Been going to tkmaxx for years but never had a such bad experience like today, the staff was smiley and very helpful, apart from the manager Claudia she’s was definitely in the wrong job, absolutely arrogant , as I read here on the reviews she thinks she’s the god. will never return to Brent Cross tkmaxx again worst experience ever.
I've just bought a beautiful mirror from TK Maxx in Crewe but the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of their brilliant staff. Lovely chap polishing the handrails , he was super friendly. The girl (sorry I don't know your name) with blonde haur couldnt hwve been any nicer and more helpful and last of all the chap who carried it to my car . Thank you so much for all your help . Excellent customer service they went over and above .
I tried to return a purse even for a gift voucher as I showed the assistant my sore thumbs from trying to get cards into too small spaces bleeding a d she was appallingly dismissive. Contacted customer service and they just said it would b dealt with 'internally ' and now I know I can't return to the store in question S the staff member will know it was me. Appalling
TK Maxx Clapham Junction Sort it out 2359 tills and you only have 2 cashiers? RIDICULOUS, don't open the store if you are short staffed. More people folding clothes than working. No regard for customer service. You make too much money to treat your customers this way.

I got myself some wonderful new shoes and they are perfect I am really and look forward to future buys on to max site last time I bought from them was about a month before the festive season began and before the internet got slower because people were doing last minute buys
Ik was vorige week in de tk maxx op het zuidplein in rdam. Zoals ik vaak die voor ik naar me werk ga , was ik ook dit keer weer in de tk maxx. Ik zag een broek van gerrie weber , die afgeorijst was van €99 naar €4 , dus ik was wezen passen en vior mijn geluk paste de broek mij. Waarop ik naar de kassa ging om af terekenen , de mw liep naar een collega, ze haalde de oranje rode gekleurde sticker eraf , en er kwam een bedrag van€29 te voorschijn, de verkoopster vrieg if ik het voor die prijs wilde, ik natuurlijk gezegd nee hoor, kaat dan maar zitten, ik ben de winkel uitgelopen, het is dat ik naar mijn werk ging en dat ik verder geen probleem van wilde maken , heb ik het zo gelaten. Maar mijn vraag is wordt er zo met klanten om gegaan?? Verschrikkelijk deze ervaring, wat mij betreft zien ze mij ook niet meer in de tk maxx. Bah en nog eens bah.
Its the awful store in Derby!!!! Was coming to collect my order ,was awaiting 20 min in queue,then manager didn’t came more then 20 min-to her was called twice to come to make a service for collection! Didn’t came, i was came the second time-after 30 min-there was manager and sitting in floor show me with finger that I have to wait again 20 min in queue and it was very rude from her side!!! Never ever i will order something in this store!!! AWFUL!! 😠 and when i was finished with queue she refused to gave my order!!and when i was adking about her name-she was refused to say it and run away!!! I was paid for click and collect and didn’t got my order! All cashier are very slow there,always huge queue!!! I was very disappointed in this kind of customer service!! Awful ! 😠
I called the customer line on 30th March to confirm double key offer over Easter as staff so dumb in Trowbridge and knew nothing of the offer!! My Treasure account has been updated from my Sat purchase with just the 1 key. I'm not phoning again. So very poor TK Maxx! Honour your deals.
Hi today I stuck in the Hammersmith tk max lift ,more than 5 minutes I stuck .I couldn’t breathe I scared,I have breathing problems.i knock the door 5,6time rang the bell nobody came.I heard suddenly it going down and made noise.so be careful with it
My daughters went into txmax Kingston today and a label was left on her purchased t shirt, so the alarm went off! They then had to both have all their bags gone through !! The security label was left on by the customer service agent! The security guard manhandled them, my daughters are 14 and came home so upset. No apology nothing made to feel like thieves! Just awful. I will never shop there again!
I shopped in the Bolton store 25/3/24 and was served by Trish , I got to the till point and was served by a lovely friendly lady who noticed a label had come off a lampshade I was buying and checked if it had been reduced, it had so not only did I have a pleasant shopping experience I got a real bargain and feel Trish deserved a mention because good customer service is rare . Before tk maxx online was ok, but from last summer they employed wrong people, they putting to online orders used or demaged clothing or absolutely wrong item. Also if I ordering next day delivery, they never send it next day.
I bought too many things from t.k maxx but several times when I wanted to refund something if the price dropped it returned my money back cheaper than I paid This is so ashamed

Absolutely amazing customer service delivered by Sana. She went out of her way to help with my shopping experience even though it looked as if her working shift was over. She was kind, courteous and a real professional. She deserves some props!!
Great store and prices
I am very disappointed with the customer service at Charing Cross Road today. At the checkout, it turned out that the price of the sweatshirt was a few pounds higher. It's not the customer's fault that someone didn't do their job well. The girl who served me called her manager, who told me that they could sell me the sweatshirt, but at an increased price, which I did not want to agree to. This manager called the store manager who said the sweatshirt was not for sale any longer. First of all, it was enough to apologize, but no one did it which is most disappointing. It seems that the staff is untrained and does not know how to behave when a problem arises. It's a pity that the store manager didn't bother to explain the matter or apologize. I do not want to shop or recommend a store that offers such a low level of customer service.
Impossible to return faulty items for a refund. So far 6 emails sent for an item under £20.
