Kupiłem płaszcz. Nie znam się na ciuchach, uświadomili mnie w domu, że mogę mieć uczulenie na materiał. Dwa dni później poszedłem go zwrócić. Nie przyjęli. Bo miałem oderwaną cenę. Sama metkę z ceną oderwałem jak przymierzałem w domu przekonany że zatrzymam płaszcz. Metkę miałem ze sobą. Płaszcz był nieużywany. Poinformowano mnie że nie przyjmą zwrotu, nazwali to polityką firmy... Nigdy już tam niczego nie kupię.
Click and collect service is horrible. I have been standing in the till for 10 mins just to wait for the staff to login to their system and at last my order wasnt found. Got to be put on hold of another 10 mins… It is ridiculous.. still standing in the till while I took this pic haha
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, kept being put on hold to get advice. Item was sent to an old address despite paying through PayPal and selecting current address. They couldn’t care less and told me to knock on neighbours doors and sort their mistake out myself! Then when challenged proceeded to tell me it was linked to my PayPal which it is not! Avoid!
I bought a silver ring which said on the box Sterling Silver.. however it is now a copper colour:on further inspection on the inside of the ring the marks says S925 which is Chinese silver on copper… This was not stated on the box. Poor show from TKMax
Tracking is not showing up internal error 500 message for weeks now I have contacted you about this issue , still nothing has been done regarding this issue and it’s not my iPad member of staff has said the same happened to them.
staff thought i was shop lifting when i was just looking to buy something and had a security guard follow me around. 1 star not going back
We shopped in the St Leonard’s on Sea store today whilst the weather outside was positively biblical, storms of eighty miles an hour and heavy horizontal rain. After shopping for over an hour with £200 worth of goods in our trolley but with much more shopping to do we both needed a pee pretty urgently. I asked a member of staff if there was a toilet we could use as we were still shopping. They said to ask at the pay desk as toilets were for staff unless in unusual circumstances. The rude, offhand and ridiculous response I received from the tall blonde chap was a flat “No, we don’t have customer toilets. You will have to govdown the road to the pub and ask to use theirs.” So the worst storms to hit the south coast in several years aren’t considered ‘exceptional circumstances’. Well if he seriously thinks it’s reasonable to tell a pair of pensioners to walk 400yds in 80 mph winds and heavy horizontal driving rain, then fight their way back again so they can carry on doing another few hundred pounds worth of shopping, I don’t! We paid for the goods we had and left. We’ll do the rest of the shopping elsewhere. It’s called voting with your feet. At my age rudeness and offhandedly arrogance I can do without.
On the 20/10/23 I went to Tkmaxx, store no 0796. I found a pair of boots that I liked, but rhe queue was rather long and I didn't have time to queue, so I as asked a nice member of staff if I could put them away for the next day, but she went one better and queue jumped me, so that I could have my prized boots. I used tkmaxx as often as I needed to, every single delivery contains wrong items, wrong sizes & the customer services / emails are absolutely USELESS, take ages or no reply at all with no useful information. I order online as I can’t get to store. They send me clothes 3x bigger than what I ordered/ damaged/ wrong item completely & they want me to go out of my way to return them. They never offer any kind of compensation or barely an apology, It’s an on going issue. Every time I’ve used them this happens. I’ve stopped using them online. Unprofessional
Twice in 1 week I have placed large online orders & twice the wrong items have been sent. Still looking into the second but on the 1st occasion Customer services told me I had to take the wrong item back to a store for a refund & then reorder the item (paying out £140 again before getting a refund). They were going to investigate but no one came back to me. The store manager who was lovely immediately saw that the label on the plastic cover was correct but did not match the number on the item inside! I have yet to ring about the second though the number & description of this item is completely different to the one I ordered & on the despatch note inside so clearly not checked. No doubt i will have to go through the same process but this time the actual dress I ordered is now out of stock!! Has something serious happened in the warehouse?? Very angry & like others I have supported TK Maxx for decades & no doubt spent many many thousands. I dread what will be in the next order I have coming & not likely to use them fir my Xmas gifts! I had small issue with Next & their customer services couldn't have been more helpful & without asking gave me a £20 voucher for goodwill......
