Bought 4 items, 1 missing and it took 4 atemts to reach customer service an they say its gonna take 6 days to lool for my kids missing item..very funny

Fajnie, że są takie sklepy, z jednym moim zdaniem sporym "ale". Mianowicie jestem osobą poruszającą się na wózku inwalidzkim i potrzebuję trochę więcej centymetrów aby móc przejechać między regałami, a tego niestety brakuje :( Panie z obsługi mówią, że mają takie wytyczne i nie mogą inaczej ustawiać towarów. Czyżby osoby niepełnosprawne nie miały prawa robić zakupów ? Szkoda, bo nie jestem jedyną, która pragnie być jak najbardziej niezależną.

Well Tk, silly me was working away today and foolishly forgot a towel which was critical to my personal hygiene. So innocently I walked into your Brixton store thinking of nothing but a towel to clean my body and private areas. Then something truly caught my mind. A special edition scarface bomber jacket 😍. Although my benefits weren’t due till November I borrowed money off my mate Dave on a friends with benefits payment term aiii 😉. Facing nothing but Brixton in my scarface jacket did nothing but boost my street cred. I now own half the prostitutes in the area along with the whole or the beehive staff. Tk I will always be grateful. Peace out ✌️ al pachinko

Ordered some Christmas presents and a beauty item arrived smashed, have contacted customer care and they just ignore my emails over and over, will file a chargeback.

Tk Maxx Wexford town Had a such bad experience today in Tk Maxx in Wexford town. I purchased kids trainers in Clearance, 22 euro on Red label (25 euro full price). When I came to the till shop assistant scanned my item and cancelled it straight away. She said me that I had to wait and moved to the next till. She removed red label from the tag and called someone by phone. After a few minutes she was back to me and said that I had to pay full price not in polite way. When I asked why she said if I will pay or not? I paid full price and asked why it was in clearance and she said that it was tagged as clearance by mistake. I don’t know what assumptions she made but I felt bad after that. It was no reason treated me that way, especially difference in price was only 3 euro.

Ich hatte online eine Brille bestellt. Diese kam nach 10 Tagen in der Filiale an. Ich habe die Bestellung dort abgeholt und bekam ein Riesenkarton überreicht. Da ich nicht mit dem überdimensionalen Karton durch die Gegend laufen wollte, bat ich den Mitarbeiter die Verpackung vor Ort zu öffnen und mit nur die Brille auszuhändigen. Das war kein Problem. Ich nahm an in dem Karton wäre nun ein ordentlicher Brillenetui Hardcase, aber nein die Brille war in ein billiges Etui aus Stoff. Und an der Brille, die angeblich Neuwertig war, waren keinerlei Etiketten oder Hersteller-Label dran. Da ich sie trotzdem haben wollte nahm ich nun die Brille und verließ den Laden. Am nächsten Tag schaute ich mir die Brille nun genauer an und stellte fest, es war nicht die gleiche wie ich sie Online gesehen und bestellt hatte. Diese Brille war nicht wie auf den Bildern hellbraun, sondern dunkelbraun, ja fast schwarz. Ich entschied sie zurück zu geben. Also ging ich in den Laden und bat um Reture, da dieses Produkt, nicht meiner Bestellung entspricht. Dort musste die Kassiererin den Manager rufen. Er schaute sich die Brille an und sagte : " tut mir leid, ohne Etikett, kann ich die Brille nicht zurück nehmen"! Ich sagte, daß ich sie so bekommen habe. Er meinte, nein das kann nicht sein, laut unseren Richtlinien darf die Ware nicht zurück genommen werden, wenn die Original-Etiketten fehlen. Somit wurde ich nun, als Lügner dargestellt. Er kann da nichts machen und ich solle mich mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung setzen. Ich bin sicher das es sich dabei, um eine Masche handelt. Online bestellte Ware, wird absichtlich ohne Original-Ettikette versandt damit es dem Kunden nicht mehr möglich ist, die Ware zurück zu geben. Ich hatte mich schon, über die Klebrige Bügel der Brille gewundert. Vermutlich hat man, kurz vor dem Einpacken, die Etiketten abgemacht. Das liebe Leute, sind Geschäftsgebahren die man sonst nur, von windigen Verkäufern vom Autobahnrastplätzen im Süden gewohnt ist. Für mich und meiner Familie ist das Thema, TKMaxx erledigt. Wir werden nie wieder auch nur einen Cent, weder online noch im Laden ausgeben. Möge das Angebot auch noch so verlockend erscheinen.

