Received the wrong order, customer service said they'd look into it. Asked for proof which I sent. They then sent return details for the item and still havent actually received the correct item! Very slow to respond to emails.
Placed order with Toy Street 8 days ago, payment taken from my credit card immediately, no acknowledgment of order received. Called Toy Street customer services, assured toy was being transferred from warehouse for posting, still waiting. The only thing I am pleased about is that I didn’t pay the premium for next day delivery. Toy Street if you want customers to be loyal to yourselves, learn from Smyths toys, placed a order Monday evening and received delivery lunchtime today and guess what they didn’t add a postal charge
I ordered a product beginning of August and two months later still hasn’t arrived. Luckily I paid through PayPal so raised a dispute and got a refund
Product was as described and at a cheaper price than the high street. Post and packing was reasonable and delivery was very quick. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
Awful service. Placed an order last week Tuesday for delivery on Friday - payed Had an email from PayPal saying payments is done etc etc Had an email from toy street confirming order But after that, no acknowledgement from this company since Emailed on Thursday to say what’s going on - no reply Phoned this morning as PayPal case was made “ sorry we have no idea about this order your email doesn’t come up and we don’t know why your order hasn’t come through “ 😂🤣😂 Thanks for telling me that after I’ve got an email saying your order has been received So do yourself a favour and avoid 😬 💩

Absolutely terrible. Wish I came on here and read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered my stuff early September and now it's October and still no items. Got the same excuse of order was lost then things where stored in another warehouse even though it doesn't tell you that on the website. After numerous emails from me with no response I emailed saying I want my money back since it's now past my boys Birthday with no presents and finally got a response to say money will be back with you in 5-10 days that's it. No apology at all totally disappointed.
Hi I'm disappointed, because I got a different type Toot toot station what I ordered for my son Birthday. I spent much time to found especially that one , because that is have sounds and light , what my 1 year old son is love it. This one what I got unfortunately can't do anything like this. Also was to late to send it back , because I had to give something for him for he is birthday. I think it cost me a lot , and the last thing what I want for my money, to get what I'm ordering. Dishonest dispatch times! Do not use this retailer unless you are willing to wait up to two weeks for your order. I placed an order for a toy with a 48 hour delivery. It gave me an estimated date of two business days later. After a week I realised I hadn’t had any communication since the order confirmation, so I contacted them. They said the item takes a long time “because it is stored in another warehouse.” What an absolute load of nonsense! What does this have to do with anything, and even if it were true why would it take more than a week to get it from the other warehouse?! For that matter why would it not just be sent from the “other warehouse”? Anyone with a days experience in logistics or distribution would see through this. It’s insulting to be fed garbage excuses, just tell the truth! To top it off Customer service refused. Request to refund the postage charge, and said “I am glad to see that this was delivered to you on 23/09/23.” Well I’m glad that you are glad Helena, but to say this to a customer who has just told you they are unhappy with the delivery date is rude beyond belief. Miraculously the day I contacted them it was dispatched. What a coincidence. This is a Mickey Mouse operation, avoid it at all cost!
Ordered item Weds 9pm and checkout specified dispatch next day (Thu). Paid for 24 hour delivery since we needed items Saturday, and checkout confirmed items would arrive Friday. Great. However, the order was not dispatched until Monday, so we received it on Tues. I requested a refund of postage and was refunded £1, the difference between 24 and 48 hour delivery. If I'd wanted 48 hour delivery I would have selected that (and would have received it Saturday, not Tuesday). I sent two further emails to Toy Street customer services over the following two weeks and was systematically ignored. We had a disappointed child and a last minute trip to the shops to get a substitute as considerable time and cost inconvenience.
My order was placed on 29th August. I’m still waiting for the item. I’ve chased today and have since received an email to say item has been dispatched. I have a feeling this item will not arrive.
I placed an order on Friday 1st Sep and received next day. The shipping was very reasonable at £3.99. Very pleased and impressed!

Oct 16,2023Absolutely awful service. Ordered a toy last Tuesday and paid for 48 hour delivery. No email since. Called this morning and spoke to ‘Helena’ who tells me she is the Manager of customer services. Told the toy is in another warehouse and will not be sent until later this week. Asked for refund of postage, told no as it just takes longer to arrive. Ridiculous explanation as it’s not arrived within the timeframe I paid for. Asked to speak to her manager, told there is no one else to speak to and there won’t be. Again doesn’t make sense. Had to call the bank to dispute the transaction as now when I call back Toy street to cancel ‘Helena’ doesn’t seem to answer.
