Aug 20,2023I saw so many good reviews for toy street but sadly I didn't have that experience. I ordered on the 11th and spent a decent amount on a gift for my son for his birthday as well as opting to pay for 48 hour delivery so his main gift arrived in time. After days of waiting I contacted the retailer and they assured me the item was at another warehouse and would be sent to them for them to then send to me. It then got to Thursday and I was assured it was been dispatched Friday and I'm yet to receive a dispatch email. I wish I saw these reviews on this website and I would of opted to order elsewhere. I saw so many other Christmas ideas and planned on ordering more items over the coming months but I'm now going to shop elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.

Aug 09,2023Do not buy from this company if you want your product delivered on time. I ordered a gift before a birthday & paid £6 for 48hr delivery and it still hasn't arrived 9 days later. Couldn't get through on the phone a couple of times and when I finally did, the customer service was awful. I was told they could get it sent out right away on an 24 hour delivery (so it must have just been sat there all along!) and was informed they wouldn't be able to offer me any sort of discount or refund on the delivery as the delivery was being upgraded, as though they were doing me a favour! Awful. Still waiting for the item.

Jul 31,2023My son used his savings to order a toy from Toy street. Unfortunately, Toy Street did not deliver as agreed, the package was several weeks late and we received no information from Toy Street. In addition, the picture on the product was misleading so that you got something other than what you thought you were buying.

Jul 14,2023I gave a four star as the bike was slight smaller than expected. But my daughter still enjoys it as a balance bike. The handles are quite low down too. The manual was confusing and it took about an hour to assemble together. But all in all, a lovely bike.