Wary returning customer . My previous experience had not gone too well when shopping online . This time I placed a large order and could not fault service or product ! I feel it only fair to share my findings. On receipt of the goods my teenage son relieved of half the products , I reordered them and was not disappointment. Credit where its due and we will be back !!!!! Many thanks

No more shopping from tk max items missing customer service usless takes 2 weeks to check and cant find items in warhouse it looks like they looking for items for 2 weeks in warehoise non stop and no1 contact u until u start chasing urself and no1 answer for missing items

If i could i woudnt even give 1 star..bougght 3 items and 1 missing i was asked to wait 28 hours while they check with warehouse , over 1 week no1 contact so had to waste my time again and try to contact my salef while no1 ever answer for missing items after 7 tries some 1 answer and they told me wait 1 more extra week warehouse ppl still looking for my missing item in their warehouse

I visited the TK Maxx Hounslow store and had an absolutely amazing experience with one of the store assistants Usha. She was so polite and helpful, she helped me find what I went into the store looking for, she made the whole process so smooth and easy, I was able to complete my purchase and be out of the store in no time thanks to Usha! Thank you so much Usha for providing such a lovely experience!

I want to give a big shout out to Claudia in TKMaxx Charlton who is amazing in all ways you would expect a retail person to be - great customer service, outstanding communication skills, knowledgeable, efficient & helpful! I wish some of her colleagues in the store were trained up to that level too so that they stop refunding you less money due to scanning incorrect items on your online invoice and subsequently claiming it’s because the tags on online items are not clear making it sound like I’m at fault making me feel like I’m the trouble maker? Another time I was actually charged the amount I was due to be refunded whilst the item was taken off me - very frustrating indeed! The customer service centre is great like Claudia and a few more people in store (minority regretfully) hence why I’m giving TKMaxx another chance remaining its customer for now:-)

Impossible to buy online as checkout won't accept my mobile number. Tried 5 or 6 times. Disappointing. No way to get help as have no order number cos didn't get far enough in the cbeckout process. Why so complex? Takes all tthe fun out of buying nice things and loses company a sale. Update. I have now received a helpful reply from the company.

I bought a suitcase that TK Maxx gave gaurantee for 10 Year, I made short holiday trip and the suitcase was broken in one of the corner, I contacted the customer service and I was given a clime reference number and was advised to take the suitcase to nearest TK Maxx I took suitcase to Wembley square branch and the assistant manager looked at the suitcase and accused me of sitting on suitcase reason damage to the suitcase and will not take responsibility and wouldn't replace it or give refund for the suitcase. I would never trust TK Maxx ever again.

WARNING! A bit late now holiday season is ending but please be aware that the suitcases sold by this company are not up to the job. Although looking the same as others sold elsewhere they may not survive the usual handling by airport baggage handlers. Mine got badly damaged on its first trip, my wife's bought online from another seller was fine. T K Maxx are not in the least bit interested in your complaint so money wasted. Better deals on eBay!

I spend quite a bit of money at TKMax in Bristol, Exeter and Weston-super-Mare. These stores are excellent. However, whole in North Devon for a few days I popped into the Barnstaple store. Wow, it was terrible. It almost seemed that TK Maxx were about to go out of business. It wasn't a great experience. The stock was considerably lower than any of the stores I previously mentioned. I left in disbelief after about a 5 minute look around. That's how bad it was. A staff member in the Mens section upstairs was talking continuously to someone he obviously new. I had to apologise for interrupting him! Sorry, won't be going back to this store any time soon!!

If i could give 0 i would The service is shocking my order was delivered to a safe place apparently without notifying me, no tracking information was available since the dispatch time after 6 days waiting ive contacted them over the phone Richard struggled to get any info until the next day he sent an image of my parcel was left in the electric cupboard on the other side of the building floor? i wasn't notified until the 5th day after delivery, when i went to check it was gone ??? Then received the email saying; “”We checked everything for you one more time and we can confirm that the delivery of your parcel is fully compliant and meets all delivery standards. Due to this, we are unable to assist further with your query If you're still unable to locate your order we would recommend raising this with your bank provider who may be able to reimburse the funds.”” Meet al delivery standards??? Where is the safety here ? What a joke!! open cupboard that every one had access to was safe for a parcel that was left there for 5 days without the recipient being notified ?? You stolen my money AVOID AVOID AVOID.
