Nov 29,2023I bought a North Face Hyalite DWN Parka in TK maxx PL. During the first walk, some down (feathers) came out of the jacket. During the next walk, more feathers started coming out through the fabric again. I decided to return the jacket for a complaint. The store rejected my complaint, saying it was a "normal situation". I appealed against this decision and again the store dismissed the complaint. In my opinion, a down jacket that loses its down every time you wear it is not properly made. The store's opinion on this matter is unacceptable to me. Because the product being sold does not meet the requirements, he expects a refund for the defective product. Unfortunately, the store rejected my request because the jacket was used and had the product tags (store tags) removed. In my opinion, this is another illegal situation. The complaint was submitted before the deadline specified on the sales receipt.

Nov 29,2023I have a Tkmaxx treasure card and went online to claim my free gift of a rainbow keyring. I’m now after receiving a letter in the post with a customs charge and item description “mens military watch”. Firstly, why such a different item description? And secondly, not much of a free gift if I am expected to pay customs! Very disappointed and sending the package back to the sender.

Nov 27,2023I purchased a Laura Ashley watch online, the watch that arrived had a very badly finished dial which I didn't notice until after I had taken it out of the packaging and saw it in daylight the following morning. Because it was out of the packing it could not be returned according to the paperwork. I wore it for 4 days having decided that I had no option but to keep it and then the clasp on the strap broke, so I returned it to my local store. I was given a refund but later discovered they don't refund the postage even, though the item was defective! While I was in the shop I looked at other Laura Ashley watches and they all appeared to be scratched or have bad dial faults, like the one I had. I strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing Laura Ashley watches from TKMaxx, they are clearly seconds quality and poor quality, not what you expect from the Laura Ashley brand, it will just end up costing you the postage for nothing!

Nov 26,2023Clothing in TK Maxx shops are a bit higgledy higgledy on the ground floor, but go upstairs and the 1st floor is organised and tidier making me believe I've entered 2 different shops. I believe TK maxx should concentrate on improving the ground floor so that it is more in line with the organised 1st floor. Some of the Christmas Reed diffusers in the shop (1st floor) are pleasant, lightly perfumed of cinnamon or myrrh and lasts a long time, however, there are some that have heavy scents, which are far too strong for a small room. Lastly, the TK Maxx Christmas Advert 2023, featuring animals 'in warm clothes' is so gentle and fits in well with the aura around Christmas time. It puts a smile on my face every time I watch it.

Nov 26,2023Very poor staff my wife went in to a tkmax store a member of there staff shouted at her telling her that she can not eat 1 piece of chocolate in front of a lot of other customers she has a health condition which mean sometimes she needs just a little bit of sugar to prevent her from passing out also suffers with anxiety very unprofessional and told her to leave the store will not be shopping here again

Nov 26,2023Ordered an item online. Incorrect size sent. Only way to get a refund is to return to a store, or post back and hope for a refund of postage costs. No offer of sending correct item. Irritating experience which I won’t repeat.

Nov 26,2023I am a regular client of Tkmax. Always i am finding really nice and quality home items to buy. I will give 5 stars stars for home accessories. I am very disappointed in what they have regarding clothes and shoes... years ago was fine but now they are selling only rubbish. Regarding employees of Tkmax....some of them are very nice and polite but sometimes i am dealing with rude and not very polite employees who can't reply to a mannered and polite greetings from me.

Nov 25,2023Use to love TK Maxx and can still find some good items now and again but clothing is not as good as it used to be. Home wares are still good but I have no idea why broken items are listed for sale in the shops. Home Sense is my prefered shop out of the two now.

Nov 24,2023Disappointed in the warrington branch. My friend loaded a gift card for me for a house warming present. Went into a different branch to use it who advised me there was no money on it. Rang customer services who advised they can see it was incorrectly loaded by store but they can't do anythin about it. I have to go in the branch it was bought at ( i live nowhere near here ) with my friends bank statement ( which again isn't convenient) Considering this was a shop error it seems I have to go out my way for there issue.

Nov 23,2023After I raised the health issue issue relating to the expired cosmetic product to their customer service as well as on Trustpilot, TK Maxx UK does not correct and continues to sell expired product online (lipstick manufactured in Oct 2018, >5 years ago). It is a waste of time to purchase / return and potential health risk for the buyers - very disappointed

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht aber ich vermute, dass das keine Österreicher war, es hat mir niemals so was passiert, egal ob Österreich oder Deutschland. Ich begrüße die Verkäuferin! Datum 22.11.2023, Uhrzeit 19:00:48 Blöd daran ist, dass ich morgen in der früh nach Hause fahre (Slowakei) Bitte wie lautet die Bestellnummer? „ Deine Bestellnummer (siehe Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail)“ - ich hab kein weil es in Filiale war und nicht online.. Ich wollte die Beschwerde auf www.tkmaxx..contact-us-message schreiben.. es fehlt mir die Bestellungsnummer. Danke!

Nov 22,2023Both Norwich stores are great I often find a bargain. Staff are extremely helpful & layout in Cathedral park is amazing. Often visit Gt Yarmouth & Lowestoft Branches too. The website however seems a little off key & unable to find items by Key word recently it really needs sorting. Order online a lot if not in store only had a problem once.

Nov 22,2023I placed 3 online orders worth more than £1300 in last 1 month. One of the order with order no: 33563301 worth £279.97 was not delivered to me by the Royal Mail. That cheap delivery service was chooses by TKMaxx for such a valued delivery. My residence is inside in a compound and every unit has a different number. The Royal Mail is unable to verify that who they delivered my parcel to? The TKMaxx online team is very unprofessional and they are sending me the same answer that the delivery driver confirmed that he delivered the parcel successfully and we will be unable to advise you further. On this matter. I replied multiple times that my unit No is clearly written on the order and I provided my contact no but still the delivery has not been delivered to me. They do not understand my statement and repeatedly says that it has been delivered successfully. This is a scam and they took money but there is no customer services manager or any senior replying back to me sensibly on this matter. They recruited the staff who are unable to speak clearly and even don’t understand that what this matter is about? I am returning all my order and will take all the legal actions against TKMaxx. I will never step back from this matter and will drag them on every media and legal forums. I will expose their scam and their unprofessional online customer services.

Nov 22,2023My favourite shop ever!! Bargains galore! If you spend as much time here as I do, you’ll spot some right goodies! Always a pleasure to shop here and always spend a fortune! Only issue is the lifts always seem to be out of order at the Tamworth branch!

Nov 30,2023Just received a fragrance that was open in half used. Charge me full price for it and now they refusing to refund me and clearly it was opened already. Absolutely disgusted with TK maxx do not shop on their online store as they will send you boxed up products without telling you so
