Apr 16,2025Terrible company, bought three designer bulbs that were expensive and one not to standard after a week. You need all original packages to return and they make process very hard asking for photos you cannot attach. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Apr 16,2025Absolutely diabolical company, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!! Two months waiting for something I ordered that it turned out they didn’t have. No one could give me a delivery date, nothing done to reassure. Getting a refund wasn’t a straightforward process. The worst on line purchase experience I’ve ever had! Steer clear!!!! Just a note to TRADEINN, Please don’t reply with your generic response to this you’ve had my order number and done nothing to help or do anything to improve your service!!

Apr 16,2025I bought a jacket from this company but it did not fit as expected so I wanted to return it. On contacting them I was told this was not a good enough reason to send it back free of charge and I would have to pay £11.00 in postage to return it to Spain! As these charges are excessive and not properly declared on their website I believe they are trading unethically and would advise anyone tempted to buy from them to think twice before doing so!

State attenti e soprattutto non fi fidate di pubblicità e risposte ingannevoli! Non mi hanno spedito l'articolo acquistato e dopo giorni di sollecito ti fanno perdere anche del tempo.

Apr 16,2025I ordered and paid for Reebok trainers on 12th March 2025 based upon an expected delivery date of a few working days. This date has continually been put back (but not notified to me) and the goods have still not arrived. I have now cancelled my order and am awaiting my refund. Thank goodness that I paid with a reputable credit card. Contacting Tradeinn is impossible and even their "chat" facility on line is a joke. BUY YOUR THINGS ELSEWHERE

Apr 15,2025Unless you're 100% sure you won’t need to return anything, avoid this website at all costs. I’ve ordered twice now — once from the UK and once from Switzerland — and both times I got hit with outrageous fees that were never clearly communicated upfront. Most recently, I ordered a pair of shoes for ~90 CHF. I was charged around ~33 CHF in customs fees. When I decided to return them, I had to pay another ~43 CHF for return shipping — and I’m still waiting to see if more customs fees will be applied. It’s ridiculous. Basically, I just threw money away. This company doesn't make the true cost of ordering from them clear at all. Total waste of time, energy, and money. Never again. Borderline scammers for not being transparent about the extra charges involved.

Apr 15,2025I was in doubt if this company was a scam, however my package arrived on the scheduled day, and they answered my emails within hours. The recieved products were all in order. All in all a good experience.

Apr 15,2025He comprado varias veces, y siempre ha llegado todo. Si que es cierto que a veces pone en stock pero luego pone que están a la espera de recibirlo para enviarlo todo junto. Esto me ha pasado varias veces y se puede anular ese producto y comprar otro (por ejemplo otro modelo de zapatillas) y añadirlo al pedido en curso. Las veces que he anulado algún producto porque tardaba demasiado he recibido el reembolso en mi tarjeta sin pedirlo. Y si me he puesto en contacto con ellos me han contestado. Eso sí, no hay que tener prisa porque el envío pueden ser 15 días (el último fueron 8 artículos y alguno les tardó en llegar) pero siempre está actualizada la información en la página y puedes ver que tienes preparado y qué falta... en este caso anulé un par de zapatillas y a los dos días lo tenía en casa.

Apr 15,2025Entreprise qui ne rembourse pas les colis perdu et donne toujours la même réponse qui est :d'attendre ! Ça fais 2 mois que j'attend mon colis qui est passé en avari le 20 mars et toujours pas de remboursement de votre entreprise ce n'est pas sérieux.hors le transporteur mondial relay vous a remboursé .

Apr 15,2025Commande #56476237 jamais reçue (transporteur a menti ou laissé le paquet de 170 euro dans la rue), TradeInn refuse de le rembourser. J'avais pourtant contacté le service clients avant l'expédition suite au retard de livraison en expliquant que je serai absente et que je ne pourrai pas recevoir le colis. On me répond que le paquet serait retourné mais voilà, le transporteur confirme soit disant la livraison (avec exception notée!!!) alors qu'il n'y a personne à l'adresse. En revenant de voyage 10 jours plus tard je contacte TradeInn qui refuse de rembourser parce que notifiés plus de 7 jours après la soit disant livraison. Ils sont incapables de dire où ce paquet a été déposé. HONTEUX et totalement malhonnête pour un site de vente en ligne. Je continuerai d'exiger le remboursement par tous les moyens.

Apr 15,2025Efectuei a encomenda no final do dia 8 e a previsão de entrega era entre 10 e 11, no entanto chegado o dia 11 a data de entrega foi alterada para "15 a 18" e chegado o dia 15 a encomenda foi novamente alterada para "18 a 23" sem terem enviado qualquer comunicação a informar a alteração da data de entrega ou o motivo pelo atraso. É preferivel gastar mais 3 euros e comprar localmente.

Apr 15,2025Avoid this company at all costs. Grey, shady scam-like business. I am waiting for my order several weeks already, order was not delivered and Tradeinn does not provide any information. Request for refund was not fulfilled. Basically they take your money and disappear. If you want to contact support, you will receive auto-generated messages asking you to wait a little longer or quoting some customs delays (in the EU???). Consider not ordering from them, it will save you money, time and energy. Tradeinn - worst support and worst customer experience you can imagine. Would strongly recommend avoiding them!
