Jun 06,2023I really cant give a 1 star review because my items did arrive, but one collectable item was damaged and one was of a wrong variety. Delivery time is 5 working days from order, not the next day delivery they advertised, and I have no choice but to write this review because customer support has not responded to my email in more than 5 working days :(

Jun 05,2023Terrible service, paid for 48 hour delivery, checkout said would arrive within 48-72 hours max, still hadn’t arrived 5 days later, so I called and was told it still hasn’t been despatched and there’s nothing they can do/nobody I can complain to. Bunch of cowboys.

May 16,2023I ordered a video-game and pay full price on their website and they sent me an email that because it was in high demand I have to pay another £48 to get the game to me. No way, went on Amazon and bought it for the ORIGINAL price (that every single retailer has), no from this scammers.

Jun 24,2023Absolutely atrocious service! I received the wrong item from this company on Wednesday. I called them immediately so they can send me the correct item ordered and for them to collect what they delivered. Promise I’d get a call back that day to resolve this but didn’t hear back from them at all. Friday came and still nothing. I have now bought the item elsewhere and cheaper. Unbelievably horrible service received from this company.