I realised after paying that I had my old boss's address on my order. I rang to change it but they cannot amend anything in their system once they have it. How very old fashioned! They said I could do it myself with the Royal Mail. You can't unless you live locally. I live in a different COUNTY to the delivery so I had to change to pick up to the RM depot. So now I have to wait 18 days for it to go back and get my refund. What a waste of EVERYONE's time and its cost them money in wasted postage! Just the one brain cell in there system. OK instore NOT OK ONLINE.. lots to work on and very little actually being taken on board and changed. CEO must be a bit of a plank if they are not in touch with what is going on. No, it cannot be amended via the couriers website because you sent it with the Royal mail and they only send the redirect in the local area. It’s gone to Epsom and I live in Kent. They were not any options with them any time anywhere to change the area. And they wish companies like you would stop stipulating this because it’s incorrect
TK Maxx sold me a necklace which was labelled as 14 carat gold and arrived in a bag labelled as 14 carat gold. The price was £149.99, i.e. commensurate with 14 carat gold. Over time the chain has changed colour and I have discovered from the hallmarking that it was in fact silver (possibly gold plated originally). TK Maxx refuses to give me a full refund due to the time elapsed since purchase. I am very disappointed as I have always trusted TK Maxx as selling only genuine items. The point of purchasing gold is that it holds its quality and value over time. Gold plated silver changes colour and it’s almost worthless after use. Tk Maxx completely fails to see the issue here and it’s taking advantage of me as a customer with its lamentable offer of first £25 and then £75. This is very disappointing.
I have problem when I try to shop at tk max Greenwich Bromley Lewisham I have noticed that when me and my family going in this shops all the staff and security are alerted we never still something or done anything wrong in this shops all the staff are looking at as like strangers 1 off my friends working in one of the shops told me that they have photo of you an you family in the office and each time you try to shop they are after you this is ridiculous keeping someone's photo in the office and let all the staff working there through the hearing aid they use that I'm the stiller.i have never have a problem with police or justice I have taken a solicitor for this matter because me and my children feel threatened from all staff chasing as allover this shops using the photo from office I need an answer from tk max sap before this case goes to court
Filiale Hagen ist top. Bei den vielen negativen Bewertungen möchte ich gerne etwas über die Filiale Hagen schreiben. Bin dort seit vielen Jahren Kundin und dort ist es immer sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Filialleitung. Sehr freundlich packt selbst mit an!!!! 5 Sterne für Hagen.
I have tried to get on to their site on numerous occasions now and it still says access denied, even when they send you a link and tell you to do this and do that! I feel like some kind of spy instead of a 40 something woman just wanting to do some damn shopping!!!!
unfortunately, my little girl took part in the shouting of a girl from the staff, I come here very often but I will definitely not come back, she actually wanted to beat the customer and yelled at him very loudly because he told her that he had no experience, because he didn't have actually wanted to scan my products and all this in front of my little girl, it's something to be written about and I'll definitely make a complaint, I've never seen something like this before.
Last month I placed an order and bought couple things TKMAXX online and the order was confirmed but couple days later I received and email from Tkmaxx it was written most of your items on their way that means couple of items they don't have it (The company basically selling items which is not exist) anyway, I got charged full amount and I paid the things I didn't get when I called the customer support they treated me like I am some kind a liar I provided bank statements order numbers everything and they emailed me again written tour refund it's going to take 15 working days. Today it's been more than 1 month I am still waiting for 28 pounds refund. Today I called them again we made the same conversations same questions same replies nothing happened. I still didn't get my refund. TKMAXX ONLINE IS JUST A SCAM. When you place an order online they charge you immediately but if they don't have the items they refuse to refund.plus when you go to the store noone can actually helps you because nobody has the authority. Stop stalling your customers
