I think it was great not have to wait weeks for delivery it was fast and I was pleased with what I had not that I'm an expert on bluey but my great grandson is so I'm pleased with that thank you and I would definitely buy from you again
I never received my package! What a waste of money buying over seas. DHL lost my package. They don’t even care and are offering cheap electronics to make me feel better about it.
Toystreet; First time shopper. Clear descriptions and images of products. Purchase and checkout straightforward. I received a confirmation email shortly after with estimated dispatch date. Unfortunately, it would be 2 months later that I would actually receive the items. Fortunately, I was in regular email contact with Amy in customer service. She politely and patiently kept me informed over that period. Due to a warehouse stock issue part of my order was held up. Two months was a long time though and I considered cancelling the order. But as I really wanted the items, I put my trust in Amy and waited. She eventually arranged for a part-delivery of the available items. And a week later she arranged for the remaining items to be delivered. She went above and beyond to do what she could to help me and it’s made all the difference. The products delivered were perfect – exactly what I’d ordered. I’d shop there again.
So very helpful in trying to sort out my delivery from FedEx which almost everyday the courier would text me saying they could not deliver my parcel! Very helpful and concerning staff, kept me in the loop and lo and behold, my package arrived the next day after they got involved!! Brilliant customer service!!
Item arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It has not been used yet as it is a Christmas present. I was not able to find this item in any other toy shop. I would recommend Toy Street.

So, I was looking for some Connetix tiles for my daughter for Christmas and Google came up with some for sale on Toy Street. I was a bit unsure as I'd never heard of the wesbite before and the tiles were CONSIDERABLY cheaper than anywhere else I'd ever seen. I came on here to look reviews and things didn't look good. I decided not to risk it. But my husband persuaded me to go ahead as he uses a sister company of Toy Street to order board games quite regularly and he says he has never had an issue. I risked it. Two days later my Connetix arrived (along with some other bits like Eugy that were also a lot cheaper than elsewhere). Credit has to be given where credit is due. Great prices and quick delivery. I would certainly use the wesbite again.
Placed an order for an item that was shown to be in stock, the next day I went to check if it was still in stock only to find it said that the item was due for back order. Seeing this I decided to contact them via livechat on the site, I was told it was indeed a back order and my order that I had placed and paid for would not ship out within the next few days as the confirmation Email I got for paying said. I asked to cancel the order and after silence for an hour finally got a message back saying they would. I'm still waiting for an email to confirm it has been canceled and any other messages I send go ignored. I suggest not buying from this site as they lie about the availability of items in stock and what is on back order. Item was refunded after a few days when canceled
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered with Toy Street. I still haven't received my ordered I placed on the 19th October. I have emailed twice to chase my order. I was told it would be dispatched within 3-5 working day which had now passed. I asked for a refund on the postage due to this being missed. They have replied to say they will not be refunding the postage and not given an update in the order.
After reading some reviews that were on the whole positive I thought it ok to place an order. However, once my order was placed I thought I would read through more reviews and my heart sank. So many saying they didn’t receive their item on time or hadn’t received it at all and were not getting a response from the company to their emails. I placed my order on the 10 October and the expected delivery time was two days. Needless to say it did not arrive. However when emailing the company I did get a response and my order arrived today 2 November 2024. I feel like I have been one of the lucky ones To whoever is running the company please understand people are parting with their hard earned cash to probably get Christmas presents for their children. The money they spend on ordering a toy can not be replaced. If you don’t have an item in stock say so and don’t let people down.
I ordered a bunch of toys four weeks ago and still have not received them, despite repeated chases. I have been told there is a stock issue with one item but I should have a delivery soon, then…. Nothing. There are no updates, no nothing. If I don’t hear from them and receive my order within a week, I’m going to trading standards. I would never order from this company again.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I did an order on the 14th October that came up to £76 hoping it would arrive on the 23rd October for my sons 3rd birthday ,like many other companies it normally arrives before then ,not from toy street though ,my order still says processing today ,I wrote emails which I didn’t hear back from them until the 23rd on my sons actual birthday ,I was told they were waiting on his buzz tonie from another site being sent to the main warehouse and within 3-5 working days it should be sent and I should have received an email of the shipping as they reassured me that it was on it way to their main warehouse, 7 working days later still no progress and I’ve emailed again this morning ,poor service ,I’m beyond frustrated now as my son can’t go on his new bike as the helmet was within the toy street order. What an awful company to deal with ,I will never ever purchase from him again or advise it to anyone . A joke of a company messing with people’s livelihoods!
Ordered a bike for my daughter’s birthday which came missing one of the screws. I emailed to get a replacement screw/return the item for a replacement and I was directed to return the item. I did so. A week later, they advised they hadn’t actually received the item. I provided proof and they advised a refund would be issued shortly. I did ask for a replacement item and gave two different options on the return form, both in stock on the website. I was advised I couldn't actually have a replacement despite being told I could. After several exchanges of emails, none of which sympathetic, I finally received a refund a month later. I asked if they would price match the item and provide free postage to rectify the situation so I could reorder and they said no. Overall, a very poor experience with them.
Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I never received the parcel. The company have point blank refused to refund my money or replace my order. The customer service is shocking, beyond shocking. Taking almost a month to respond to emails. Phones line never answered Avoid this company, it’s a total scam. I am in the process of raising a case with trading standards against them.
