Mar 13,2024Staff do not treat their customers with respect or value them. The prices of items on the shelves change to higher price when you get to the till and staff are insensitive and challenging. Their shop is disorganised and customers' time wasted searching for items, only to be told at the till that the price seen on the shelf is incorrect. Their complaint office is also useless as they just take sides with their colleagues. Very bad experience particularly at Eltham High Street (SE London) branch!

Mar 12,2024MAXX OSZUST ! Kupiłem buty za 500,- które się rozwaliły po dwóch tygodniach. Oddałem do reklamacji i się okazało, że to moja wina... Najlepsze jest to, że w odpowiedzi na negatywną opinię TK MAXX OSZUST odpisał do mnie, że mam do nich napisać odwołanie co też uczyniłem tylko po to, żeby mnie olali. Wizerunkowo ładnie wygląda na www ale tylko po to, żeby oszukiwać nowych klientów. Jeszcze w zeszłym roku to był najczęściej odwiedzany przeze mnie sklep w którym kupowaliśmy wiele rzeczy dla całej rodziny. To super miejsce na wydawanie kasy ale jak reklamujesz bubel to Cię tam oleją. Zdecydowanie wolę inne sklepy które dbają o klienta w czasie zakupów jak i po.

Mar 11,2024Had an issue with items bought in store. The hair products are dangerous and have caused actual harm. I have emailed customer service 4 times now and have had no reply! Customer service is non existent. Dreadful.

Mar 11,2024Please tell your security guard at your Ipswich store that not all single women with a rucksack and shopping trolley are there to rob the place! Went in to find a replacement for my broken credit card holder and was followed and stared at by the security guard near the bag racks. And you wonder why people turn to online shopping instead.

Mar 10,2024Unpleasant , unprofessional and very rude staff members at Chester Retail Park Store , especially the store manager. A staff called me a thief she said the item I was looking to return had already been returned and a refund issued that I must have taken the item home without their knowledge….basically saying I stole the item after returning it and later found out they made a mistake on the receipt, two items had the same tag. The store manager got involved and was very sarcastic and rude, defending the staff who called me a thief…. It was a very horrible experience…

Mar 10,2024The server on the till service was very poor. Did not welcome or smile and stuffed my items into the bag with no care at all. Not an experience I want to revisit. Do train your staff to smile and greet the customers! Basic service training.

Mar 10,2024Basically everything sold in TK Maxx has a manufacturing defect or is seconds. Don't expect anything to fit properly or last any length of time.

Mar 08,2024I phoned TK Max in Didcot to inquire about availability some tableware. A lady called Mandy answered. Although clearly busy serving another customer she still picked up the phone and politely asked me to hold. Having worked in shops most of my life I sensed she was probably a manager. Mandy found the stock I was after, checked and packed it away for my collection and communicated to me clearly where to collect the items, I bought a lot ! Thank you Mandy, I hope your bosses appreciate your professional work ethic and hard work. Penny Day from Benson

Mar 05,2024Very racist , unprofessional staff members in Fraddon Cornwall store , especially ginger women and the one with scar on her neck. They are rude , sarcastic , having dirty personal conversations on the shop floor . This is not acceptable !!!

Mar 04,2024I bought some clothes online which ended up being the wrong size, so I sent them back for a refund, it's been 2 weeks now and still haven't received my refund, Ive to customer service and they keep saying "we will give you and update within 48-72hrs" this is the worst experience I've had in terms of refund..will not shop here ever again dreadful customer service

Mar 02,2024The most horrible service in the world! It is disgusting that TKMAX works with them! They NEVER come to the address in Teddington and they unfair charge me for 'next day delivery ' Without visiting the address! Awful! The information provided by TKMAX is that they are out of delivery since this early morning but in reality they never arrive! Always the Parcel force informs that they attempted but no answer. In our home always there is a person. We have bell, video camera but they NEVER come to the address!!!!! Tkmax must stop collaboration with this disgraceful unfair company. It is a nightmare to buy from TkMax online! Absolutely nightmare. Waste of money for next day delivery. Parcel force Never visit the address. You must call the customer service to investigate where the parcel is. If you are lucky, you will have your parcel one week after.

Mar 02,2024If I could add less than 1 star I would definitely do so! I've tried contacting the company several times, but no resolvement whatsoever, as they just ignore my emails. I ordered couple items and the box was delivered to a someone else place, so i contacted the company, and they just threw ignorance and said they cant refund me, i was trying to explain that the house wasn't mine and i could provide pictures as proff, but at the end i send several emails but did not receive a response! I do love the tk maxx but it really disappoints me because this happens quite often with their deliveries, and the fact that they don't take any responsibility for it's even more disappointing and disgusting. UPDATE: since they replied, that i should contact them again for a solution, which i never had a chance to, but got email from them today (05/03/2024), saying that theres, nothing they can do, since the parcel, was dlivered. They left the comment, asking me to contact them, as they were trying to look good, and to show that theyre interested in trying to help but thats all alot of nonsense and a lie!!!! Nasty company, and customer service

Mar 13,2024Racist? I purchased a pair of gold and diamond earrings online. When the earrings arrived they were much smaller than I would like. I took the earrings, unsealed in the inner plastic packets and within the original box, with receipt, for an in store return to Tkmaxx Straiton. My receipt clearly stated ‘Yes’ in the box/ column under ‘In Store Returns’. However, the manager of this store refused to process the return, despite the item being marked as eligible for in store return, and provided no reasonable explanation.
