Absolutely SHOCKED at what has just happened in the Eastbourne store and the customer service. I purchased a suitcase a week ago and travelled once. When collecting my luggage and wheeling it along the wheel came directly off. Called the store twice and spoke to two different people as I thought I lost my receipt both said to try to find it and it’s absolutely fine to bring the suitcase back to receive my refund. Travelled an hour to return the suitcase once receipt was found. The manager Jason would not even look at my receipt or the packaging! Straight away he said NO I will not give you the refund! I said I was told by two people to bring it back and receive my refund and he did not care that this is what I was told. The suitcase was sold saying shock and robust resistant with 360 wheels. This is clearly a faulty product as I had only travelled once. The manager was extremely rude and I was absolute mortified to the point I left in tears. I work in retail myself and have never given customer service like this utterly disgusting! I will be taking this further as no customer should leave feeling so upset! I had planned to buy items with the refund anyway and would have spent a lot more but never ever again will I shop at this store!!!!!

A thorn between 2 roses A thorn between 2 roses Costa great, TKMaxx NOT, Super drug great! Bromborough Costa the guys on the til Were So helpful, coming to the table to fix a small issue. Appreciated when everyone else is stressed. On to TKMaxx, rubbish. The assistant was fine. Rang the boss for approval of a 10% discount on a badly torn box. Boss says no. I bought anyway, but on reflection returned it. Merry Christmas to him. Then Super drug. Faye was the most helpful person you could want. Extra mile & a half. Thanks. Went to have a look because I don't normally go and wanted to find some cool clothes. However there staff is atrocious twice in my family security tags have not been taken off. They clearly haven't been trained properly and aren't thinking

Just been in to TK Maxx Burnley to pick up a few last minute Christmas presents Picked up 2 DKNY shoppers looked at the price on the ticket £54.99 so thought I will get 2 Got to the till paid for them thought that’s not correct £164.99 bought a throw and some candles So went to one side one of the bags had a kimbled price of 69.99 and one £54.99 exactly the same bag So I asked the till assistant she said they have different codes and it came it at a different time?so exactly the same bag and charging more for one So I will pass it on to trading standards I asked to speak to the manager she also said it would have been priced at the same but we are busy it’s Christmas I said but it’s not So you have lost a sale as the manager seemed to me didn’t know how to resolve it by matching the price so I asked her to refund me the £69.99 I shop regular at the Burnley branch not anymore shocking service all round •••update””””thankyou for the reply I will drop you a email Further update”had a response via email from TK Maxx saying sorry

I love TK Maxx. I shop there regularly and love to find a great deal. I have left a 5 Star google review from previous visits. I have just had the worst custoner service experience of my life whilst in the Guiseley Store today. Full credit to the gemntleman on the tills (Seth) he is a credit to the company, sadly his supervisor was rude and not skilled in customer service. After travelling for 20 mins to return an item I purchased on Weds, I realised I had the wrong receipt with me - as I also boughjt a large amount of items on Thurs. I asked if the transaction could be recalled or whether they could just provide a refund card, as I planned to do more shopping. I was advised this wasnt possible, that they could neither retrieve the transaction details or issue a card or exchange. She said "why should i do YOU a favour?'After talking to me in this way I asked to speak to her manager. She said that is me - I am the only manager here. I asked for how to esclate a complaint and she gave me the customer service number and when I asked for her name, she refused to give me it and had turned her name badge around. I went outside to get a signal and whilst on the phone I went to my car to see if I could locate the receipt. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone apologised and did say they can easily bring up previous sales transactions with the card used. Fortuntely I located the receipt and went inside for a refund. I was served again by Seth, who was very helpful and polite and he provided me with a gift card. Whilst looking round the store I saw the manager again and remarked that I had located my receipt. She was still very rude and I said that there was really no need to speak to customers in that way and that she has no idea what customers are having to deal with and just to be kind. She said that I should do the same, I remained calm and polite but she implied that I had been rude to her so why should she help me. (I was not in any way rude to her and I was completely taken aback as I had not been rude, raised my voice or said anything out of turn. She asked why I had hunted round the store for her and I explained that I hadnt but when I saw her that I wanted to feedback what customer services had said and why she refused to recall the transaction. She said that they didnt have time and why should she or her staff do this when they have literally thousands of pounds worth of transactions through their till every day. It was clear that my regular custom is not wanted or important and whilst I understand the pressure of retail (particularly busy holiday periods) there was no excuse for the way in which I was spoken to or treated today.

I placed an order online using a coupon for free delivery. Payment went through but order was cancelled because coupon had expired. Payment was taken on the 15th of Dec, but still waiting for a refund up till now. Awful experience and customer service was unable to help in any way. Can't believe Tk maxx is still holding on to my money even though order was cancelled.

I just will give 5 star for realy nice gentleman on the last till on the left side to manager blond lady in TK Maxx Hounslow. He was left me feel that iam nobody and my cancer is nothing for him. Story start today 21 december around 11 oclock i was doing Christmas shoping with my fiancé. She decidedly to buy me a jacket as my present. I wasn't feel good because it hasn't been only shop what we been today. So i went to a last till and ask a gentleman on last till where is a disabled till. He replay there is no till for disabled. Also i add to him i have cancer, he look on me from top to bottom and back and replay to me that “ Cancer is not a disability” i was in shock. And also he replay this time he will serve me. I was asking him how the fighting for my life is not a disability. Maybe iam not looking bad but just finish my second fight ( few weeks ago finish my 3 weeks course of radiotherapy) with cancer in the last two years. And i have my side effects not visible but painful for me. He didn't even apologise. And blond lady manager what she was serving next to him replied that she will serve me, also didn't apologise just been quiet like nothing have been happened. But on my question if she can deal with that situation and train that person no replay . I paid for my jacket and went from shop and truly Iam 37 yr old man and i was start feel lime a rubbish like i will choice that i want to be sick and straggling every day wit my cancer. Good job TK Maxx for training your employees and give them rights to disrespect disabled people like this. Shame on, and i wish you Marry Christmas

