We went into the newtownards branch of TK MAX . on 12 _11_23 A Very helpful Gentleman went out of his way to help me with what I was looking for we called in today and got his name which is Gavin he is a credit to your company I hope you pass this on to the management thankyou.
Went into T K Maxx Leicester yesterday and it seems that every time I go into one of these stores they get more & more like a jumble sale. All it would take is for someone to take the bull by the horns and sort these shops out into some kind of organised order. Instead stuff is all over the place and you can be searching around for ages for that one item. I’m confident that there must be thousands like me that hardly go into TK for this reason and you are loosing custom hand over fist unnecessarily - get your act together TK for gods sake, it’s 2023 now !
What a bunch of useless cowboys this lot is. Bought a salmon pink Ben Sherman shirt online and they send me a green tshirt. I phoned customer service and told them and was told sorry re order and Take the tshirt back to the store for a refund. Re ordered... same bloody thing green tshirt arrived phoned them take tshirt back to store for a refund. There is a problem at the warehouse conflicting numbers they said and we will let you know when the problem is solved and you can re order When the salmon pink Ben Sherman shirt is available. NO THEY BLOODY WELL DIDN'T. I've been messed around spending my time and fuel on your dumb backward anal store. I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSSINESS SOON I WONT WASTE MY TIME AT YOUR STORE AGAIN TKMIN.
Got a suitcase for my son heading to Sydney on 1/11/23. Purchased for 79.99in Tkmaxx Sligo Ireland The handle of suitcase fell off at Dublin airport , it weighed 23 kg at check in when it could or should carry 30kg The other handle fell off in transport from Bangkok to Sydney. Case not Fit for purpose!! How do I get a refund in sligo Ireland for a suitcase that fell apart on way to Sydney ? Buyer beware I have emailed receipt and photos of the damaged case and ref number etc, Reply is standard that i must return goods to the shop to be checked( from Sydney Australia ) . POOR QUALITY STUFF , AVOID Please note :response is computer generated so no customer service just poor stuff buy elsewhere.
I’m not surprised about the 2 stars you have. Went to the Crewe store to ask for an exchange on a coat with a manufacturer problem and they refused to do anything. Rang the customer service to get told is a store discrection if exchanged. Disgusting
Unfortunately TKMaxx have never heard of customer service. If they had they would know what to do when they get something wrong. Customer service is NOT about hiding behind a chat bot. Customer service is NOT about taking 5 to 10 days to resolve any problem. Customer Service is NOT about telling a customer that the order number supplied by TKMaxx is not valid if it is the only order number supplied by TK Maxx. Customer service is NOT about losing customers.
Love TK MAX! i check online everyday for new items and visit a store if i'm near one, i've been a fan for the last twenty years and have picked up some great bargains over the years with house items and clothing! it really is my favourite store.

This is a Ridiculous company order stuff online did not receive my parcel and because the courier said he delivered it the could do nothing about it I'm so disappointed as I am a single mom of 4 living on very little and this is not fare to me cant under Stan how the were telling me to go to my bank or a different company to dispute this situation I am so upset 5 weeks to Christmas so now my kids do get much for Christmas I will never order from this company again
I bought it online, I received the product damaged....I want to return the product, but I don't receive the paid label...I have to send it back for my money.... I wrote customer service and i sending photos, but nothing helps... about receiving the paid label... they tell me to deliver the torn product to the store...and I can't call, I don't have an account....because of their defective goods, now I have a problem - neither money, nor money, nor a paid postage label
A hopeless store with hopeless employees.I bought two tables with marble tops. At home it turned out that both tables were damaged. In one case, the damage was covered by an additional price sticker.People working there should be selling in a street bazaar in the third world, not in a brand store in London.I have been sending requests for a solution to the problem for several weeks, unfortunately with no result. Customer service at the bottom level.
Their customer services really isn’t great!!! Got sent the wrong item yet I had to go out of my way to return it to store and when I arrived to store they wouldn’t accept it without contacting HQ which had closed as it was literally 17.05… On two other occasions I had my orders go missing in store, one time the shop staff were too lazy and on the second visit, conveniently found my order!… For the second order that went missing, I was promised a full refund however they never refunded the postage I paid to have it delivered to store in the first place…. Honestly if it’s not pure incompetence then it’s just shady! Not once was I offered anything for all the inconvenience put onto ME (the customer) when it should all be very straight forward placing a simple order these days!?
I was given a box of chocolates by the branding name Bruyerre by my young nephew. I proceeded to share them with my partner and child. My child choked on a piece of sharp jagged plastic and luckily my partner acted quickly and removed the plastic. It was lile a razor blade. We are yet to hear what has been done to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else first of all.
TK Maxx Bracknell, a great store. Well stocked. Assistants always happy to help. A shout out to Sheila from Manchester, very friendly store assistant. Makes going in there a happy and positive experience. I go there regularly. We'll done Bracknell.
Appalled in Bournemouth store. Showed complete lack of respect on armestice day by playing ‘here comes santa claus’. We were so discusted we left our £200 worth of shopping and walked out. We contacted head office who said it would be looked into! Yes right, of course it will be. I asked them to make a small donation to the Royal British Legion by way of an apology and to show their respect. They have advised this will not happen!! We wont be shopping in any Of their stores again.
I absolutely love TK MAXX in Galway and shop there every week, sometimes a few times a week I must say that in recent times the staff have changed and whereas before they were all friendly, now I find it impossible to meet any of staff that with a smile on. This does not stop me from shopping at TK MAXX but it definitely makes a huge difference. I must say that the staff that are there for quite awhile are all friendly, but unfortunately there are usually in the background and not on the front desk. I have friends who have also mentioned the change in atmosphere in this store as well. Maybe this will get back to management and something will be done.
I ordered a watch and a t-shirt as a birthday gift (chosen by the recipient), 14 days ago. However, to date my order hasn't arrived. I emailed the customer service department, asking them to look into the issue as the order seemed, according to the tracking, to have been stuck in a post office depot in the midlands for over a week. The person I dealt with was really no help at all, and just said that they would refund the postage. Deep joy. I asked if they would resend the order, but I was told that it was not their policy to do so, despite it being their fault that the order had disappeared. I was told that if I reordered the items that I could have free 24 hour delivery on the order. However, when I tried to reorder, I found that both items were no longer available. What a nightmare! I then received an email saying that a refund was being processed, and I would have it in 15 working days. Ok, for a start When I placed the order, the money was taken from my account immediately, so having to wait 3 weeks for a refund is outrageous. Secondly, I also asked them to source the goods from the manufacturers directly and send them to me. This request has so far been ignored. Thirdly, no offer of compensation has been made, and I now have to deal with an upset relative who doesn't understand why the watch he was so looking forward to receiving has disappeared. I spend a lot of money with TKMAXX, both in store and online, but this is abysmal customer service. So, even though the customer service department has my contact details, the only reply I get is the standard one paragraph "Please contact us on ...blah blah blah" So bad
Your London Bridge store is disable unfriendly, it took my brother who uses the wheel chair upto a small section of the store via a disable lift making it inconvenient for him to maneuver the rest of the major bit of the store as the other lifts going to other levels were out of order, i had to stand in guard near the parked chair as the door staff said that the unattended wheelchair wasnt their responsibility. Highly disappointing experience in this store for the less able.
5* for money saving! Tk maxx have saved me a fortune by switching online delivery to parcelforce who never deliver my items, and return to sender! Thanks TK maxx. Though I won’t bother in future :-)
