Every time I go on the website it never works and no it is not my broadband. I select an option from the homepage it gets stuck on searching. The app is not user friendly at all either very poor. Update 22/01/2024 still does not work I have tried periodically I’m computer savvy enough to do what the reply suggests.
Ordered size 13.5 puma clyde vintage trainers. Box arrived (adidas box) wrong size 8 ??? How can you get size wrong when it is on the order. Enquired if the correct size were in stock only to be told no they weren't when it clearly showed they were. All this after I had to send the wrong size back for a refund. Then Inoticed my size were still showing on tk maxx website . Tk maxx are an absolute shambles..utter jumble sale of a company who repeatedly lie and miss inform their customers.
TK Max has changed its return policy (not too sure when) so that the only way to return goods is with the receipt. Had this experience today at the Wood Green store. They used to allow exchange or store credit without a receipt. Its obvious that it was bought from TK Max as has their label. Buyer beware as you will be lumbered with goods that don't fit, work or you don't want.
Shrewsbury store return a toy truck that was faulty my grandson paid for the truck with a love to shop gift card There was very little stock on the shelves for my grandson to choose something else I was told by your manager that because the purchase was paid for by the love to shop card the refund has to go on a tkmaxx card So in my view you are forcing me to shop in your store where is my freedom of choice to shop where I choose not you I gave my grandson the refund in cash so he would not be disappointed I am now stuck with a gift card I have shopped in this store before I am very reluctant to visit tkmaxx

Such rude service from Sarah and Store Manager. Have written to TK Maxx and await their full response. We were returning an unwanted xmas gift with full receipt for something that was ordered mid November. It was my mum returning the item and had we not gone with her they would have clearly fobbed her off. We were told we had passed the 28 day refurns policy. We reminded them of their own website extended returns policy for xmas. The item was ordered online so no way of asking for a gift receipt. The lady on the til radioed someone to seek advice. As I said we had full receipt. Tags were still on the item and it was the 30th December so only 5 days after the gift was opened! We were also only looking for a credit note and not a refund as we were fully expecting to spend the money again in store THAT DAY. This is when Sarah arrived and started shouting to her colleague that was serving us (in full ear shot of us) “JUST TELL THEM THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO” We then asked to see the manager and showed him the extended returns policy on the website and he agreed with us in seconds and honoured the exchange for a gift card. We asked him to educate his staff then and explained how rude Sarah had been to us. He didn’t apologise for his staff rude manner just grunted and walked off. Hence I have now emailed TK maxx customer services

A member of the management staff in the Weston-super-Mare branch of your staff (Laura) twice exceeded all our expectations during the last 24 hours. On the first occasion, we were buying a large item of furniture and despite a savage rainstorm, Laura personally disassembled the desk and brought it to our vehicle for us and lifted it in on her own! The second occasion was a visit for the return of a small Xmas gift (which was rejected at the desk by a management colleague) but a call to the store struck lucky when Laura answered the call and invited us back for a full refund. A true professional and a credit to the brand.
I bought precent for my son for christmas , it is small Size, I ask to exchange or give a gift card, they tell me they can't do this as I don't have recipe, and it was pay buy cash, the label show TK MAXX , I can't make this label by my self,. I been contact by . Please feel free to contact us via email or on 01923 473561 and they only said we can't do this. what the point of your label when it was bought from your shop. not happy at all. will I recommend your shop ? : NO they also ask about day I bought this, this is a joke, can any one remember days what day they do a shop.
Had a Christmas present which was not suitable. Did not have a receipt as it was a present. My nearest store is in Fraddon Cornwall they could not have been more helpful and exchanged the item without any trouble. Thank you.
Fantastic customer service today from Sacha on the jewellery counter! It was great being served by someone who is a credit to their company!
Went to the metrocentre one today. The lady who served me was lovely. She showed me what a treasure card was that was great. I really hope TK Maxx opens a branch In Northallerton soon
Disrespect and discrimination at TK Maxx in Stoke on trent! I went to the store with my parents. They are not fully fluent in English but I am so I was the one talking the most. My mother is mixed Asian and European. The shop assistant - white woman - kept looking down on her, didn't greet us at all, didn't offer a bag nor helped to pack the stuff we have bought. Awful service. Won't go to that store ever again!

I would just like to thank Shan for his assistance and patience today when I needed to return some items and there was confusion over which card I had used. It was resolved quickly and satisfactorily and Shan was courteous and understanding throughout. Thank you

Jan 12,2024I posted this review yesterday - "Staff very rude and unhelpful. I bought socks for my son's Christmas stocking and one was faulty. The staff refused to take the item back and they shouted at me. I won't be going back." I have since been contacted by a brilliant and very apologetic Customer Services team who have furnished me with a voucher. So thank you TKMaxx - I am very impressed with how you responded to my complaint and I will be shopping with you again!
