therefore I don't require further evidence. So my question is are they invisible regulations for returning, faulty goods back to the store does the tags need to be on. That's the reason for a score of 1 star.

I bought a dress from Tk max they sent the wrong size ,3 times this has been going on now for about a year what is wrong with this company , And please don’t tell me to ring you as I rang 23. Times today and they kept cutting me of Alwas send wrong sizes or wrong thing completely TARDINESS IS TK MAX

Horrible service by the rudest woman I’ve ever met, and when I took the time to complain to customer services, I received a ‘copy and paste’ response. I’m returning everything I bought and will never shop there again…

Weird staff copper haired girl with witch tattoos manga t shirt tried to hit on my guy embarrassed herself badly when I walked over 😂 she became catty and grabbed his hand softly. Tried to provoke a reaction asking for his number completely inappropriate behaviour and before I’d been served she scrunched my money up tried cursing me 😂 this teenager was hillarious. If you want a laugh and a child throwing a tantrum at you with her friends if she can’t get your Guy to flirt or date her go there it’s a full blown Jezebel experience. I walked out laughing won’t ever return there as the teenagers were obsessive, rude,aggressive ,lazy,waxwork faces with desperate needs lol 😂 goodluck you’ve been warned. You want to prank them with your go there lol 😂 Pretend your single let your guy go on her till flirt see what happens lol 😂 we flipped it on her.

TKMaxx rewards are frequently not a reward at all but a chance to enter another competition or make a donation or a chance to win tickets for something based in London. I go in TKMaxx at least once every fortnight and have won treasure many times, however of the 10 rewards earned inthe last five years only three have been tangible little gifts delivered to my door! Dont think it seriously is worth the effort . Poor reward scheme in my opinion.

Bromley TKmaxx staff are the rudest, most arrogant and unhelpfull staff you could ever have the misfortune to come into contact with. Will never go in the Bromley store again. Can't believe this store will stay open for much longer with this shambles in place!

Today we went to Selioak TK max for shopping with my son and wife. I went on March 26 and bought 2 pairs of trousers. When I entered the dressing room, a woman was sitting on the sofa in front of the doors on the men's side and was helping her husband or boyfriend to choose what they bought. While my son and I were trying on what we bought in the dressing room, my wife stood in the corridor and wanted to help, but the lady on duty there was very rude and blocked the way with her hand and said, "You cannot pass through here." When we arrived last week, we said that a lady had passed this way, but she said rudely that you cannot pass. I talked to the manager and he said this was the rule. I said I saw it when I came last week, he said no, this is a rule, but he did not apologize in any way. While I wanted to complain to the manager about the rudeness of the staff, I encountered even more rude behavior from the manager. We were faced with a dicrimination that I was not used to seeing very often in the UK. That staff could only have said an apology and said, "I can't let you go from here to the other side." I know rules are rules but rude is rude...
