Ho comprato più e più volte articoli per l'equitazione su tradeinn e sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta! Adoro questo sito, è possibile seguire la spedizione passo passo, aggiungere articoli al carrello anche dopo aver già pagato l'ordine e i prezzi sono sempre i migliori che puoi trovare sul mercato. Alcuni pezzi di collezioni "vecchie" vengono proposti con il 70/80% di sconto! Incredibile. Spero tradeinn rimanga così per sempre!

Vielen Dank für die Antwort: Ich habe bei der Bestellung als Abholadresse „Paketshop“ und die Adresse des Shops angegeben. Deshalb kann es gar nicht sein, dass ein „weiterer Zustellversuch an eine dritte Person“ fehlgeschlagen ist… Auf den Sachverhalt, warum Sie das nicht einfach nochmal verschicken gehen Sie auch wieder nicht ein… ——————————————————- Nicht zu empfehlen. Es werden nach Bestellungen Mails verschickt, dass die Bestellung bis zum Tag X abgeholt werden soll, schon 3 Tage davor befindet sie sich allerdings gar nicht im Shop. Der „Support“ geht darauf überhaupt nicht ein, sondern antwortet mit Textbausteinen, ist überhaupt nicht an einer Lösung interessiert und man darf seinem Geld hinterher rennen. Man ist nicht einmal bereit, das Ganze nochmal zu verschicken, das ist anscheinend nicht möglich 🤷‍♂️ Inzwischen bezweifle ich, ob das Paket überhaupt jemals versandt wurde. Ich habe jetzt einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet. Auch auf Paypal findet es der Verkäufer nicht einmal notwendig auf den eröffneten Fall zu antworten.. Das sagt ja wohl alles.

Nie wieder! Die Lieferung kam nach mehr als 10 maligem Verschieben des Liefertermins immer noch nicht an. Mittlerweile zweifle ich an der Seriösität des Shops und hoffe, dass ich zumindest irgendwie einen Teil des Geldes wiederbekomme. Mit der Lieferung rechne ich nicht mehr.

A quoi cela sert de vous donner mon numéro de commande ... je vous l'ai donner une dizaine de fois depuis le 02/08/2024 ... n°50779490 Depuis des mois je réclame un colis que je n'ai jamais reçu. Trade Inn a été tellement mauvais que le transporteur a considéré la réclamation comme arrivée tardivement. Des incompétents et pour moi une facture de 100€ à ma charge sans commande reçue. J'ai récemment saisi le médiateur mentionné dans leurs conditions générales de vente, Trade Inn n'a même pas daigné répondre. Vous tenez à votre argent, ne commandez pas chez TradeInn et autres marques de cette société

Poor experience with Tradeinn. Ordered weightlifting shoes from them as they indicated a good price and denominated in £ so I assumed it was a UK company. The company however seems to be based in Spain, so delivery took 8 days, which was a lot longer than I was hoping. The biggest disappointment however was their refund process. The Tradeinn website indicated a size chart to follow for the weightlifting shoes I wanted. As I fell between size 9 and size 9.5, I ordered both. Neither fitted me. I was therefore required to pay £10.99 to return the shoes and, when they refunded me, they deducted the original postage cost of £7.99 too, meaning £18.98 wasted on receiving shoes that didn't fit (and after waiting an extended time period for them). When I subsequently emailed to raise my objection to this, they simply told me "Original delivery costs are refunded only if returns are for defective and faulty items, or incorrect item shipped" - end of story. If you are not absolutely sure that you have the right size, go elsewhere for a local retailer that will cover free returns. Sadly I would have paid for a new order for the right size if Tradeinn had met me in the middle on the postage charge. Now they won't be having me as a customer ever again.

Sembra un buon negozio. Prezzi buoni ma al primo problema con un mulinello shimano dc mi rispondono che la garanzia non risponde??? Preciso: compro mulinello a prezzo buono-15€ sulla concorrenza. Si parla di 250€. Dopo tre mesi noto che la manovella si indurisce sempre più!! Penso si sia sporcato, con pazienza lo pulisco e gli do una lubrificata, ( preciso che non ho svitato o aperto niente), riprovo a pescare ma non ho risolto nulla. Allora dopo vari messaggi rispedisco il mulinello a Tradeinn.. passano le settimane, scrivo diverse volte e mi dicono che è stato spedito alla shimano(x me non lo hanno fatto) poi il dramma! Dopo quasi tre mesi mi rispondono che la shimano non mi passa la garanzia perché hanno trovato del lubrificante sulla manovella.. sinceramente penso sia normale lubrificare il propio mulinello!!! Che dire!! Risparmi 15€ per rimettercene 250€ .. meglio il negozio di zona!! Loro rispondono sempre di attrezzature in garanzia!!!!

