Feb 19,2025Article commandé mi décembre 2024, devait être livré autour de la Noël. A ce jour 18 février 2025 article jamais arrivé! Article non en stock, incompréhensible et inadmissible pour ce site . A fuir !!!! Seul petit élément positif j'ai pu me faire rembourser, il faut dire que j'avais utiliser Paypal, et ce genre de site, "tradeimm" évite d'avoir des litiges ouverts avec cet organisme.

Feb 19,2025I bought a vileda lopper electric mop from this company(order number 55966258). It arrived in the post late Friday 14th, I used it for the first time on Monday 17th and it snapped at the base during its first use on a laminate floor whilst being used per manufacturer's instructions. Tradeinn are not accepting it back as defective and are saying it must go through a warrenty process. I have now checked UK reviews and see that this is a regular fault. Tradeinn are saying they will deny a refund if the product was too intensively used. It only has a half hour of charge and it was being used for the first time! How can this be in accordance with consumer law? Update post reply below:they are still insisting on a warrenty claim Update on 20.3.25:contrary to the comments below, tradeinn have failed to refund me for this faulty item Further update :trade inn have deleted their initial reply in which they committed to refunding me within 3 to 7 working days of 9.2.25 - see what I mean by SCAM

Feb 19,2025Buenas tardes a todos/as. Hace unos días escribí en esta misma plataforma una opinión sobre mi caso (devolución número 5956340). He puesto una denuncia ante Consumo y, en vista de que no soy el único estafado por Tradeinn, os invito a que también lo hagáis. No deja escribir enlaces por aquí... pero escribid en google "denuncia ante consumo" y hacéis click en el primer enlace, posteriormente bajais hasta "en formato electrónico" y le dais a "acceder al procedimiento". Saludos y mucha suerte.

Feb 19,2025Vam tenir una incidència amb una comanda. Ens va costar molt tenir una resposta des del departament d'atenció al client, és gairebé impossible parlar amb ells. Malgrat això finalment a la botiga de Celrà ens van atendre molt amablement i ens ho van solucionar. Molt agraïda.

Feb 18,2025Order 53675535 La empresa no responde por los pedidos. Compre en noviembre y el transportista abandono la mercadería en la aduana pese a que yo había pagado los impuestos. A mis consultas solo he recibido respuestas iguales, sin mayores comentarios, por lo que asumo es una respuesta automática. Escribo esto porque deben mejorar el servicio

Feb 18,2025initial deliver was a week longer than said, and found a better deal while in transit. initiated a return, issues with the label i had to print off and had to pay £10 to mail it back , it came from Spain yet return to UK? and still have to pay. I have confirmed return has reached them over a week ago. had 1 standard email refund will be send when we received item, that they have had a week. if you want to replay to this review. dont just say thank you. actually get in touch with customer and make things right please. toshy74 at gmail.com

Feb 18,2025Ich habe über diesen Shop einen Drucker bestellt und er kam beschädigt an. Die Bestellung wurde am 29. Januar aufgegeben, heute ist der 18. Februar und bis heute hat sich niemand um meine Beschwerde gekümmert. Der Laden antwortete, ich solle mich an den Hersteller wenden, der Hersteller schickte mich zurück zu Tradeinn. Das ist ein bisschen Hohn. Ich empfehle niemandem, in diesem Geschäft zu bestellen. Sie behandeln den Kunden respektlos, wenn das Produkt nicht den Erwartungen des Kunden entspricht. Canon-Drucker, beschädigt... immer noch bei mir und keine Antwort vom Shop. Nachdem ich die Beschwerde eingereicht hatte, wurde meine Bewerbung praktisch sofort geschlossen. Ich möchte auch erwähnen, dass es auf der Website nirgendwo Informationen darüber gab, dass der Drucker komplett aus Spanien kam. Der Versand verzögerte sich um eine Woche. Ich empfehle es nicht! Tatsächlich warne ich Sie! Ich habe nur Zeit und Geld verloren.

Feb 18,2025la verdad que como empresa dejan mucho que desear, mal servicio y mal trato. He pedido varias veces y siempre tarde o cambiando fechas. otro pedido, pedí unas zapatillas en las cuales aparecieron unas manchas a los dias de uso, encima de no poder devolver el producto han dejado de contestarme a los mensajes. La ultima vez que compro.

Feb 18,2025Mi primera compra tuvo más de 20 días de retraso y ahora que decido darles una nueva oportunidad, realizo un pedido y ya lleva 15 días de demora con respecto a los tiempos de entrega estimados por ellos mismos. Ponen sus productos en venta, pero nunca tienen stock y luego te hacen esperar durante semanas porque no se puede cancelar un pedido. POR FAVOR NO GASTEN NI UN SEGUNDO DE SU TIEMPO COMPRANDO A ESTOS ESTAFADORES!!

Feb 18,2025J'ai passé une commande de 4 produits différents le 16 janvier 2025. À ce jour rien n'est livré et je ne reçois aucune information de la part de cette société. Pourtant quand je retourne sur leur site, trois des quatre produits que j'ai commandés sont en stock. Par contre ne vous inquiétez pas pour eux, le montant de la commande a déjà été encaissé.

Feb 18,2025Wouldn’t have even given them one star! Product never arrived in timely manor, so late it missed Christmas and beyond! Helmet too small even though the measurements state it wouldn’t be. Customer service provide zero support for any returns. They kept telling me to log into the account ( it wasn’t me that purchased the item as my son received it at a gift) all we wanted was it swapped for a larger size! Every email I requested how else I could return, they stopped answering me and then emailed me to say my 30days were up and I can’t return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Already provided you the order number in the email correspondence. You chose to ignore it!

Feb 18,2025I ordered from them twice without problems. But then, on my third order, I received the women's version of an item instead of the men's version that I had ordered. I started a return/refund request and immediately had a bad feeling because they asked for 6 pictures and explanation for the return. I sent the 6 pictures and the very simple explanation. Their reply was simply: "Based on the information you provided and after careful inspection, we confirm that the item(s) delivered is/are correct. You have two options to return the item(s) at your own expense". No further explanation, no goodwill or attempt to provide good customer service. I'm paying 8 EUR to return the item due to their mistake, and hope I'll get my money back. I'm not buying from them again...
