Nov 01,2023What a useless company. Ordered something that was suppose to be in stock. 3 day delivery great!!! That came and went....phoned them and they said "ah yes it's in the warehouse it'll be with you by the end of the week" great!!!! That came and went. So phoned them again. "Oh it's not in stock"....red flags so asked to cancel it and refund..... "yes that's fine refund will be with you in next 3 working days"... great!!! That came and went.....now I can't get hold of them. Avoid at all costs. Total waste of time.

Oct 27,2023Avoid at all costs. Failed to deliver moto gp 23 on ps5 when I emailed I was told it was a pricing error and that I needed to pay another £45 to get it. They didn't even email me to say it was an error and waited for me to contact them before informing me. Dismal level of service now the price of the game has dropped everywhere else and they still want more than everyone else is charging. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Don't allow company's like this to continue to rip people off or not honor purchases as this is Disgusting. Do not be fooled by what seems a bargain because you will end up losing out. Buy from company's you know and trust Read reviews Before you purchase.

Oct 27,2023Same as one of the previous reviews , so wish I had read these before now , this company does not do what it says on the tin , ordered 48 hour delivery and this is not true was told one of my items was delaying the order coming as it was at another warehouse told them to send me another item which I was assured I would get some tracking for , they dint send tracking updates, leave you to chase them , don't care over the phone amd management dint call you back , first and last order from me , please make sure you read these reviews and the ones on there website , ots all the same thing. I understand items can be delayed but they dint even let you know

I ordered a Jack in the box for a birthday and apart from confirmation of my order I did not have any further communication. After chasing it up I was told it was stuck in a warehouse - no apologies I subsequently cancelled my order and asked for a refund which I have not received and no email confirming my cancellation despite emails asking for a response . Avoid this sham of a company

Oct 20,2023Ordered item on 2/10 for 48 hr delivery!! After 3 tickets raised with Customer services ,usual excuse of it being transferred from another w/house etc and failed del promises, insisted on refund today 19/10, which they say have actioned and will take 5-10 days!!! we'll see!! This response was from Zatu games...who they are i do not know. My view is DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COWBOYS....I suspect reasons for delay is Chinese connections!!

Oct 20,2023Ordered my little boy a bath puzzle for Christmas, the item arrived very efficient and as described! It was also the cheapest price after shopping around. I would definitely recommend and use toy street again in the future. Don’t be put off by their negative reviews!!

Oct 19,2023An absolute shambles & I wish I had read other reviews before placing an order. I placed my order which was then processed to be dispatched and delivered by Royal Mail 48hrs - cut a long story short, a week had passed and I hadn’t even received a dispatch email, so I chased this up just to be told the same information that everyone else seems to have which is ‘the item is on its way from another warehouse before it will be dispatched’ well what I don’t understand is why couldn’t it just be sent direct from the other warehouse? Anyway I was told to wait another week where in that time the item should arrive at the correct warehouse and then be dispatched - so I requested this to then be cancelled. I was informed the order had been cancelled and I could expect my refund in 5-10 days. Guess what - well that time has passed and still I’ve no refund so I contacted my bank today who even informed me there was not even a refund pending against that purchase on my statement so I’ve now opened an investigation into that purchase with Toy Street. I would avoid at all costs and would not recommend at all - they’re only getting 1 star because I have to put that at least. Shambles of a company.

Oct 19,2023Don't bother paying for next day delivery as its a waste of money. Website states order before 6pm for next day delivery but I ordered before 2pm paid the extra for next day delivery as the item was a gift only for the item not to arrive the next day. I e-mailed Toy Street and to say their response was disappointing was an understatement. They blamed delay on courier and said it was beyond their control. They are the people taking the extra money for next day delivery therefore, they need to take responsibility and ensure that if they are offering next day delivery they live up to their promises. I certainly will not be ordering from them again

Nov 08,2023Absolutely dreadful. My daughter saved up for a Dog-E robot dog. It arrived and was faulty. I tried emailing and got a response asking for photos and video evidence which I provided. Then they went silent. I tried calling and emailing, tweeting and messaging on Instagram. Nothing. Had to open a PayPal case in the end and it is still not resolved. One ten year old girl without her £70 plus pocket money.