TK MAXX LEEDS CROWN POINT Attended this store 19/12/23 in my lunch break after 1pm to get a few xmas presents for secret santa at work, and was harassed by a security guard on exiting it. The buzzer went off, guard asked me to goto the till which I did out of respect. Lady was bemused as to what set this off. Went back out and guess what? The buzzer didn't go off! :-D Mr security guard, I KNOW WHAT YOU DID, AND SO DID THE LADY. I usually spend 1000s in TK max over the course of the year, and my partner probably more, but I will remember this negative and embarrassing experience, and take my hard earned money elsewhere in the future, perhaps to Mr Bezos; at least online there are no security guards holding negative perceptions of their customers, probably based on their physical characteristics. Hold your head down in shame. They'll respond advising of a malfunction of the security system; I say it's a malfunction of the perpetrator's mind.

Click & Collect in München ist ein Albtraum. Erst wird man dreimal an verschiedene Kassen geschickt und dann wird unterirdisch in handgeschriebenen Listen nach der Bestellung gesucht und nicht gefunden. Hab drei SMS mit Abholerinnerungen erhalten, aber im Store behauptet man, es wurde nichts geliefert. Bin gespannt, ob ich dann wenigstens mein Geld zurückbekomme. Vielleicht mal professionelle Hilfe hinzuziehen, wie man einen Online Shop betreibt.

We went for Christmas shopping as a family to TK Maxx Orpington, and we’re so engrossed and enjoying the shopping ,considering the rush and enthusiasm, ended up spending more time than what we expected. We were very happy with the purchases made , until I received a letter from Euro Parks today saying that I overstayed in the Cray avenue car park by 26 minutes and am required to pay £100. This was very unfortunate and I called the shop today and was told that they had nothing to do with that and I had to sort it out myself with Euro carparks. I personally would not go back to this store again, and would warn people to check the car park timings if they do want to go.

I just left a positive review for HomeSense asking them to deliver because TKMax stock is not interesting. I can't get to the wonderful HomeSense store near me. Then I telephoned TKMax to speak about this and ask if it's pure laziness not uploading everything from HomeSense for delivery. The call handler took my call with an upbeat manner which made me smile after leaving my positive review. However as soon as I mentioned HomeSense she became abrupt and I didn't feel positive anymore. It's 2023 get your HomeSense store online! Internet has been available since before the 1990s. It can only be laziness on your part. Your TKMAX site is about as exciting as the end of a jumble sale.

Unpleasant experience at Newport when a manager (?) walked up to me wagging their finger telling me no dogs allowed in the store and I had to take her out as they sell food ( I have taken her to other tx maxx stores with no issue regarding sealed food, and literally went in a restaurant, cafe and market earlier with welcoming customer service). I wasn't even asked if she was an assistance dog which could be very distressing. I had at this point been in the shop 45 min, my tiny dog was in a bag, and I was waiting for my partner at the till. This is individual then proceeded to take my trolley from me and take it to my partner in the queue (who they misgendered) until I asked them not to as there were gifts in trolley for my partner and I was waiting for them to pay for theirs and then take my dog out of the store so I could pay for my goods. I had already been told by another staff member that I could pay first and another staff member had acknowledged me and my dog without saying anything. I would suggest that you make your policy clear on the door which currently has no sign regarding dogs, and that all staff know it, and that management find a more appropriate way to approach customers as wagging fingers is unacceptable. As a result I let her have my shopping trolley and didn't buy anything and won't be returning. Possibly the worst experience I have had in a shop in Newport and as next to a pets at home I would expect to be dog friendly like many other homeward and food shops.

I was recently shopping for a gift and I found the gifts I wanted but there were two female sales assistants standing in front of them talking, I asked if they were diffusers one of them said yes. They didn’t move I felt very uncomfortable as I picked up one of them . I would have liked to browse but felt I was in the way I heard a snigger as I left feeling quite embarrassed , I think the sales assistants need some training in customer service . The store I was in was Tooting . I don’t think I will be going there again any time soon,

Shopped at the Burnley store for Christmas gifts. I bought 11 items & a carrier & was charged for 14 items. Only realised when I got home. Wasn't able to resolve this inshore, emailed customer services with photos of items purchased & my receipt. The response was.. they checked with the store & I purchased ALL the items! Erm.. NO 2 of the items I DIDNT purchase are listed as food & I've no idea what the the other ones are. I'm now out of pocket & been ignored. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Totally disgusted at the service I've received

Maidstone store went from bad to worse. Women clothes section just look like a second hand clothes. On a very rare occasion ( And u have to be very lucky) you can find something nice. The latest disaster was a my daughter’s jumper that’s fell apart after one wear.

Never had a problem with in-store shopping or the products themselves but do yourself a favour and don't order online. It's painfully slow to dispatch, I made an erorr with my shipping address (you can't change it after order btw) and when I spoke to customer services they said to just change it when I got the tracking notification (which never came by email or SMS) and then they shipped it Royal Mail so you can't change it. Luckily I was able to change it to only a mildly inconvenient post office to collect. Won't be shopping online again if I need it delivering.

In-store staff is friendly and competent. When ordering online you should be careful as sometimes the order form contain wrong details so that you are unable to return the items later. Also the delivery time have become much longer over time.

I personally experienced great customer service from one of the till ladies, her name was heather (i made sure to get her name for a review) at the new braehead tk maxx, and she was very polite and patient with me making my visit very friendly and she was very informative on the treasure card that i now own. 10/10 i am a satisfied customer.
