Jul 12,2023I was a little disappointed to receive toys which were for young babies. I understand its a mystery but when purchasing a box for a 1 year old it was a shame to receive toys for a 3 month old.

Jul 06,2023Bought a baby swing which was in my opinion unsafe as there was little support. They eventually agreed to accept the return and sent return details saying I had to pay. Rang them and was told I don’t just ignore e mail (why not change it then?) Took to post office and was told the one they’d given us didn’t work as item was too heavy! Rang again and told will have to have it collected, which meant waiting in all day! Waited in and called in morning to be told it will be in afternoon. Rang again later to be told they had been told by parcel force will deliver by 4.30 which didn’t happen, then the manager said they were running late and will be by 6pm, again a no show. At 7pm I called yet again and was told she’ll look into it Monday. No call Monday morning so I called again. She said Parcelforce had gone to wrong address….which I don’t believe as I’m sure they can use Sat nav!! So as a customer I have had to take it to post office then wait in all day/evening and make loads of calls and the managers response was ‘I must make sure Parcelforce don’t charge us for the non delivery’!! I then waited in for another afternoon on Thursday and again a no show. I asked for compensation as I have waited in twice now, she said she will arrange a good will gesture. I received a £5 voucher to use in store!! I will add though that the man answering the calls was very polite and tried to be helpful. I will however, not be using them or recommending them to anyone as they don’t seem a very professional company to deal with.

Jul 02,2023I placed an order in January. On the page it says "it's on its way". I sent an email asking for the tracking number and they said "they would let me know when they shipped". Since then, I have never received another email or the product. And now they don't respond me anymore. I tried to send SMS to the store, it gives a sending error. Must be fraud. Do not buy in this store!

Jun 30,2023Ordered a toy from this company in the 13/6 for my grandsons birthday 25/6. Expected it to arrive in time. Emailed company a week after purchasing to be told it was with the other warehouse and not dispatched yet. I filed a ‘not received via PayPal 24/6 who I used to pay for this item. Funnily enough this item was then dispatched 2 days later on the Monday. Arrived 29/6 Rubbish service. Won’t use this company again.
