The most kind, trustworthy, intelligent group of people I have ever dealt with. They continue to work hard to help us solve our debt problem, and do so in a way we can easily understand. They also are very easy to get hold of by phone, text, or email anytime and when you hang up the phone, you fiñally realize what excellent customer service is.

They are very helpful on the front end, prior to enrolling. In other words, they turn on the charm to sell you the program. However, after enrolling and the creditors start calling you, the responsiveness of “client support” falls off sharply. Also, while my first debt was “settled” with a significant reduction from the full balance of the debt, the “fee” I will be paying to this debt management service for the settlement almost completely counteracts it.

What made my experience great was that they started right way working on my case and immediately one of my credit cards interest went to half the cost.

I have been with them for about 7 months now and nothing has been done. They settled on one account and all of the payments I make go to settlement fees. When I spoke to the customer service rep, she basically told me I needed to pay more. If I could afford a bigger payment, I would not have come to them in the first place. At least before my credit was in good standing. Now I don't know which direction to move in as there have been late fees and my score has dropped significantly. Some of my balances are as low as 400 and even those haven't been settled yet. I don't understand the rhyme or reason behind it. They told me they would not take their fees out until my accounts were settled. LIES LIES LIES

Update of the update, I still have not spoken to anyone at Turnbull despite their saying someone would contact me twice in my previous complaints. LIARS!!! Original negative review 5/6/2023- Turnbull did not act on numerous settlement offers of about 50% by American Express & instead settled at 75% only 6 months after their last 50% offer! This will cost me an additional $7000!!! Update 6/27/2023- I'm on my 3rd Client Experience Expert, The 1st 2 were clueless & although the 3rd seemed better. I haven't heard from him in 3 weeks & hasn't returned my last 3 calls. I'm applying for a loan to pay this off & need info from them ASAP. I'm stuck in Limbo. Their original budget which spanned most of the pandemic shutdown caused me to get behind in my property taxes $15K so I've just traded I may debt for another but I may lose house unless I get a loan. Obviously, during the shutdown I didn't live large so their budget & therefore my payment was unrealistic.

Turnbull Law Group is great. The people are very courteous and helpfull. My payment each month is low so I can afford the payment. If I have any questions about anything they are there to answer them. Turnbull is really good about working on my debt to get my creditors agreeable on the offers they provide.
