My online order was promptly confirmed. I was notified when the order was shipped. The items arrived in a few days and were exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order again from two way direct.
Got the parts needed in a better than expected.
I placed an order and was told that one of their sales staff would get in touch with me to fill me in on shipping details, provide tracking numbers, etc. I paid extra for expedited two-day shipping. That was seven days ago, and I haven't heard from anyone from Two Way Direct, and I haven't received my item. I just looked at my credit card account and see that they credited back to me the amount of the order. I'm glad they did at least that, but why didn't they call me to let me know they were not going to fulfill my order? Even if they were shut down from all the COVID stuff, one of their reps in their work-from-home situation could have at least e-mailed me or called me. They did have my contact info. Now with the one week delay from their actions, it will be difficult to impossible for me to get the item elsewhere. Their site had it listed as in stock. I realize everyone is getting challenged by COVID one way or another, but I nevertheless think they could have done better--by merely notifying me of the order cancellation.

Outstanding service for my Motorola MX 360
ordered an Icom antenna and received a Pctel antenna when contacted two way the rep informed me they ordered it direct from Icom and then shipped to me. This kit did not even have the connector installed on the cable and no connector to crimp on was even in the kit. i have installed the Icom and the Pctel antennas in the past and the Icom was the higher quality product. will not be doing business with them again.
I ordered an earpiece months ago and recieved it in 2 days. I ordered another 9 days ago and still haven't recieved it because you haven't shipped it out yet but you did take my money from my account. Where the f*** is my purchased item?
I just got it and so far, it is working how it suppose to work.
Have not received yet, spoke with a representative Vanessa Castillo to see what was going on with the package and was told it was overseas she then stated she would email me other items she had in stock to replace the item ordered but never managed to send that email.
I posted a 1star review originally with my issue having not received my order in a timely manner. After it posted I was immediately contacted, offered a substitute since my order was being delayed by supply chain interruptions due to the Corona virus. I accepted and this am changing my review due to the professionalism and the offer of a resolution which is above what I could ask for. Two Way Direct rocks! Thank you!

They sent me the wrong item twice. I requested a refund and still haven’t received it. Communication via email is poor. They want me to pay for envelopes and shipping charges to send it back when it’s their fault.
Although the items I originally ordered and paid for weren't in stock at the moment, it was nice to have someone immediately and efficiently contact me and let me know. He offered alternative solutions and executed my decision right away. Once I set the replacement order, my items were shipped out that same day and arrived the next day. The g-hook earpieces I ended up going with work very nicely.

There's no way Cancel Thel order if you order the wrong ship it before you corrected the order is there's no options to correct order or do anything
