12 days to ship an item that is in stock? I did have my order verified but shipping time is ridiculous. Then it was shipped USPS and we don't actually have a mailbox here. I was told it was actually going Fedex. so not all that great for this transaction.

Unbelievable customer support. I purchased a large number of radios from another company, but I quickly ran into several issues with the final setup. I reached out to Two Way Direct for support even though I purchased my equipment from another source they helped me with a cable and programming. I recently purchased additional equipment from TWD. There was some minor tweaking needed and they came through for me again This is not the kind of company that only wants the sale, They want your business.

When I made my order I didn’t give a lot of thought as to when I would receive it. I was thinking 10 days to 2 weeks.wow! 4 days later and it was at my door. Very impressed. Let alone the emails following up after my order. Would order again from this company without a doubt.

I was told by email from the customer service tech Malek that the item I ordered on line was no longer offered by your company. He tried to upsale me for $40 plus shipping. No one ever responded to my initial request asking if you would price match Amazon. I was going to setup an account for Van Zandt County PWP. Having 2nd thoughts right now.
