They helped get a credit report (not score) via mail as I don't have 3-5 years in UK as needed. They sent the report fast and for free with an explanation book

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! One star because I cannot give a negative score. They have not updated my score since last November. I called and I was told to go to the lender. She was not willing to look into my case, she was confident that the information they provide is correct without even having a look. My concern is that how on earth would 2 different lender provide incorrect information? The lender quoted what information they sent to them and it has not been updated for months. Their lack of professionalism and negligence is way beyond my imagination and the reputation they have clearly speaks for themselves. Such company should not be authorised by the FCA. I just do not want my data being shared with them any longer. UPDATE: I have just checked my score and balances on Capital One's Credit wise and all my balances are CORRECT and were dated a month back. Shocking!!!! I am 100% sure Capital one received the information at the same time as the Callcredit ( Transunion now) but they do their job PROPERLY!!! I WISH I CAN REJECT CALLCREDIT OR TRANSUNION GETTING ANY INFORMATION OF ME!