Ordered 4 IT items, all supposedly in stock and to be delivered within 3 days. A week later, my order says 3 of those 4 items are not in stock, or as they put it "delayed" they still haven't shipped my order. Their delivery estimate keeps getting pushed forward. When I open the "delayed" items, they are all still "In Stock". Beware, as they are clearly lying about their own stock. Order only if you are not in any rush, otherwise use a more reputable store, who doesn't lie about their stock.

Son unos estafadores. No comprar. Se quedan con tu dinero y la prenda devuelta. Contestan por aquí diciendo que escribas a un email al que luego no hacen ni caso. Les solicito CIF para comenzar denuncia.

Delivery times are nothing near the truth. I was given a delivery date to 3 business a days from my order date. On the delivery day my order didn’t arrive so I went to see the status of my order, new deliveryy day in 3 weeks. I contacted the customer service, they said that some of the products they didn’t have in stock, when I asked to send the products they have already to not delay the whole order, that was not possible, one order cannot be shared into two deliveries. No other solutions were offered, customer experience 0/5 so far.

Made and expensive order, never arrived and only excuses, cancelled my order, received the refund a few days later, gutted not to received what I've ordered, but the constant pushing back and not being able to give me details on delivery is not good, doesn't happen the same with UK companies.

I made an order shortly before my trip and it turned out that the delivery time is longer than the primarily estimated time so the item wouldn't arrive on time, not thier fault though (however the estmation was wrong) Due to the mentioned reason I cancled the order. Money was returned within 3 working days. The cancellation was very easy

Scammers Scammers. I placed an order on the 8th January. It showed the order posted on the following day and arrived at customs on the 11th. No updates after that. I got in touch with their customer service and they told me to wait. It's now mid Feb, there have been no updates on the tracking and the customer service is still telling me to wait and be patient. They are refusing to refund me. Do NOT buy from them. It's simply not worth it. Their customer service speaks no English (most of the messages are automatically translated from Spanish) and very unhelpful.

In acquisto una radio sveglia Sony per una persona anziana. Consegna prevista 14 17 febbraio. Il 17 la consegna è spostata al 21 27 febbraio. Peccato che a me serva adesso ... Contattato servizio clienti: risposte standard senza un minimo di contesto (presumo risposte automatizzate). Morale: pessima esperienza per il momento, in attesa della consegna

Son una vergüenza! Sin seriedad! No lo recomiendo para nada y haré lo posible para que no engañen a la gente como a mi!! Compré unas zapatillas el 3 de febrero, me dicen que me llegarán el 15 de febrero (demasiado tiempo) , bueno espero, luego que el 17, y viendo que no llegan miro el seguimiento del pedido y me dicen ahora que o el 5 de marzo o el 10!!!! Sale que están de camino a su centro logístico, ni siquiera lo tienen ellos! SOIS UNA VERGUENZA

1 ster is al teveel. Na vele e-mails gestuurd te hebben. En chats. Krijg ik geen retour label uitgeprint,via in mijn account,wat ze aangeven. Erg jammer,dat dit zo moet gaan. Onduidelijk over retour. Zakken vullers. Eens en nooit meer. Grote oplichters bende. Houden je bezig met onverklaarbare chats Als ik niets terug hoor binnen 4 weken. Maak ik hier werk van. Zie antwoord Tradeinn Slaat nergens op. Heb iedere keer mijn bestelnummer vermeld. Ze doen net of ze gek zijn. Houden je lekker bezig zo. Vanaf 14 Februari 2025.

Completely useless company with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and that’s saying something!!! Everything is on a go slow so don’t expect a refund or a parcel delivery or return before 3 months. I’ve emailed 100 times just to see if the reply but I got one email back with an answer that had nothing to do with the email I sent. Funnily enough do you see any replies to the negative comment here?? No but positive comments do. That’s says a lot about this company I accidentally sent the incorrect parcel back to them which they received on the 27/01/25, it’s now the 20/02/25 and 55 emails later they have still not sent it back to me and are threatening to destroy it. I will upload the screenshots if I can. Return 5914802
