Sep 16,2024Don't bother ordering from here! Placed my order on the 23rd of August and it's the 16th of September. No sign of my order or even a dispatch email. The birthdays that these were presents for have been and gone. Wish I'd read up on the company before ordering

Sep 15,2024The company was unable to provide the item I had ordered. Did not bother to tell me this until I contacted them to ask where the item was. Requested a refund. They stated it would take up to 10 working days to arrive in my account. Still waiting for the refund. Do not use.

Sep 10,2024I know there are a lot of negative reviews on here, however I had no problems. I received my item after two businesses days. They sent the correct item and it arrived in perfect condition. It was good value too. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Sep 09,2024Ordered letters for my baby's bedroom door. I'm very happy with the products. We even got 2 different letter As which was nice but they took almost a month to arrive and they weren't very well packaged. Thought they should been wrapped in tissue or bubble wrap before putting them in the jiffy bag

Sep 08,2024I had searched for this specific Red panda for my son. I originally bought it at Timbavati zoo in Wisconsin Dells, but my puppy got a hold of it and chewed it up. I felt so bad, I had to find it to replace it and I did. It came quickly and ordering was easy. Thank you. You saved this mama from having a heartbroken son. Michelle

Sep 08,2024Ordered a Brio set and accessories which were significantly cheaper than elsewhere on the Internet. The estimated delivery dates came and went, so I called Toy Street and was told that they were just about to be dispatched. I must admit that I was rather concerned given the rather negative feedback on review sites beyond their shop site (with people saying that they were not receiving the items ordered). However, the day after I phoned, I received dispatch confirmation and tracking details. The items I ordered arrived the next day - they were very well packed. So all in all, I am pleased with the service from Toy Street! I'm not sure exactly how they sell toys cheaper than elsewhere but all I can say is that we received what we ordered about a week after payment. I've deducted one star for the slight anxiety of not being totally confident in the company.

Sep 01,2024Utterly dreadful. Worst company ever. No customer service and it seems no goods to sell either. They just take money, ignore you then when you fight for your item say they are waiting for it to come. That is called drop shipping I believe. Do not risk your hard earned money here.

I ordered a doll for my daughter on the 11th of August with a delivery date between the 19th and 22nd of August, which meant it would definitely be here in time for my daughters birthday. I contacted them on the 23rd as I had not received a royal mail tracking number let alone received my order. They responded saying it had not been dispatched and should be with me within 5 working days which would go beyond my daughters birthday anyway. Today I have asked for a refund as it still has not been dispatched. The toy store sell items they don't actually have Instock themselves. Cowboy company posing as a toy store but acts as a middle man from an alternative business obviously. Will never use this company again regardless of how good the deal seems. Better to spend a few extra quid and get your items.

Aug 28,2024I purchased a set of Connetix tiles from Toy Street after they came up in a Google search about £25 cheaper than RRP. I straight away snapped up this amazing bargain, and hooray, they are the genuine article! It was a bit strange that I couldn't find them in the shop when we followed the link, so the only option was to buy them straight from the Google search. I did look through the shop to see if there was anything else this nice but it seems to be along the lines of Toys R Us, Just pretty standard shop toys. I didn't buy anything else because we prefer more open-ended quality toys. However, the tiles came pretty quickly, so this is not a scam! All the children love these magnetic tiles and have been making all kinds of creative constructions with them. I went back for another set for a friend, but couldn't find them in the shop again - when I queried this with them I was told (not surprisingly) they are out of stock.
